This resort is beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast is unbelievable!

Very friendly staff

Beautiful property where the great pool and beach. Love the outdoor shower and bath. Local seafood is excellent and very inexpensive.

This is a wonderful resort by the sea, the hotel is aging & is in need of some maintenance in some areas, one in particular is the gym with old & tired equipment. However that doesn’t take away the superb service standards throughout the resort, the fabulous pool & beach. The food was really fantastic with good variety. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay

Staffs are friendly. View is beautiful Bathroom is outside so it is inconvenient to take shower when it is raining.

Wonderful staff

We escaped to celebrate my birthday. What an amazing staff and property! I have an injured leg and could not have anticipated how helpful and wonderful everyone treated us. Top notch staff.

The weather in muine was amazing, the resort was excellent, great location, beachfront and facilities, staffs were trained well to make it more exceptional.

Great well maintained property.. The staff was very eager to help the guess and kept a delightful smile on their face while doing so.. Zero language barrier, the staff spoke very good english.. Only one side note to speak about.. That was the restroom design, being American I found the doorless restroom odd, and the separate toilet with a "door" very odd because it was designed with very low lighting which made it really feel strange once the natural light was gone, and the equivalent of candle light to use at night.. if an option for a different design was available i would have taken that.. Outside of that, everything else was great

Very serene, good staff. Sometimes difficult to get requests across, but that's typical for Asia. Advice - to input numbers in room service menu. To make an order needed someone to come to the room to point them items in the menu. However, everyone tries very hard to create a pleasing experience. All areas clean, gardens very well kept, although the staff were not disturbing.

Friendly and helpful staff and great drink and food. Loud music from neighbouring hotel took away from the serenity of otherwise fantastic pool villa.

We loved our week at Anantara. The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. They went to every effort to make our stay a stress free. If I could improve anything. More lights in the bedroom. More hooks for towels etc in the bathroom.

One of my favourite places

Anantara Mui ne may 2019 This last trip to the anantara was at the end of business trip to Vietnam with a few days by the beach in Mui ne. I have stayed at the anantara before and is the reason I choose to relax in Mui ne. You are announced with to striking of a huge gong. I received a taster massage and welcome drink on arrival. Checkin was quick and efficient. My room 305 was on the corner facing rear and side, large room, large comfortable bed, the aircon quiet and efficient. I love the use of natural slate in the bathroom, the bath is enormous and made from slate. Best bathroom in all my travels. THe gardens are a little oasis, immaculately manicured, if you were to put any part of the gardens at Chelsea flower show it would win a medal. Breakfast is self service from a buffet after being received, seated and drinks order taken. I had the Phu soup, fruit and yogurt each morning, but many more options to choose from. Sunset hour at the flow bar 5-6.30pm is a must, I would have several of the Pasteur Saigon brewery craft draft beer called "jasmine" superb, 55,000vdn ++. On two of the evenings I eat at the Thung restaurant watching the fishing boats trickle on the horizon. PHuong, who served me, is a delight. She suggested I eat at the restaurant, suggested the dishes I might try, was attentive and fun. I love to travel by train and made my way to and from Mui ne this way. ON arriving from the north I stopped at Binh thuan station and took a taxi to hotel 435,000vdn

Good morning Vietnam,

We were in Vietnam for our son's wedding. He chose this location and we could not be happier. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted and shown to our room. The facility was PERFECT!!! The entire staff was attentive and treated us like royalty. Our room was spacious, clean and had an amazing room. We will definitely book at this resort again. Our only Complaint is we had to leave.

Highly recommended

This is a really beautiful hotel, with a great pool area. They also really take care of the beach area outside, and after a walk right along the beach I can confidently say that the Anantara beach area is the cleanest part. We stayed for 3 nights and it was a refreshing escape from the city. The staff couldn’t do more for you and the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both delicious a lot of choice.

If you are picky, careful with villa

We only stayed one night. Stayed in a "family pool villa" which is two adjoining bedrooms with two ensuite outdoor bathrooms (both toilet and shower/tub) are exposed to the elements in a covered and walled area (no air conditioning- some potential sight lines to adjoining properties high rooms). There is a plunge pool, nice outdoor lounge area and an outdoor seating/dining are, but no dining area in interior of the "villa". Room product is attractive and overall well-maintained, but a few areas I found unsatisfactory: rooms do not have enough interior lighting and are very dim; for the price of this room there should an interior bathroom (at a minimum the toilets); while a style feature the "locking mechanisms" for rooms are a bit cumbersome. Service was good and friendly. Management was clearly present and attentive. F&B was high quality and the included breakfast was of a high standard.

Great pool villas!

A wonderful, but short stay. We got the king pool villa and the private pool was amazing! The outdoor rainfall shower was wonderful as well. We would definitely like to come back (for a longer stay next time)!

Nicest Hotel in Mui Ne and was a pleasant stay and great sport for kite surfing. If you can book the villa's with pool as they are much nicer than the rooms. Service tried hard but ultimately seemed inexperienced, although that was consistent with the area.

