Dark and spacious

The capsule was spacious enough to be comfortable, air conditioning made the capsule cool. The amenities were really nice! Will be coming back

Value for money no-frill stay. Free alcoholic drinks and curry rice are extra bonuses.

The massage chairs were perfect, since the whole reason for staying here was to train at the nearby bouldering gym (B-Pump). Using the chairs after a long climbing session felt great.

Amazing 5 stars all around, when I return to Japan I’ll be staying longer.

Practically every amenity you can think of is provided (and is either inexpensive or free). This location is right next to a train station, making travel to and from here very accessible. The staff speak fluent English, and there are English signs of what rules to follow and what to do, making this a great place for capsule hotel first-timers.

Cool

Absolute insane amount of amenities for a place that’s only $50 usd a night. Free drink bar, free alcohol, hot spring, massage chairs, free books (albeit in Japanese if you can’t speak it), and a tv in every room. Capsules are about as comfortable as one could hope. This one is about a 20 min train ride from Shinjuku so easy to see the sights of the city from.

Staff was polite and respectful and made sure that we had a great time. The hotel was marvelous, and we had a great time. A great experience at a low price.

Very convenient. Close to station, Ogikubo is a stop on the rapid Chuo line so its very easy to get places. Free drinks and breakfast/snacks. Bath is great. Only negative is that the pods can get a bit stuffy at night when sleeping.

The staff where very helpful, they helped me check out early in the morning when I was having problems with my suitcase. Very clean and the free breakfast curry was delicious. The onsen and massage chairs were also incredibly relaxing. I would recommend again for a short stay

No personal luggage storage that I could find, staff barely spoke English and was difficult to find laundry and determine the charges. Laundry was charged the next day by 15 minute increments. Amenities were very nice, capsule was clean and open, however could clearly hear passing trains outside and other tenants within their pods.

I was nice that it was located close to the station, the baths were very relaxing, breakfast was a bonus, and the late check-out made it convenient with my flight departure.

接客が丁寧で、全体的にきれいに管理されている。4階ではドリンク飲み放題で朝はカレーを無料で提供しているのでとても良心的。

チェックインに時間がかかった。 寝具はいい。ロッカーが狭い。 アメニティは充実している。 ドリンクバーは、有り難い。 朝カレーは？？

Best capsule hotel I've stayed at thus far

Anshin oyado is the first of 3 capsule hotels I've stayed at in Japan and the best one so far. Thickest mattress, nicest décor, the staff is very nice, they have every complimentary toiletry you could need (hair mousse, deodorant, etc.) and the all you can eat curry breakfast was very good! It's also about 5 minutes from the JR rail station down a quiet street. As far as capsules go 5/5 for me - very good price as well.

Best dormitory ever

In my travels I slept in different dormitories but by far this has been the best one with great location.

コインランドリーを利用しようと思ったけどお札しかなくてスタッフに両替をお願いしたら快く応じてくれて、ここで宿泊できて良かったと安心できた。 また機会があればここを利用したいと思いました。

駅から少し距離がある点、施設内にエレベーターがない点を除けば他の安心お宿と比べてリーズナブルでよかった。ロッカーが大きいところもいい。

駅から近く館内も静かでお風呂も良く疲れがとれました。特にびっくりしたのは朝食のカレーがすごく美味で感激ものでした！又、上京の際は利用させていただきます。

very close to transportation, restaurants convenience store, supermarkets and shopping area. If you do not mind to sleep in a small space, highly recommended.

設備、サービスなど素晴らしかったです。 たまたまではありますが、部屋内のテレビを付けたら流れなくて、後ろ見たらアンテナ分波器が外れていたから、繋げ直して観てました。

不満はありませんが、もう少し安かったらなお嬉しいです

ご飯が自由に食べられます。特に朝のカレーは美味しいです。ソフトドリンクも飲み放題です。カプセルホテルですが、寝るだけなら不満はありません。コストパフォーマンスが良いです。

お風呂も広くて快適です。欲を言えば脱衣所がもっと広いといいなとは思う。

館内着があり、食べ放題のご飯があり、漫画も読めて非常にサービスが良かった。カプセル内も綺麗でしっかり眠れました。

Experiência muito boa. Hotel limpo, as cabines são confortáveis. Banheiros e vestiários muito bons. Hotel possui itens de café a vontade. Bebidas a vontade no periodo da noite. Perto do metro. É super tranquilo guardar malas grandes. Hotel oferece de tudo para ajudar.

