Stay was awesome. Service was super friendly and attentive. Answered any questions we had at all times, just a phone call away. Only minor complain, not able to adjust the shower head height. Will stay again.

Single Evening stay for a next day flight

I stayed for a single night, but was a very comfortable stay. I stayed with my 7 and 3 year olds and they really enjoyed the room and all its features.

Got an upgrade. Very cordial and helpful staff.

The property was very well maintained which was expected. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and knowledgeable went out of the way to be helpful. The front desk was very helpful during our check in and went out of their way to be accommodating. Would recommend this hotel highly

A fabulous hotel! I stayed here the night before an early flight back to the US. The room was beautiful, comfortable bed and pillows, big soaking tub with bath salts and loofah sponge and a rainfall shower, and a free non-alcoholic mini-bar with great snacks. I had an incredible massage at the spa. They arranged a driver to airport, and made the entire experience so easy and pleasant.

My recent hotel stay was truly wonderful, offering comfortable accommodations and excellent service. The amenities were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my trip. However, upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed a discrepancy in the charges compared to the quoted price from the online travel agency. The difference is significant enough to warrant further investigation and clarification. I would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this billing issue and ensure accurate charges for my stay.

Overall experience was good only thing on a coffee machine I found hair and when I complaint housekeeping supervisor also came they did offer me free coffee from downstairs, but they did not clean the coffee machine. The one I had in my room. It was kind of disgusting.

Great location, super easy to checkin and offered a free breakfast on arrival upgrade! Slight downsides is the hotel taxi service is about 5-10x the Uber price, so we used that instead

Convenient, safe and dining option

I booked Andaz Delhi hotel for a conference from 21-25 Oct 2024, which I changed to 22-25 Oct 2024 on 20 Oct 2024 (before the free cancellation deadline) as I was waiting for my visa. However, I still didn't get my visa to India approved in time so I had to cancel my trip to India and on 22 Oct 2024, I informed Andaz Delhi and Hotels.com (which I used to book my trip) to cancel my whole booking. However, Andaz Delhi still charged me for the full 22-25 Oct 2024 booking. Hotels.com stated Andaz Delhi's cancellation charges as such: Cancellations or changes made after 23:59 (property local time) on 20 Oct, 2024 or no-shows are subject to a property fee equal to the first night's rate plus taxes and fees. See my attached photo of the rules and regulations stated. However now Andaz Hotel is refusing to refund me for my booking and charged me for 3 nights instead of just 1 night penalty. If I had been informed (but I wasn't, or was wrongly informed) that I could have penalty up to 100%, I would have cancelled my booking altogether and booked it again if I could get my visa. Besides, I informed both Andaz hotel and hotels.com on 22 Oct 2024 that I wanted to cancel my whole booking. I did not inform after 25 Oct 2024. So Andaz Hotel could have released the hotel room for others to book for 23-25 Oct, or even 22 Oct itself. So on what basis should they be charging me up to 25 Oct 2024??

Beautiful hotel and next to the aerocity and airport. Only issue was check in experience was bit slow. Buffet food was delicious and too many options. Overall experience was 8.5/10.

It is modern clean hotel very close to the airport; however I was not impressed with the attitude of the staff. I went to the bar for a drink, was told that the wines on the menu were not available but the waiter showed me four bottles and when I asked how much they were he said all around Rs1100. So having chose one I was astonished to find he charged me Rs2000 - when I queried he said I had chosen the expensive one even though he had assured me they were all the same price; next at dinner I was bamboozled into taking the buffet meal - the waiter briefly mentioned there was an a la carte menu but said the buffet was better. What he did not say (and I should have checked) was that the buffet was around four times more expensive (Rs4000!). Finally at check in I was told I could have a complimentary breakfast. Needless to say when I went for breakfast they denied this was the case and I was escorted to the main reception who then agreed to it being complimentary. I don't mind paying for breakfast - but if you are going to offer breakfast for free then you should stick to your word. It felt like the goal of the staff at the hotel was to fleece the customers at every opportunity - not what you would expect from a Hyatt hotel. Very dissapointing.

