The apartment was clean, well furnished and in a great location. Parking was easy as well.

This apartment is very central and it is easy to get trams from where this aparement less than 5 mins to the tram stop, as family holiday it was very welcoming. Only down fall was no washing machine in the apartment, but managed. We definitely be back again

Great place to stay, highly recommended. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location is close to the main shopping area, but far enough not to have too much street noise. A few restaurants/cafes on the same block - handy for breakfast. The main square was around 15 mins walk. Very clean apartments (had the 3 bedroom apt, which was 2 separate bedrooms, with the lounge as bedroom 3). All rooms had proper beds. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Asked for a quiet room, got main road which was noisy, no lift so had to do over 70 steps over 4/5 floors to get to the room, balcony was accessible via the room next door which left no privacy at all, shower leaked good bits, 1 minute walk from the main street and 10 minute to the busy bar/square area little shop across the road 5 minute walk to the big shopping centre

Spacious well equipped centrally located apartment close to shopping, restaurants and transport all within easy walking distance.

Great location and ameties, but easy to hear the noises from the street. Not bad tough as it is quiet.

Good or Ok at best. Pros: - good location - easy access to public transport - modern - balcony - good value for money. Cons: - not so-smart utilization of space and selection of furniture - annoying sofa bed that’s always open to the only bed in the room - not very thoughtful distribution of electric plugs.

Inexpensive gem in the heart of things

I came into town to see a show and needed a place to stay that was no frills and inexpensive. I was absolutely amazed by this place, the rooms are wonderful, located in a beautiful old building. They have everything you need, even a kitchenette, apportioned with the basics. One down side is there is no air conditioning, which might be a problem in the hot summer months. You can open a window at night but it opens to the street that's pretty busy with pedestrian traffic. Might be a bit noisy. Overall, though, very satisfied.

The room was, modern, bright, clean, surprisingly big for a one person apparment. The price was very low, so I wasn't expecting mirracled but I was just stunned at the AMAIZING quality of my accommodations. The location was phenomenal, just minutes walk to old town and all amenities. Service was also first Class. I wish I stayed longer.

Nice apartment in awesome location - just 5min walking to the old town, around many restaurants, shopping center etc. The check in was easy and the girl from reception desk very nice and helpful :) I will definitely stay here again

The size of the apartment was really good for 6 people. Location was good close to city center and connectivity was good.

Advertised as two bedrooms, but second bedroom was also the living room. Made our boys very unhappy when we sat in their bedroom. Otherwise excellent.

Problem dealt with satisfactorily

Great apartment. Unfortunately the people in the flat next door left their television on high volume and I think it must have been on the wall the other side of our bed. Fortunately when we could tolerate it no longer, the receptionist moved us to a vacant room so that we could sleep. This isn’t a complaint about the room, as it was out of the control of the owners, but is more to state that the problem was dealt with satisfactorily. We would definitely recommend the apartments.

I have stayed there multiple times since the place opened a few years ago. A recently renovated old building, with really high ceilings (!), which add to spaciousness of the room(s). Location is great, 2 tram stops from the railway station; mid-way between the Main Square and the Old Brewery mall, yet is a bit off from the main walkway between the two, which is always full of people. Usually rather quiet, except this year due to a major street re-construction project just in front of the building; hopefully finished by now. Great (and authentic) Italian restaurant downstairs (Amici Miei); few other food places around.

The inside of the Apartment was very new and modern. The neighborhood is run down. Hotel parking should be requested ahead of time because the streets are narrow with very little parking available. I ended up parking 1/2 Km away in a paid parking lot.

Spacious apartment deluxe double

Lovely apartment, right next to a tapas restaurant and close to the centre of town (a 5/10min walk). Lovely and so spacious and very well kitted out with and iron, hair dryer ect. We stayed one night, but it was a really good find. 🙂

Spacious apartment 10 mins from the old square

An apartment was a better choice for us than an hotel room. This apartment, 10 mins walk from the old town square, in a converted once-grand mansion, was spacious and just what we needed. Ours was on the 3rd floor with no lift/elevator, which was fine for us but could be a pain for some, so if you want a lower floor, ask.

excellent apartment in great location, easy walking distance to shops,old town and railway/bus station. apartment was spacious, modern,very clean, well equipped with full size fridge freezer,cooker,hob and all the kitchen equipment you need,wi fi, television. . Would definitely recommend these apartments.

