Anantara is one of a great hotel i have ever been, Their service is meticulous, and every staff is so kind and friendly!
Lovely relaxing stay pre theatre
Light, upbeat atmosphere. Good location, good gym, good service. My room could use a major upgrade. Fake dark wood paneling & poor lighting. Bathroom was fine - great shower, heated floors, but the lighting was poor there too.
Great hotel, great location, excellent pool and gym.
Very nice hotel. We enjoyed it stay there. The staff were all very friendly and professional.
5 star experience
Modern hotel outside the main city centre in the CBD. Overall a good product. Staff in restaurants could be trained better and provide better service, especially in the lounge area.
Wow, I felt like I had been cast as a spy in this swanky, posh hotel. The pool was incredible…plus hot tub, steam room, sauna. It is next to a theater but a little away from main shopping area. The hotel food was pricey and disappointing but, overall, the hotel was lovely.
Family break
Beautiful room, fab service had a lovely family break
.
Lux stay with the best breakfast buffet.
Best breakfast buffet you'll find anywhere in the world.
An excellent modern property
Nice hotel if staying in Dublin
Recently stayed in the marker , had a fantastic experience the hotel was immaculate . Room was clean and very comfortable. Also very quiet had a great nights sleep . It’s along the docks so perfect if your going to concerts in 3 arena or bord gais theatre. Breakfast was a little confusing but spoke to the restaurant manager who was very professional and was very thankful for the feedback . Overall it was a great hotel and would highly recommend. Will definitely be looking forward to stay again
Very comfortable and well appointed hotel
An amazing stay at this very comfortable and well appointed hotel. Deep carpets and dim lighting along the corridors dark furniture, bathrooms and bathrooms and a beautiful spa. Breakfast was excellent.
Could be better especially if they worked on better customer service. Mainly at the reception
Excellent standard all round.
Wonderful service from arrival. Great everything was of a high standard, rooms, food, maintenance etc..
Excellent service. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Loved the real plants in room and around the hotel. Wonderful steam room and pool.
Stylish and convenient.
Great experience at this hotel. Room was wonderful with lovely view.
Highly recommend this property.
Bar service poor, delayed
Five star city centre hotel
A very stylish hotel in an amazing location. Rooms were spacious with lots of extras in the bedrooms eg. Complimentary hairbrushes as well as a wide range of top end tolietries. Leisure centre & relaxtion rooms were extremely relaxing & peaceful. The breakfast was unreal and included steak & eggs. The whole hotel was immaculately clean!
Staff was nice, but rooms were small and dark. Not worth the price and a trek to activities with a sketchy neighbourhood.
Great Staff, great accommodations. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
This has always been and continues to be our favourite hotel in Dublin. Its faultless. Fantastic facilities, including the spa and roof top bar, wonderful staff, great location. 10/10
I can’t wait to come back!
When you need a superb international hotel in an otherwise classically charming city, the Anantara fits the bill. Attentive staff in every facet of the hotel. Excellent facilities and amenities.
Excellent in all level
Great pool and restaurant
The rooftop bar was beautiful, as was the gorgeous spa.
The rooftop is only open Thu-Sun. We checked in on Sunday and stayed till Thursday. No one informed us that the rooftop wouldn't be open. Had to wait for 3 hours after a long trans Atlantic flight to check in. The waiter at the restaurant refused to serve us! Room was nice. Bathroom was clean.
Very Friendly staffs. Clean and we had a great time.
Great hotel and great service thank you!
Lovely hotel - we stay Everytime we are in Dublin :)
The staff were accommodating and courteous. Loved the facility.
second time at the hotel. truly a wonderful experience from the front desk person to the bellman to the concierge. all were welcoming, friendly, helpful. the hotel, rooms and public rooms are beautiful. the roof top bar is magnificent.
Could have been better
Good stay, friendly front desk staff. Room had a few issues (plug on iron lose which made it dangerous to use), sink would fill up as part blocked, shower pressure a bit low). Small things, not a cheap hotel so expect slightly better to be honest. Business trip, so didn’t use all facilities
Fabulous food very courteous and helpful staff Great facilities
Lovely hotel, unfortunately several service related issues impacted our experience including elevators out of service. Recommend informing guests that security must allow access to the roof deck - which is gorgeous. Also, need to post signage when painting in the hallway to avoid wet paint on clothing...