This hotel is conveniently located near airport and is kept nice and clean. Staff is really helpful and room service is great. We had a nice view of the International terminal. Also they had the blackout curtain which makes the room pitch black. Really useful for people who are jetlagged

Nice, new property that had nice size rooms and bathrooms. Dining options were good quality and had lots of variety. A bit expensive for dinner though. Staff was well dressed and helpful. Would recommend!

great location near the DEL airport, the staff very friendly. the breakfast and italian restaurant were excellent, I will stay in this hotel again. the only issue was the A/C and thermostat was not working properly, very cold in the middle of the night

Good service

Hotel was lovely and areocity is near by. The service at breakfast was a little slow and the breakfast area is spread over the resultant. The bread station is a little walk from the egg station. Rooms are lovely, however our towels were a little dirty and the shower water was not hot. Only Luke warm which was very disappointing.

It is an ideally located property close to the airport, offering top-class rooms and service.

I loved my stay at this hotel and wish I’d have been staying longer than just a night. It’s in an excellent location, with convenient car service available for airport drop-off. This is a really thoughtfully curated hotel, with each room displaying a local unique piece of art, summarised within a book. The complimentary minibar selection was great and the breakfast selection was vast, with anything customisable to your liking. This was a great choice.

Quiet location near airport and city

Service staff was friendly and pleasant, but not up to 5* standards seen in the rest of the world. Key cards had to be reset every day, fridge in the room was not cold. Security staff was excellent. Use the hotel car service or a private company for nice transportation options, not Uber. Hotel and amenities including gym and salon were very nice. Food at onsite restaurants was very good, including Soul Pantry, you did not have to go out for food if you didn’t want to, although there are a number of very good restaurants within walking distance.

This was by far the best hotel experience we’ve had in India. Staff were very quick and helpful and checkin and checkout and at the restaurants

Impressed overall; large rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. Prompt room service and bell boy service. Restaurant dinner and breakfast very good. Improvement would be more inventory on beer. Property is near airport which was very convenient.

My husband, my sons and I stayed at the Andaz in one of their suites and we all really enjoyed our stay. Everything was lovely, our room was spacious enough for all of us and clean. The morning breakfast was amazing with so many options and the food all tasted great. My morning latte tasted better than any latte I have ever had in a cafe shop. I also enjoyed the fresh prepared juices they had to offer. The staff were all great and any requests we had made were all delivered. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back.

Best breakfast buffet by a long shot! The Andaz is such an easy place to stay at, no hassle’s, and if there is a problem it will be rectified quickly.

i found many of the "modern " upgrades in the room to be a nuisance. The coffee maker didn't work properly, the TV never worked at all, the touch sensitiv desk lamp didin't turn off and had to be unplugged at night. Have you tried to adjust the water teimp in the bathroom sink with a wet hand?The food was great. The room was irritating!

Hotel staff seems confused. I stayed at the hotel 3X with in 18 days as I was traveling across India. 1. I had camera equipment with me all 3X. The last time the told me I couldn’t take to the room? Of course I refused and I was allowed to take it with me. 2. Had dinner the last night at the hotel and charged to my room. I was stopped as I left the restaurant and was told I needed to pay by credit card since I was checking out that night. 3. I asked to have a hotel car take me to the airport at checkin. I was told I was set. I’m confirmed when I went down for dinner and was told I was set. I checked out and no car was arranged? Of course they found a car and driver yo take me for 1950 rps! It is 10 minutes to the airport

Ok experience no airport shuttle

I expected airport transportation to and from the hotel as advertised in Hotels.

I really needed a rest after traveling for 5 days. I saw many amazing things and places in those 5 days. The Andaz by Hyatt provided the comfort and quiet I needed to recharge for part 2 of my tour.

Nice property, we stayed on two seperate occasions. Great and friendly service.
