Everything about the property is great. Staff was normal and polite. I wish the deep cleaned the public bath due to other foreigners not knowing the shower etiquette (shower first then bath). The pods were spacious and the inclusive food and drinks were great. Would come back.

I could relax in the lounge. The staff was friendly. I used the laundry. I used the dryer 5 times (1000 yen). The second time I used it. I found the filter of the dryer was full of cotton dust. I cleaned the dryer filter and used it and it was dry in 2 times (400 yen). Be careful.

This capsule hotel was amazing!!! The staff were very friendly. The bathing facilities were great and they offered an array of different lotions, hair products etc to use for free. The capsule had separate temp control which was nice. The lounge offered free soda, juice, coffee, soup and liquor depending on time of day. Definitely will stay here again. Super Great price for all the you get!!!

Amazing stay for my first time in Japan! Fun experience staying in a capsule recommend for those traveling alone.

1st time capsule

The amenities were nice. There was musty smell in all the floors except the room floors. There is only one elevator so it will take while just to travel between floors. For awareness, this location has only one “western” shower. The rest are the communal sit down showers. If your goal is to meet new travelers from around the world, this place is not ideal.

Good hotel but takes a little time to get to Ginza

I would recommend this capsule hotel for short stays, it has all amenities you will need. Storage can be an issues as they give small lockers, but they provide locks for additional bags as needed. Capsules were adequate size, but can be hot at times, and definitely not sound proof. The lack of privacy can be an issue for making phone calls. This was my first stay at this style of hotel and I enjoyed the experience, friendly and helpful staff.

It is fine for one night rest, just staff speak limited English.

A great experience for a short stay.

It's overall a good option. They have free food and drinks in the upstairs lounge, and free booze every night. Typical for Japan, the place is immaculately clean and the service from the front desk is great. The location is good, about 10 minute walk to the yamanote line. Shinbashi is close and has lots of bars and restaurants. From the perspective of a foreigner: --Only some of the front desk agents spoke English, but they are all extremely patient. I was always able to communicate with the help of a translator app, so be prepared to be patient on your end too. --The shower situation was different than what I am used to. There are no private shower stalls, but instead it is Japanese bath house style, where you sit on a plastic stool with pretty minimal privacy. If you are not comfortable with this, I recommend staying elsewhere. --The clientelle is primarily Japanese businessmen. If you are a foreigner looking for a social experience, this is not it. It is VERY quiet (which may or may not be a good thing) including in the lounge. The general vibe is noone talks to each other and noone will talk to you either. I ran into only a couple other foreigners who I talked with for a bit but that was it. --Keep in mind this is basically a hostel, so bring earplugs and a face mask.

Enjoyable

Very nice place, typical upscale capsule hotel. The "free breakfast" ended up being just rice with some toppings, so quite disappointing... Other than that I really enjoyed it.

I’ve never stayed at a capsule hotel so I can’t compare it to any others. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, it was very quiet (everyone is expected to be quiet), and clean. A very unique experience.

This is a great hotel in a very good location. Lots of free things! mattress is comfortable. If I go back to japan, will go there again!

Excellent capsul hotel for light luggage travelers

Wonderful place for a traveler with small luggage. Excellent hot spring bath. Creating your own riceballs for breakfast is an interesting twist. 24/7 free miso soup and non alcoholic drinks. Security box is state of art. Excellent location for travelers using trains. Price is good, friendly staff, clean facility. But, it is a capsul where you sleep.

I like how clean it is and that the staff is friendly and helpful. The size of the lockers is a problem for me. They were too small.

As a rule, capsule hotels do not allow large suitcases. It's a great hotel to spend one night, but not recommended for travelers requiring access to their luggage.

No Frills Capsul Hotel

Capsule hotel is exactly as described, no frills hotel suitable for people looking for a cheap and local option.

Great Experience

This is a great capsule hotel in central Tokyo. Wanted to try one to have the experience. Everything was very clean and enjoyable. Enjoyed the baths, lounge room, reading room and free wine/beer. Provide breakfast but it was skimpy. Things to know if you are a westerner. They only offer a small locker to put your stuff in BUT will take care of your suitcase behind the counter if you ask. Also must change from your street clothes to clothes provided to you before going to the capsule so make sure to be ready to stay in before going to the capsule.

