Excellent hotel. Steep path to the beach and water sports. Expect to return.

The property is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Cyprus. The view are stunning. It is very dated and requires renovations, the food is average and breakfast options are limited for the price you're paying. After check in there are hardly any staff around and we did not receive a room upgrade, we stayed in a rooms with very limited views.

Most fabulous resort. Every amenity and watersport activities available. Great restaurants. Cannot beat it.

Amazing property, but room for improvement.

Lovely hotel, great rooms, amazing views, wonderful staff. So beautiful, everywhere you look you can take a photo. You won't find a nicer property in Cyprus. A little disappointed with the food at basilico restaurant, especially given the prices. (Overcooked sushi rice, chewy crispy duck and a very big bill). Air conditioning not turned on in the rooms during May. Would have been happy to leave windows open but other guests with private pool villa were drunk and being noisy until 2am, despite several complaints from myself and other guests, so I did not get a good sleep. My complaint was not taken seriously by the staff on checkout. Looked forward to going there for so long, but in no rush to go back. They say to never meet your heroes.

Excellent service. Especially Maria at the reception and Othonas in the bar, are very friendly and always trying their best to accommodate your needs.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!!! Loved my room! I had the sea view suite - Stunning view! Service was impeccable - all staff cannot do enough for you and are so friendly and polite. The food is delicious especially the Helios restaurant which is such a beautiful setting outside. Will definitely be returning!

great place to stay isolated location

Beautiful, but poor mattresses. Excellent Wifi

The property is gorgeous but in need of a major FF&E refresh - the mattresses are so old you can see the dents from the thousands of nights previous travellers have spent. The mattress quality needs to be excellent at a property at this level. Wifi is excellent, shower pressure excellent.

Amazing property, beach is absolutely the best in all of Cyprus. Our room and view cannot be matched. My only suggestion / feedback is the food. Not a lot of room service options and the food was mediocre

Great hotel for a relaxing stay

our 5 star experience which really was 5 starno

Our stay was most enjoyable. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful without exception. The food was good except the Basilico restaurant which specialised in Asian food, which we were somewhat disappointed with. Not enough choice and the one dish we would have chosen off the menu was not available. The only other thing which could hardly be called a criticism was the bed, although very comfortable was rather high. I, being only 5'3" in height had difficulty getting into it. However, this was a source of amusement rather than anything else. A rubber mat in the shower to prevent slipping would also have been helpful. Overall though, it was a very positive and enjoyable experience.

probably the best in Cyprus

The hotel has an excellent location with its own large beach and grounds. There are several top-level restaurants and bars. The hotel is very clean and you can always see workers doing something. There is plenty of staff everywhere and all your needs are immediately attended to, so you really feel valued. Definitely the best trained personnel in Cyprus.

Excellent top notch hotel but high food/drink cost

A top quality hotel in a lovely location. Excellent friendly staff. Amazing Kids Club/staff although €40 a 6hr day & it closed 31st August until the end of October school holidays. Rooms lovely although some side rooms experience some road noise. Spa excellent. The downside is the cost of food and drink which is excessive. Breakfast Buffet excellent but €65 per person dinner buffet (children 50%) was very poor value as was the Cypriot evening €80 each which was a total let down. Room service food better value but poor selection. Pool service fantastic & great staff but food and drink prices extortionate. The beach facilities and waterspouts are very good but the beach is not sand & very stoney.

Очень красивый отель, приедем снова. Напоминает замок в Италии. Много зелени, оливковые деревья. доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. На завтрак всем было предложено надеть перчатки для обслуживания себя в зоне буфета. На пультах были защитные пакеты, персонал в масках. Завтрак очень богатый, но мне не хватило зелени и овощей. Были только черри и обветрившиеся нарезанные соломкой огурчики. Ставни на окнах не убирают свет полностью, утром вместе с солнцем стало светло, а я привыкла спать в темноте, в следующий раз возьму маску для сна. Понравился массаж в спа, приятная девушка и эффект после процедуры долго держится. Ездила отмечать день рождения в отель. Подарили небольшой торт, спасибо. Хотя непонятно когда его было есть, потому что принесли в 20.00 когда мы выходили из номера в ресторан:) Ужин в ресторане Хелиос очень понравился. Вкусно и красиво, прекрасные сбалансированные порции. Здесь уже не поздравили, хотя я бронировала и уточняла, что день рождения. Обедали в дневном итальянском ресторане. Обидно, что нельзя забронировать столик, чудом сели компанией из 6 человек.

The best hotel in the world...great stuff...great service...very clean...amazing food...beautiful beach...excellent spa with fitness room...

