Hotel is clean and worths the money but it is a noisy area of town.

Easy walking distance to Kenrokuen Garden and easily accessible by bus to other areas like Omicho Market. However, there's no in-room safebox and no onsit breakfast.

Big rooms with comfy soft beds. The bathroom was quite big, with a wet room shower/bath combination, a separate toilet, and big sink/vanity. Pillows were quite hard which made them very uncomfortable. The area is a bit of a party scene, if that's what you're into.

Central location, nice staff, and provided excellent amenities

Good central location in town. Friendly helpful staff but the room was very tired and worn. The first room offered had holes in the carpet, mouldy curtains, stained lampshades, marked walls and doors. The second one was bearably better.

comfortable hotel for a vacation in Kanazawa

Our stay at the APA Villa Hotel Kanazawa was very enjoyable. Our room was very spacious. It seemed like an apartment. We did have to go across the street to one of the other APA hotels to have our breakfast, but this was not a problem. This hotel was located in a good location along the bus lines.

This hotel is in a great position to see all the sights and we walked everywhere, but we did get a taxi from the station as it is a bit far to wheel luggage. We got a room with 2 beds and it was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was quite good, staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again, good value.

Very spacious, great location, great value for money

Excellent , Convenient and spacious

The room is exceptionally large for a twin bed and the bathroom and toilet are separate. Convenient to all facilities and amenities plus easy access. Great to be able to use the hot spring bath and sauna at the other hotel opposite the road . It is a very comfortable stay overall with friendly front office.

In the middle of the night life

Restaurants and bars abound. All major historical attractions are easily reached on the "loop bus". Same bus to reach the hotel from the rail/bus station.

Spacious, centrally located room

As a family with young children they upgraded us to a room with a couch and this made all the difference. Spacious and comfortable. No need to spend the money for the breakfast as the convenient stores provide better options. The breakfast buffet is across the street anyways. Comfortable walk to the castle area and nice restaurants.

Very good choice

Good little hotel with use of onsen at the sister hotel over the road. Good view from higher floors. Nice room, possibly nicer and brighter than the pictures show. On a busy main road in an area known for nightlife - so bring earplugs. There is a crossing outside which makes a noise throughout the night.

Two nights, interesting neighborhood, taxi needed to go to and from train station

Tiny business hotel with good location

Too far from the train station to walk, but on the local bus lines. Recommend a taxi if you have more than a backpack to carry, as buses are crowded. There is usually 1 person on duty at any time that speaks rough english. The hotel is very small, and a little older, but the rooms are spacious. The beds are very hard and the pillows are flat-if you like fluffy pillows, bring your own. Room cleaning usually starts early. Good choice of restaurants in the immediate area, and right on the local bus lines to tourist areas & a block away from the samurai district. Bathroom is small, but you are given access to the larger public baths at their sister hotel across the street.

Good location

Pleasant stay only because of the location. Due to the demolition of the very next building, it was noisy and smelled dusty even in the room. Breakfast was very inconvenient because it was served another APA Hotel across the street.

The hotel description includes pictures of a sento spa on the rooftop. Actually, the spa is in another APA hotel down and across the street. The man at the desk spoke some English and after some discussion about the misleading picture I asked why I am paying a service fee for a spa they made look like it was in the hotel they said "Japan is expensive". The hotel was old and dated. This hotel is a sento spa scam, don't stay here.

twin room - excellent value for money

Our review of this may be influenced by the fact that we booked a twin room and therefore got more space. And a lot more space! Small walkway into the hallway with wardrobe (!!) into a spacious bedroom. Off this was the washbasin area complete with more cupboards, a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a microwave. Separate toilet. Separate shower. It was big! Excellent wi-fi. All very clean and supplied with the usual slippers, dressing gowns and range of toiletries. Location was great in the middle of a very hip area with restaurants and convenience stores all nearby. We had a car which we parked across the road at the sister APA hotel. You would need a taxi or bus to get to the gardens. Only complaint would be that its central location on a main road did mean that we heard some of the late night Saturday party goers coming home but bottom line our stay was excellent value for money.

Pleasant experience in Kanazawa

Well situated hotel in downtown Kanazawa. It's within walking distance from Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen. Many restaurants and shops to chose from in close proximity. The room size was bigger than what I was used to in Japan.

Quite spacious and attractively decorated with wood trim and nice fabrics. The couch was made up for our daughter to sleep in. Having three in the room worked out very well here, unlike in other cities. Rooms open to a large interior courtyard. This helped keep the room cool. (In some other modern hotels we were unable to get the room cold enough at night -- no simple ventilation option.) Roomy ofuro. I did not like the apparatus for heating water for tea -- bad labels, won't restart if you lift the pitcher off the heating element. Most hotel water pots in Japan are far too complicated and this was the worst. Very important: recognize that another separate APA hotel is directly across the street. I parked there, assuming that was our hotel. I was met with blank stares and then told to schlep all our bags across the street to where we had the reservation. The parking system was also complicated and takes advanced Japanese to explain: you pay the hotel for overnight periods, but for the mid-day period you pay a separate, hefty fee to the garage people. But it was a low price for a nice room, and very near the historic streets where you want to spend the most time. Breakfast bar (at the sister hotel across the street, in the Seattle coffee bar) looked decent and a good value (comparatively within Japan, that is -- you need to have a taste for hot dogs, salad, and wet eggs).