Établissement paisible et propre. Clientèle respectueuse quoique un peu distante. Efficacité et gentillesse des employés. Recommande chaudement

設備やサービスはいいと思うが・・・

連泊で2泊お世話になりました。サービス、設備ともに充実していてとても良くまた利用したいと思いました。しかし、2泊目のとき同じフロアーの方が気になる咳をしていてとても気になり落ち着いて眠ることが出来ず、もう少しゆっくりしたかったですが朝早々にチェックアウトしました。現在の世の中は新型コロナに気を使った状態であるにも関わらず気になる方の宿泊を了承するホテル側の意図が分かりません。今の時期、くしゃみなら花粉症かも？と思いますが咳き込んでいる方は宿泊を断るべきです。

たまにある外れの日以外は快適

何度か利用していますが土日は人は多いけど他に気になる国ようなこともなく快適に過ごせています。 ただ平日に利用すると対応の悪いおじさんスタッフがカフェスペースをやっている時がありその日は朝のカレーもまずいし少し残念な気持ちになります。

冷房がきつくて私は寒いと感じアンケートに書いたら翌日改善されたので、よかった。

館内はどこも綺麗でとても良かったです。とても良かったんですが、バーでの生ビールが出てくるのに10分掛かったり、チェックアウト時のレジエラーで時間掛かったりと、不運が多かったかな。。 個人的にあと昼食も軽食でいいので増やしてもらえたら本当に完璧だと思います。 朝食のカレー食べ放題は良いと思いますが、食べ放題にする意味がちょっと分からない。 総合的にはとても良かったです。また台風の時などに使わせてもらおうと思います。

内装のコンセプトがしっかりした店でありながら、説明が読みやすい大きい字であったり、使い方が分かりやすいものが多くて良い。そういう店は設備がオシャレ優先であったり、説明文が小さく英語や変わった用語を使うなど、使い勝手がよろしくないところが多いが、ここでは違う。 ベッドの寝心地も私には快適に思えました。 少し風呂の温度が低めなのだけがマイナスポイントでした。

自分が思っていた以上に設備が清潔・セキュリティも万全、心地よくゆっくりと過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

初めて利用しましたが、新しく清潔感もあり、大浴場も館内設備も大満足のホテルでした。

従来のカプセルホテルとは印象が異なり好感。

さすがに一味違うカプセルホテル

比較的新しいカプセルホテルなので清潔なのと、従業員の皆さんが深夜まで細かくメンテナンスされているのが分かって、好感が持てる。周りの音が気になるという過敏な方でない限り、近年、特に週末は宿泊料金の高騰が著しい都内では、下手なビジネスホテルに泊まるより遥かに快適。収容人員に比べてパブリックスペース(お風呂、バー／朝食処）の容積が十分ないのはカプセルの常態なので、混雑時間を避ける工夫があれば、より快適に過ごせる。エレベーターがないのも、人数に対して混雑時にはまともに機能しないせいかな。朝食カレーは無料としては申し分ない味だったが、同じ鍋に具材を足し続けているせいだろう、鍋のお焦げが目についたのが唯一の残念。

想像以上に綺麗で快適でした。次回も利用したいと思います。

One of best Capsule hotel / hostel that I have ever stayed at. Very good service, very Clean place and good location. The only thing that I would like to Point out is that please be considerate of people who cannot eat pork or meat in general. I had breakfast included but could not eat the curry because it had pork in it! I asked for a boiled egg, and the guy replaied by saying I am sorry. Otherwise, I would totaly stay there again in my next trip to Japan.

도쿄도심에서 떨어져있다는거 빼고 모두다 쾌적했던 곳 근처에 웬만한 체인점음식점 다 있고 세이유 슈퍼마켓 24시간이라 식료품 싸게 쇼핑 가능. 1층에 락커룸 목욕탕있고 2층 3층은 객실이고 객실마다 화장실 세면장 무지 깔끔함 직원이 수시로 청소함 놀란건 객실입구가 이중문 구조라서 객실내부가 아주 조용함 객실에는 개인 통풍구와 소형에어컨있어서 덜 답답했음 4층에 라운지는 무료음료와 무료안마의자있고 무료카레조식 아주 맛있음. 도쿄에서 다른 캡슐호텔 브랜드들 다 묵어봤는데 이만하게 잘만든 곳 없음...

初めてカプセルホテルに泊まりましたが、個人的には非常に快適でした。 大浴場もゆったり入れてアメニティーも充実。 カプセルなので歩く人の足音等は若干気になりますが、あくまで多少気になる程度。 また利用させて頂きます。

Renligt och superbra service för en sån liten kostnad. Fanns verkligen allt man kunde önska. Ett minus var läget dvs 30 min från centrum.

なかなかよかったです。

駅近で便利です。設備も新しく快適でした。風呂もよかったです、24時間対応ですし。エレベーターがないのが残念だったのと、朝食でコーヒーサーバーが故障していてコーヒーを飲めなかったのが残念でした。これがなければ5でした。

部屋の壁が薄すぎてけっこう音が響く。足音が気になってなかなか寝付けなかった。