Nice overnight stay

Very clean and quiet. Helpful staff. Fairly close to restaurants and train station, which has a monorail stop to Haneda. Didn't really care for the shower arrangement but dealt with it. Lockers too small for normal luggage. WiFi worked well. AC in individual capsule could be a bit colder.

Capsule hotels are a great way to travel solo in Japan. This hotel was perfect. It was like living at a spa for a few days. Clean, organized and comfortable. It seemed that they thought of everything.

Very premium experience for a capsule hotel

A little further off from any train or metro station than other hotels in the area but worth the price. It's even better than the station side outlets of the same chain.

A one week stay turned into a two week stay

Unbeatable value. Centerally located, a 5 minute walk from the Shimbashi station. There are ample amenities. Everything you can think of. The only downside is I was the only white person here, not many people conversate with you. The lockers are small. But overall a 5 star stay!

I arrived late and can't comment on the amenities provided by the hotel, however, as a large American individual (6'5") I can say I was surprisingly comfortable staying in my pod, even with my oversized-for-lockers backpack with me. The wifi was decent, the pod was clean, and the other guests were polite and quiet during my one night stay. On the downside, the entire hotel is serviced by a single slow elevator, so it was common for a one-way trip to take 3-5 minutes, so using the stairs was the only option available when checking out to keep on schedule.

Just recommend to the hotel to have staff that could speak English. And add some private showers for those that doesn't have the culture to shower in a pool naked in front of everyone. This was a huge problem for me. Besides that, everything was good.

Great capsule hotel

Excellent capsule hotel, being all women, felt really safe. The location is not the best but it's from the walking distance of the train station so you can still easily get around. My capsule was very clean and felt spacious.

お風呂のヘアケアが選べて充実していました。 お米とスープやドリンク食べ放題なと漫喫みたいなサービスあり。宿泊には充分と思いました。

タオルの場所が浴場の方にあると良い。 脱衣所の隅に綿埃があるのとスリッパが使い捨てでないのがマイナスポイント。 一台しかないエレベーターが故障していた（笑）

少し残念な所

浴室含め共用部分の床が髪の毛だらけなのが気になりました。

はじめてカプセルホテルに泊まりました。設備は、よかったです。寝る時、くるしかったです。

値段を考えるとまぁこんなものかなという感じ。 大浴場とカプセル内の髪の毛が気になった。 ラウンジでお酒が楽しめるのはよかった。朝のカレーも美味しかった。 エレベーターがなかなか来ず、いちいち取りに行くのがめんどくさいので、新品タオルを大浴場のところに置いておいてほしい。

翌日お昼ごろまで時間が空いていたので共有スペースでくつろいでいました。いつでも飲み物が飲めるし、マンガよんだりマッサージチェア利用したり快適に探せました。夜の大浴場が混雑するのが難点。朝風呂はすいていました。

お値段以上です。外食したい人も飲食店が近くですし、外出したくない人もご飯味噌汁スープがあるのでおかずさえあれば楽しみ放題です。

女性限定なので、安心して利用出来た。 ソフトドリンクは、自由に飲めるしマッサージチェアもあり良かった？

女性専用なので、非常に快適でした。 また機会が有りましたら是非利用したいと思います。

アメニティも充実。ご近所ガチャ次第かもしれないがカプセル内も案外広くて静か。朝夕カレーやら炊き込みごはんもあるし、ソフトドリンク飲み放題。大満足。エレベーターが一台しかないのですごく時間がかかる。気になるのはその点のみ。

Jag bokade en (1) dag för att testa på detta boende och sedan ett "vanligt" hotel. Vad jag ångrade mig. Det var så smidigt, mysigt i min lilla tub. Allt och lite till ingick så som fri bar och mat17-24, fri mat till frukost, fritt spa, massagestol mm mm. När jag kom till mitt andra hotell som var dubbelt så dyrt och inte ens frukost ingick. Cabin hotellet ligger på gångväg från slutsationen för Monorailen från flygplatsen.