部屋が広かったです。建物は少し古いかもしれませんがコスパはいいと感じました。今回は出張で1名での利用でしたが家族利用もできそうなひろさでした。 立地がすごく良いです。

部屋の広さと立地以外特質すべきところがない。 喫煙者なので喫煙室はありがたいが消臭くらいして欲しい。喫煙者がタバコの匂いが好きなわけではないので。

お部屋は綺麗でしたが、洗面ボウルにヒビ割れがあったり、お風呂の設備が変色してたりで、水回りがあと一歩でした。

全体的には悪くはなかったがベッドの枕元に電源が無いのは残念だった。 二階が多分キャバクラで一階が居酒屋なので深夜でもドア越しから騒いでいる声が聞こえるため、寝る環境としてはあまり良くはない。 立地は繁華街に近く居酒屋などには行きやすいが、キャバクラや居酒屋の客引きが多く治安というか柄が悪い。 アメニティや設備は揃っていて、電子レンジがあるのは値段と比較してすごいと思った。

お風呂にカビが目立ち扉にも埃やカビが目立ち不快な気持ちになりました

かなりの繁華街の立地

30年振りの金沢でした。今回止まったホテルは他のアパよりも部屋は広くて快適でした。 残念だったのは、シャワーの水圧が驚くほど低くて、余計なところで時間を使ってしまった事です。 それ以外はスタッフの方も親切丁寧でしたし、価格もリーズナブルでした。 追記ですが、朝食は向かいのアパホテルに行く必要があり、悪天候の日は不便に思えると思いました。

部屋自体は快適ですが・・・

部屋や備品については、問題なし。古いながらも、清潔が保たれていて、利用する分には気持ちよく使えた。 1点不満というか困ったことは夜中、上の階からドスドス音と振動が継続してあり、怖かった。 一度、ドアをノックされたことも怖かった。

部屋も広く特に不快な点はありませんでしたが、ベッド近くにコンセントがないため少し不便でした。 次回はアパホテル金沢中央の温泉も利用してみたいです。

ツインの部屋に宿泊しました。 おそらく、もともとマンションだった建物を改装してホテルにしているのかと思いますが、部屋の間取りが住宅のようで広々としていたので、金沢に別荘ができたような気分で滞在できました。 立地も片町の中心部にあり便利でした。

２人でツインを予約しましたが、１人幾ら？ではなく１部屋の金額だったようで、あまりの安さにびっくりしました

フロントを通らないでも外階段から簡単に部屋まで来れるのはセキュリティ的にどうかと思う。

アップグレードした部屋に宿泊できた。 夜間の急な予約とチェックインだったが、立地にしては安く良かった。 ただし壁が薄いのか、明け方の騒音が気になってねれなかった。

宿泊するのは前日に決まったのですが、ひとりにも関わらずツインの部屋を用意していただきました。 テレビも大きく、設備も満足、次回金沢宿泊の際も是非利用したいと思うホテルでした。

シャワーが突然冷水のみに

素泊まりだったが、全てにおいて満足かと思いきやトラブル発生。 夕方突然シャワーからお湯がでなくなり、まだ五月の寒い金沢で凍える思いをした。その後のプランにも影響があり時間を無駄にしました。

建物や綺麗でよかったです。 ただ駐車場が分かりにくすぎて3探すのに30分ちかくかかってしまいました。

シャワーの勢い弱すぎ

部屋の広さや清潔感、設備に関してはこの値段で泊まれるホテルの中では良いと思います。概ね満足していました。朝、シャワーの蛇口を捻るまでは…シャワーの勢い、カラムからの水の勢いが弱すぎて東南アジアの安ホテルを思わせるようなものでした。他が良かっただけにとても残念です。

下次會再來,建議住高樓層

房間非常大,很適合親子住宿,又有微波爐與電瓦斯爐,在近江町市場買完可以直接回飯店料理 缺點是2樓(酒吧?club?)客人出來會很吵,建議住高樓層可能比較好

check out日用完早餐回到房間房門被打開無房務人員在內，check out時向櫃台人員反應也無得到適當的回應，僅處理check out手續

비지니스호텔이 잠만자고 나오는 곳이라 생각했는데 이름 그대로 빌라처럼 간단한 음식도 데워먹을 수 있는 전자렌지가 있었고 화장실과 침실도 분리되어 있어 넘 젛았어요. 파우더 룸도 있었어요.

酒店位置方便,因這區是紅燈區女生到晚上外出感覺不安全,服務質素OK入住手續快 酒店設施屬精品酒店但前面都有同一品牌酒店可提供泡湯,客房整潔

這次訂的房型是雙床房, 房間大小有別於日本旅館一貫的狹小, 反而非常寬敞, 除了衛浴分離,還有小廚房,很適合帶小孩出遊的家庭.

金沢の繁華街　片町にあるから便利ですよ

ユニットパスのお湯の出る量が少ないのでバスタブに貯めるには時間がかかる

歓楽街のど真ん中ですが、外の音が聞こえるようなことはなかったです。ただ周辺の雰囲気はそれなりですので、子供連れやファミリーでの旅行ならば、若干高くても金沢駅近くのホテルが良いように思いました。

Staff is unprofessional

There are 3 APA hotel nearby and the hotel staff ask me to go to 3 different hotel to check in and find out they are totally wrong! waste a lot of time and parking fee! even the hotel staff is confused about their 3 hotel and mislead us to the wrong one!

繁華街の中心にあり、拠点としての利便性は最高です！

契約駐車場がちょっと離れた場所に有るのが残念でした ビラらしくツインでも十分な広さ　バス　トイレも別で使用し易いのが良かったです。 私は喫煙者ですが今時はホテル全体が禁煙が多くなって来た中その点も貴重でありがたいホテルでした
