The place is not modern however it was nice for what we needed. The water was hot, the a/c worked. The location was centrally located. We walked to Dickerson Bay which was about 20 minutes. The cab to town was $20 and it’s about 20 mins from the airport or a $25 cab ride.

Lovely looking property well maintained with some beautiful plants and flowers in the common areas. I walked to town Dickinson Bay beach, St John’s and the local supermarket while I was there. All doable although St John’s might be pushing it for some. Had ample parking at the property and felt safe at all times. The rooms were great, with effective A/C, comfortable shower and fantastic house service. Plenty of cups and cutlery, even a teapot, available with microwave, coffee making machine, large fridge/small freezer, cooker and grill. Sitting out on the generous verandah in the late afternoon with a drink was a lovely place to be. Personable staff helped make the stay very enjoyable.

Donna was an amazing and generous host! She even shared a freshly picked papaya with us and was there to give us a ride to the airport when our arranged ride was a no show. We would be happy to stay with her when we visit Antigua in the future.

I enjoyed my stay at Antigua Seaview! The staff and owner were friendly, and courteous! The place was clean and the amenities were great! I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend this place for comfort, relaxation and enjoyment!

We booked a room at this hotel after missing our flight home to Toronto. We arrived at night and since the property is in a rural area, there were swarms of bugs in the evening and the surrounding area isn’t well lit. There is a place to buy food water and snacks nearby but it’s a 15 min walk and the food we tried wasn’t that great (oily and salty). Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed for the night including AC and hot water. There is a Smart TV in the room so you can connect your streaming accounts and the bed was very comfortable - slept great. If you want to try island living for a while, I can see this place being ideal for longer stays as well (especially if you rent a vehicle).

My husband and l stayed a night and when we arrived Donna and Ann were waiting. Everything was nice and clean and they were very welcoming. We will most definitely stay with them again when we visit the island. We walked to a near by restaurant and also to a grocery store that was about 3 blocks walk. We even talked with a few of the locals along the way. Thank you, Antigua Seaview for a wonderful comfortable first night!! See you on our next visit

A brilliant hotel in a great location.

We only had one at in Antigua as we were travelling on to Monserrat so we chose to stay near the airport. We could not have chosen a better hotel. Donna arranged our transfers and a fabulous breakfast before she took us for the early flight to Monserrat. Our room at Seaview was really great - a mini apartment with a lovely terrace where we ate and took in the sea views. We look forward to returning to appreciate more of what Antigua has to offer.

We had a lovely overnight stay at Antigua Seaview. Our suite was tasteful and modern, with a comfortable bed and great sheets. Very clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed meeting Donna, and the next time we are on island we will absolutely plan to stay at her place again.

This was my 3rd or 4th stay at sea view as ever attentive and professional service it’s ideal location and easy access to shops and town are ideal for me. Donna and the staff are really helpful and understanding.

This is a safe and clean place from which you can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes, and in the other direction, into St. John's, within a half hour.

First time at Seaview and I have absolutely no regrets.Donna the owner was pleasant and very helpful. I will definitely recommend Antigua Seaview to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay.

Clean tidy and actually pretty good value for what you pay. Location is good there is a supermarket about 8 minutes walk away and I walked into town which was easily achievable. I would definitely use sea view again . Note cost of taxi at weekends will be higher than advertised. Annie the lady that looks after the place was very helpful.

Firstly, the property was really clean and everything worked well. The place is so very near to the beach, big supermarket. The staff are very well trained. The owner is a gem, makes you feel like family. I would stay here at every visit to Antigua. I stayed at several places all along seafront but this one has the edge. Really impressed.

Not near any facilities so at mercy of taxis and owner Cost rockets as a result. Sheets not cotton so uncomfortable. Cups provided little bigger than eggcups. Not a good choice unless you have your own transportation.

ANTIGUA SEAVIEW WAS WONDERFUL IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE AND THEY MAKE SURE MY STAY WAS A WONDERFUL THE SUITE WAS CLEAN IT WAS LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM I CANT STRESS ON HOW CLEAN THE PLACE WAS AND UPDATED AND THE OWNER WAS VERY WELCOMING I WILL BE RETURNING AND THAT IS WHERE I WILL BE STAYING AND LASTLY ITS VERY SAFE AREA

Wonderful host, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Clean, spacious and well equipped room. Ample parking and convenient location.

Great hostess

Owner Donna was lovely, full of energy, and did everything to make our visit fun. We had some mobility issues and the Guesthouse was a long walk from the beach, grocery store and restaurants but she surprised us us by finding a wheelchair to use.

Nice stay

Amazing Donna has an amazing property not very far from some good places. Things are prim and proper and she is very welcoming and helpful. The best stay in Antigua even in comparison to Jolly beach and the very old Halcyon.

Nice little inn, within walking distance of market and beach, but you must walk along the road. Taxis available. Owner not always on site but housekeeper available a good part of morning and day. I would stay again.

Comfortable Stay

This property is located close to Dickenson Bay beach, though given the heat it's probably too far for most to walk to it. A supermarket is 15 minute walk away. The room is very well equipped and quite comfortable. I had an upstairs unit and didn't even need the air con, simply opening the windows allowed the cool air through. And I didn't see any mozzies, I guess because the fly wire screens were in good condition and kept them out. The only complaint I would have is that all the fees aren't included in the price. The $10 USD extra cleaning fee per night is a bit strange considering the cleaner doesn't even work on Sundays. But overall I would recommend this property, the host was nice and communicated well.

Very Accommodating!

My flight came in late at night instead of during the daytime and Arianne still came to open up the room for me and make sure I was comfortable. Donna contacted me by email to make sure that everything was allright. I only stayed one night, but I would go back again.

Not quite as described

If it wasn't for my taxi driver I may have been sat on a door step for a couple of hours as there was no one else there and the office was locked. I also had to pay by cash for the full amount as card was not accepted.the room I had was a bit dated and I didn't feel very secure as a sole traveler and the bath tub wasn't really a bath tub.

Huoneeni oli iso ja rauhallinen. Hotellissa ei ollut respaa. En tajunnut ottaa yhteyttä etukateen, vaan soitin vasta kun olin perillä. Onneksi paikan päällä oli henkilökuntaa. Sijainti oli aika kaukana keskustasta eikä lähellä ollut oikein muuta kuin omakotitaloja. Paikan nimi oli vähän yliampuva. Huoneeni näköala oli tyyliä "merikin näkyy" eli se pilkotti vähän kaukaisuudessa.

Espectacular place very clean very quiet. Very nice rooms, well equipped, air conditioning is amazing, towels, sheets pillows all brand new and clean. I am a very allergic person and I didn’t feel any allergies while I was there. Really nice shower the outside view is amazing I would recommend it to anybody traveling to Antigua there is a close supermarket and in the apartments you have all the necessary equipment for cooking that makes you feel like you are at home I would definitely go back there.