過ごしやすかったです。

タオルの場所や、お風呂のフロア、荷物の預け、ロッカー、着替える場所など、他のカプセルホテルと比べて動線がめちゃくちゃ悪い上に、エレベーターが遅すぎる。結構人気みたいなのだけど、ファーストキャビン と比べると落ち着かないし、いろいろ無駄に時間がかかって満足度低かったです。

スタンダードなカプセルホテルですが、食事などのサービスが良かったです。

離地鐵站10-15分鐘平路路程，附近無購物和食肆所以環境安靜，有便利店。衣櫃LOCKER空間窄少(高~2m，闊<30cm)，洗漱用品一應提供，有洗衣機和乾衣機，員工友善。床(長~2m,闊<1.2m)，兩插頭，無隔音有耳塞提供，嘈雜程度視乎打鼻鼾的人音量，有否安靜關門，動作是否小心安靜等。

No good options for securing oversized luggage

They do not offer a secure way of storing your luggage. If it's too big to fit in the closet you are designated, they will give you a small lock and a key to secure your luggage. If they had had a secure way to store the luggage this would not have been an issue, but they don't. You are designated an small area within the common rooms where you can store your luggage with the very "secure" lock you are given. Thinking about that basically anyone could access your luggage made sleeping hard. As it wasn't hard enough from before, the capsules are nowhere near as soundproof as I have experienced in some other capsule hotels. Be sure to drink a lot of alcohol before goung to bed, it's gonna get though.

寝心地が良かった

３年前の面倒くさかった頃が懐かしい。

前回利用したのは、３年前COVIT19コ◯ナ前。 今思えば利用方法は面倒くさかったけど、当時の方が気持ちよく利用できた。 マイナスポイント：「ほぼ」寝るところまで土足散乱。 大浴場のロッカーの鍵は無惨に壊れた箇所。そして、いろんな物に埃が積もっている。髪の毛の散乱。 せめて、トイレのスリッパが無い状態で利用させるのは止めて頂きたい。素足でおしっこがついた「お垂れ石」の上を歩かせるのは如何なものか。 極論を言えばこれで「安心お宿」を謳わないでほしい。残念でした。次はないです。

安心してカプセル内で永遠とインターネットしたり、ご飯やみそ汁、ソフトドリンクが食べ放題・飲み放題で何時でも過ごしやすい、良い環境でした！

綺麗なカプセルホテル

カプセルホテルであることを確認せずに予約しました。チェックイン前に確認して知ったのですが、カプセルホテルとしてはまあまあではないでしょうか。朝食の時間も正確にスタートしていました。おにぎりブッフェ、面白かったです。全体に清潔な感じでしたが、９階の人工温泉のミストサウナは使用方法の説明をきちんとして貰う方が良いと思います。また、温泉に入れ墨をしたお兄さんが入って居られて、驚きました。入館が許されているデザインタトゥーとは思えない、結構、立派なものに見えました。

とてもキレイでアメニティも豊富でした。カプセル内のUSBポートが壊れていて(？)使えませんでしたが、充電器が備え付けられていたので問題ありませんでした。また利用させて頂きます。

羽田に近い｢快適オアシス｣見つけたっ！

elevatorが１基しかないため、上がる人、降りる人で時間帯によってはごった返し階段を荷物を持ってあがることに･･･｡しんどかった。 荷物ロッカーがあり、良かった。 朝食のおにぎり･味噌汁はうれしかったし、他にも 食べ物があるともっとうれしい。checkoutが遅く 羽田発 までの時間、ゆっくりできたのでありがたかった。

快適です。綺麗だし朝食がおにぎりカフェ良かったです。機会があればまた伺いたいと思います。

価格以上の価値があると思います。 出張での利用においては充分。 また利用させていただきたいです。

貴重品ロッカーは静脈読み取り式で安心して利用できました。 全体的に清潔感あって良かったが、朝食食べられる時間を５時からにして欲しいです。