Beautifully appointed contemporary hotel with kind staff, a nice roof top bar, and conveniently located. Great pool for swimming laps!
Great hotel. Breakfast was a highlight.
Lovely friendly and helpful on arrival. Room beautiful
The property itself and the staff were wonderful!. My disappointment in the property was the fact that the rooftop bar is closed on Monday and Tuesday's, the 2 days I was staying at the property. This property was not close to family and friends that I was spending the holiday with but I selected this property specifically for the rooftop bar to enjoy at the end of each evening. To find out when I checked-in that the rooftop is not open on the days I was staying was disappointing to say the least. There was no mention of this in the description prior to selecting this property.
All good but the breakfast was not great
Beautiful rooms; friendly staff and walking distance to city center.
Clean hotel with nice staff !
We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was the best - always helpful.
Beautiful hotel with lovely amenities. Terrible for dust allergies. Rooms were very dusty
The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and having access to the spa and facilities made it worth it.
Pretty great, thank you
Fantastic hotel. Everywhere spotless. Service was second to none. Only downside is that it’s a good half hour walk into the city centre or a short taxi ride. Would definitely stay here again.
Loved this hotel and room! Spacious and clean
Excellent stay 😀
Beautiful place but slow service
Beautiful hotel let down by slow and erratic service, even when not busy. Evident from reception, to bars, to breakfast. Even room service was late. Disappointing when the venue itself is first rate.
Beautiful hotel. Nice staff
Excellent staff
Great hotel with good size rooms and roof top bar with views of the city centre.
Incredible service and customer experience. Will definately be coming back and bringing friends and family.
Nice property looks to be newly renovated.
It was a very peasant experience. Felt the view possibly should have reflected in a lower price
This hotel deserves to be among the leading hotels in the world. Great location.
Great stay
Not anywhere close to 5 stars
The staff was very attentive and kind. Nice rooms and excellent breakfast.
5*, best in dublin
Excellent stay as always. Fabulous hotel with brilliant leisure facilities and excellent staff
One night stay
Being asked for a passport when checking into a hotel in your own country is a bit ridiculous. We also had to present actual debit cards to pay for anything. The IT system obviously hasn’t been brought in to the 21st century. Anytime we tried to use our phone to pay it was rejected. might be worthwhile to invest in the card payment system. One of the lifts broken. Keys didn’t work on room and 5 mins after we checked in my husband went down to ask the staff to fix that and he was asked for ID yet again. Room beautiful and turn down service very professional. Pool area lovely but not properly managed as there were babies in the jacuzzi.
Wonderful hotel. We could not have enjoyed it more. Thanks Anantara.
All around a great hotel!
The room was so nice , clean . The location is so convenient. We enjoyed our stay there .
The staff, and food are the best!
Service was exceptional and restaurant and bar offerings were great.
Staff at this property is amazing! An extremely kid friendly luxury 5 star hotel. From the Chocolate Easter Egg at check-in to the glass of milk and kid slippers in the room, you can’t ask for more when traveling with family.
Room, pool, breakfast, staff were all excellent
Very nice.
No early check in!
The only issue I have with the Marker is that you can ask for an early check in when you have arrived at the hotel! Having emailed in advance and received a reply acknowledging my request I was only informed of their approach when I was told at reception that my room was not ready and if I wanted I could be added to their early check in list! Very poor approach and very frustrating!
Great staff, location and service.
Great location and amazing customer service.
Lovely hotel
What an excellent hotel. Sad the restaurant was closed as have stayed here before, and it was good.
Friendly and professional. Hotel was clean and just beautiful. Food was amazing, great stay!
Definitely coming back
Beautiful modern decor. Excellent service. Fantastic breakfast. Great cocktails. Excellent Spa. Attention to detail. Good location.
Amazing Anantara Marker
The Anantara Marker Hotel is our favourite place to stay in Dublin. There’s been a refurb since the name change which is beautiful. And all of the staff were very professional and friendly. We stayed in a corner suite, which was huge with three sets of windows, a giant super king bed, sitting area, separate bathroom. Just one small gripe was that the curtains aren’t quite wide enough! But overall, amazing!