Huge, beautiful, strategically located apartment

Everything was amazing, instruction was clear, reception was attentive, huge, beautiful retro-styled and complete with all the basic necessities. It’s also very close to the old town and square so it’s really strategically located. It’s unfortunate that it was only a short stay. We really enjoyed staying there. Parking was not that far from the place, maybe a short 5 mins walk. But for people with wheelchairs there are a few steps to get to the apartment though. And the internet was a bit weak. Other than these 2 the place is really wonderful

a 100 metri dalla via principale(quella moderna,non quella storica) il centro storico è vicino a portata di passeggiata,penso ad occhio 1 Km. bel palazzo e bella stanza tenuta bene, ti danno le tue chiavi e vai.... logisticamente per la visita alla città è messo benissimo.

Prisvärt boende i centrala Poznan. Fräsch och trevlig lägenhet med högt i tak. Det fanns gott om restauranger, affärer och gågator i närheten. Frukosten serverades i ett café i närheten och var värt varenda krona. Så gott och vällagat i en mysig atmosfär. Parkering var svår att hitta så det var värt att betala för att stå på boendets inhägnade parkering. Trevligt mottagande på kontoret. Det negativa var att det var lyhört och att det bullrades väldigt mycket tidigt på morgnarna.

Convenient and Cozy: A Five-Star Experience

Great apartment, everything was as it should be. We arrived late in the evening after check-in had closed. I received an email at 6 PM on the day with precise instructions for self check-in. The location is fantastic in relation to city life. 5 minutes to most things, yet situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood. All in all, a perfect experience that receives my highest recommendations. It was not the building you have on offer... There are two restaurants and the smell is overwhelming. Also, there are people in and out ( bike deliverers etc ) all day and night. The apartment is nice though. But. It is not the one you advertise....

Good place to stay

These are good value apartments for the price on a good location. The quality of the apartments may differ slightly from each other, but the overall experience is good I can recommend this place.

Een ruime kamer ingericht met redelijk goedkope meubelen. Een mooi compleet keuken met 2-pits kookplaat zonder afzuigkap waardoor de kst erboven bechadigd raakt. De verlichting onder de keukenkast werkte niet. Een kleine badkamer met een kwart rond 80 cm douchehoek, te klein voor mij. Verder was alles aanwezig wat ik verwachtte in de badkamer. De plek van aanmelden, de accomodatie, de plek van ontbijt en de parkeerplek lagen allemaal op verschillende plekken. Maar wel op korte afstand van elkaar en prima te doen. Omdat wij via Expedia hadden geboekt was het ontbijt gratis. Het ontbijt is prima in een gezellige plek, maar er is te weinig zitplek voor de gasten bij een regenachtige dag. De lokatie is een paar stappen vanaf het centrum en een paar honderd meter van de trams, heel makkelijk allemaal. Het restaurant eronder is een heerlijke plek voor dineren, helaas kan je de geuren ook in de kamer ruiken als de wind een beetje ongunstig staat. Mocht je met de auto komen, denk eraan dat het in dit deel éénrichtingsverkeer is met veel geparkeerde auto`s op straat. De auto parkeren op de afgesloten parkeerterrein was makkelijk, helaas was soms iemand die de auto apl voor het hek parkeerde. Gelukkig was dat iemand die wat eten bestelde in het restaurant ernaast.

Grande e silenzioso, ma senza ascensore

Posto pulito, molto ampio, e silenzioso. Purtroppo con due bimbi piccoli e passeggini avevamo l'appartamento al secondo piano (tetti alti) senza ascensore. Uscire di casa e rientrare con bimbi, bagagli e passeggini è stato sempre una pena

Lieu sympathique. Studio fonctionnelle, tout ce qu'il faut. Lit confortable. Très bien décoré. Séjour court mais très agréable :) Proche du centre, en 5 minutes à pieds J'y reviendrai sans problème.

Bardzo wygodne apartamenty w doskonałej lokalizacji. Wszystko co niezbedne zostało zapewnione. Profesjonalna obsługa w recepcji - bardzo miły Pan i chętny do pomocy.

Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Można przechować bagaż. Miejsce jest bardzo czyste, przestronne i fajnie urządzone. Na dole kamienicy jest też kawiarnio-restauracja Pomarańczarnia Cafe gdzie również jest przesympatyczna obsługa, przepyszne jedzenie i kawa oraz mają bardzo przystępne ceny. Jedynym minusem miejsca było to, że w nocy bardzo było słychać sąsiadów z góry. Nagle około 1 w nocy rozpoczęła się impreza. Jest to stara kamienica i wszystko bardzo się niesie. Jak też ludzie piętro wyżej chodzili po pokoju to było słychać straszne skrzypienie desek podłogowych.

Apartament duży, zadbany, w super lokalizacji. Wystąpił przejściowy kłopot z wifi. Ogólnie bardzo polecam. GG