By far this the best hotel experience I ever had. So good that I had to cancel my flight to stay more at Anassa. Me an my wife had wonderful 5 days there and we didn’t need to leave the hotel , restaurants are really great and top levels . The staff also were professional yet they were warm and welcoming , all of them even the guy for the beach towels, really showed the Cypriot generosity. All I can say don't hesitate to be there

Very friendly and attentive staff in general. Last day / checkout had a change of staff not up to usual standard. However overall service was on a level with the very best. Food very high standard. (Perhaps less or no vinegar in mushrooms for breakfast) Room and views - excellent.

This place is amazing. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They bent over backward to get things done for you. And if something wasn't available at that time, there was always another option! Absolutely amazing. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

I have a wonderful stay here. This is the best hotel in Cyprus, and probably one of the best in the world

2 weeks at the Anassa

superb hotel, friendly staff

The property was great for family as well as couple travel. The only issue is the strong selling culture within the establishment itself. The lack of advise in terms of other places/restaurant to eat local food is lacking. Everything seemed focus on Anassa itself so for someone like myself and my family who are adventurous found food too modern. Overall the place is great for someone who wish to go to Anassa and do nothing else.

Amazing hotel

Most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed in, bear in mind that you need plenty of euros for tips, a glass of wine costs 16€, lunch 80€ for 2 people including 2 glasses of wine & my partner had 1 small beer. We stayed 2 nights, it was all we could afford! Lovely though.

Best beach in Cyprus.

Very peaceful place to relax. Hotel is hidden world gem for those seeking quiet place to take in the beauty of the region. Have been staying 20 years at this hotel and it's just as beautiful from the first day it opened!

A truly exceptional experience from beginning to end.

Beautiful hotel with really friendly staff. A true luxury experience. Will definitely be back! Would definitely recommend hiring a boat with a captain for half a day to go to the blue lagoon and surrounding areas through the hotel as well :)

Lovely hotel

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at our he hotel. All hotel staff were exceptionally pleasant and tried their best to address any request to make the holiday as pleasant as possible. We would certainly like to come again.

Heaven is a placed called Annasa

We booked a single night via Hotels.com during a bigger family holiday for just the 2 of us, and we found paradise. Beautiful cocktails, food, beach, breakfast, pool bar, service and the suite was divine.

An excellent and relaxing holiday

The best thing about this hotel is the service. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The quality of the hotel was obvious. No complaints about the rooms, the pools, the gardens, the views, the breakfast - all excellent. If i was to nit pick i would suggest each room has its own iron. The hotel is expensive enough without having to pay for shirts to be pressed...and also the price of dining in the hotel restaurants is very expensive and quite frankly, not worth it. The service is great but the pricing is wrong. There are some great restaurants in nearby villages at a fraction of the price. All in all though an excellent stay

Great location

We had admired this hotel from afar for some time. This year we were staying in Cyprus for 3 weeks, one of these weeks being with our family. We decided that we would spend one night in this hotel, in between Villas. Once we had had a late meal with our family and seen them off at the airport we made our way to the hotel. We were greeted and made very welcome by staff. Cannot do enough for you. Unfortunately because of the lateness of our arrival we could not enjoy fully what this hotel has to offer. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had, staff very attentive and the vast array of different foods was amazing. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends and next spring we hope to return with them for a longer period. This I would say is more like a 6 star. Our room was fantastic with a fully stocked mini bar, furnishings and cleanliness, we could not fault. Products in bathroom were Aqua di Parma, just gorgeous.

Bravo good condition for the hotel, the staff was perfect and so kind and polite. Also was clean th le hotel and new but they have to do better transportation as more club cars everyday. :)

Amazing holiday from the second we arrived

We went for a summer break with our 7 year old. The hotel is by far the best in cyprus and is so for so many reasons. Every single attention to detail was fabulous, staff, their ethos, the food, the beach, water sports, pools- definitely recommend hiring a private boat for the day from latchi watersports. Best Boutique Resort Hotel

Always a reliably good stay at the Anassa. The staff are incredibly helpful with exceptional accolades to the hard working beach staff! One of the best beaches in Cyprus!

Nice hotel with nice views and great kids club

We had a good time here, they have a great kids club which our son (3 years old) enjoyed. However, there are some things that could be improved here and there considering the high room rates charged: the staff who were from Cyprus are not always the nicest, don;t smile much, the staff from other countries were much nicer and happier to help/serve you; the AC in the room has no automatic option so it's either on all the time - with 3 level options - or it's off; they don't offer you any daily complimentary small fruit basket or anything like that, you get a fruit basket on arrival but no small "attention" along the way, they don't even have the usual tea and coffee making facilities you usually get in luxury resorts inside the room - anything you wish for, it's paid room service or purchase at the restaurant, even if it's only a cup of tea or coffee.

Best on the Island

The Anassa was a beautiful refuge on Cyprus to nourish our worn down bodies and souls! We loved the grounds, the room, and the service was outstanding. Would highly recommend it to honeymooners, and people looking for some deep relaxation.