Everything was perfect. Amazing staff would really went above and beyond. Very clean hotel. Nice bar area. Very nice clean and comfortable rooms with a great view of the Grand Canal.
We had a wonderful stay at the Marker for 4 nights. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable allowing you to relax. The front desk staff needs training. We talked with them a few times, check in, check out etc and they all seemed very new and confused with basic items. The bell hops were excellent! So friendly and made us feel at home! It was a great stay in Dublin.
Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Spa was wonderful. Hot tub could have been hotter The temperature in the room also could have been hotter. We had it on the maximum and we were still a bit chilled. Otherwise it was a great stay. Perfect location. Quiet and out of the busy part of Dublin but everything was walkable or walkable to the bus or metro.
Great hotel walkable to town and in quieter area if looking to be by the water this is the hotel for you.
Exceptional service from the moment we arrived
great area and atmosphere
Loved it
A really lovely stay from start to finish, room was clean and spacious with the most comfortable bed. Staff were all more than helpful and a great breakfast. Valet parking was €30 per day which is great value for Dublin. Would definitely recommend.
Several time during the stay staff entered the room without knocking. Unacceptable even in a travel lodge let alone a hotel that says it’s world class. Will not be back.
We didn't know what to expect from the hotel until we got there and were pleasantly surprised. The Hotel is excellent, paying attention to every detail, the rooms are clean and its setup is very well arranged and comfortable. their staff works quietly and efficiently. everyone there, from the wonderful doorman, to the reception, to the cleaning crew, the servers at the bar and restaurant, and even the spa, are there to help in every way. great experience!
A little disappointed that the bathroom was a disabled one , was looking to a bath
5 star staff and facilities
What a wonderful experience! The staff the room the facilities are all top notch. I almost didn’t want to leave the hotel to explore because I was so comfortable. I will definitely stay again.
Overall very good facilities. Staff were excellent from the front desk to concierge. Quiet location yet not far from the City centre. Very convenient for the conference centre.
The hotel is nice, helpful staff but awful acoustic design. The noise level in the bar/restaurant is excessive and spills into the reception area. The prolific use of notices is ridiculous, there are notices to operate the lift, the bath taps, sustainability, etc. These notices make a lot of assumptions, namely; that everyone can read, can read english, can read english in small font, can read english in small font in poor light. You also get some complimentary drinks and snacks but others are an additional cost but don't worry there is a small notice on which are complimentary and which are free. Why, in a room that costs €400 per night during off season, charge for snacks that would cost €20 in a Cash and Carry. Do what they do on the continent, remove the expensive drinks from the mini-bar, replace with a couple of cokes and water, offer less snacks and make it all complimentary. Charging for this and not that seems cheap. As I have already stated, the hotel is clean (ignoring the ring stains on the marble topped nightstands), quiet (unless other guests close their doors at night, each door bangs like a gun shot) and comfortable (once you read the notice on the four different type of pillows that all feel the same).
Amazing Service throughout , staff service was impeccable! Especially a man called Ivo. Hotel and rooms was very clean too. Definitely will be going again.
First class highly recommend
First visit and thoroughly impressed. Met as soon as excited taxi, bags taken. Staff excellent, attentive, informative and room great. Bed so comfortable. Used the spa twice, had cocktails in the bar and the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel!
The property and the rooms are really top notch. Outstanding breakfast. The location is nice and quiet, the people working at the front desk and the concierge desk are absolutely excellent. They gladly help with any and all inquiries. Highly recommend. Ellie
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from check in to check out. More than one person would always ask if you needed anything when you were just standing in the lobby waiting for a ride. And even after checkout, they were super helpful in allowing me to use the business area for two hours of free time I had before traveling to my next destination.
Great stay, would stay again.

The Marker is simply amazing!
If there's a better, more welcoming and relaxing hotel in Dublin, I've not heard of it. The Marker was simply wonderful and it's primarily due to the people. Derek, Michelle, and so many others made us feel appreciated and welcomed with great service and even better conversations! The room was fantastic. The food was delicious. The bartender made great drinks. I honestly can't think of a better place!