Great hotel on the beach

Excellent hotel, staff and feacilities. This was part of a multi centre trip and was our last stop where we went for a relaxing end to the holiday on the beach.

Beautiful resort

It was such an amazing stay. The room was so beautiful, so was the resort. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We loved it so much we decided to extend our stay. The place is perfectly located at one of the best kitesurf spot in the world. Access to town is quick, and plenty of tourist options are in walking distance.

Booked a private villa with pool view

Booked a private villa with a private pool with the main pool view. It was excellent. It had an outdoor shower and bathtub. My only complaint is not enough hot water especially for the hot tub. But overall I had an excellent stay. 5/5 would stay again.

All of the staff from the General Manager to the gardner are absolutely fantastic. The hospitality and friendliness would be difficult to beat anywhere in Asia. The whole customer experience is superb. Thank you for a great holiday.

Amazing Resort - Amazing Staff - OKAY Management

We had the times of our life at this resort it was beautiful. It was a tropical oasis even inside the resort, a pond, fresh coconut, labels on all trees. The pool was an infinity pool going out to the beach and there was a great bar next to it as well. CONS: Management isn't the greatest, I ran into TWO problems on separate occasions and was given brushed off answers. 1. We booked the beach dinner and we got to only the second course when a bad storm rolled in and we were no longer allowed to dine on the beach. I asked for a discount or partial money back since we paid a total of $300 for something we only got to enjoy for a mere 15 minutes. They insisted they couldn't give us ANY discount and would only comp us 2 cocktails. Do the math, the numbers don't add up. 2. Upon check out our last day we had issues with our bills from the pool and there were specific drinks on there that we did not order and think it was a miscommunication due to couples next to us. Unfortunately, we signed the receipt late at night without knowledge we were being charged incorrectly which is bad on our end. We wanted to find a solution so we asked for the manager, we tried to explain the situation to him, instead he shrugged his shoulders and said I can't do anything. There was no effort to find a solution which is terrible management.

Excellent privacy for a couple's getaway....

The hotel is in a good location, and the suite was nicely designed. However, we had some issues with the suite during the stay, such as very poor WiFi service, missing a flashlight in the room when the power went out, air conditioning had a hard time keeping up, the pool lights were not working on arrival, and the walkway lights to our suite were not working the 1st night, so it was very hard to find our way back to our suite/bungalow.....

A REALLY GREAT RESORT HOTEL

WE STAYED IN ONE OF THE BUNGALOWS, REALLY GREAT VALUE CLOSE TO THE SWIMMING POOL AND BEACH , THE GROUNDS ARE MANICURED TO PERFECTION , THE BREAKFAST AND FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD THE STAFF WERE ALL HELPFUL AND AND FRIENDLY ONLY BAD THINGS WERE MOSQUITOES NOT A PROBLEM ONCE YOU HAVE SPRAYED REPELLENT BUT MUST BE DONE ON THE FIRST DAY, UNDERSTANDING THE LOCAL CURRENCY, VERY CONFUSING

The hotel was fantastic! Great getaway from the hustle and bustle of ho chi Minh. The free Breakfast was mediocre... But all the a la carte food was out of this world! Bed was very comfy, shower was amazing. The only downside was how condescending one of the front desk was to our driver. She wouldn't let him use the hotel washroom after a 4 hour drive.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations.

We splurged on a one bedroom villa on the beach and it was worth every single penny. The service was outstanding, as well as the grounds, food, pool, drinks, but mostly the people. Such warm hearts and an incredible eye for detail. STAY HERE. It is for lovers IMO, but there were a few children there.

Truly enjoy the stay here. All services are great. Will come back again

I liked everything but L'amien restaurant

I liked almost everything that I have experienced at this hotel such as service, staffs, pool, pool bar, view. But the one thing I had regretted was the dinner in L'amien restaurant! It was really terrible... price, taste, service... nothing was good. I was disappointed with it. I think they should think about why guests are going out for their meals.

Not suitable for couples!

Views excellent, hotel staff excellent, hotel facilities overall good but non existent night life with very poor hotel restaurant menu such that we eat elsewhere for 10 nights (as did most other guests!). This hotel has good facilities for babies such that it was not suitable for couples as no peace and quiet except after 8pm where it becomes a ghost hotel. No doubt as all the babies are asleep!!! For families with kids below age 10 good but for older kids and couples most boring place with a very dirty beach makes Thailand look like Switzerland!!!

Truly Amazing

This was the most Amazing resort/hotel we have ever stayed at. Five stars is not enough to rate this hotel. Nikolaos and his staff were superior. We have three children from 14 to 3 and it was such a family friendly resort that we will return. The location is beyond beautiful. We went during the rainy season (July) which was perfect. We didn't see too much rain, had ample amounts of sunshine and it wasn't unbearably hot. The food was wonderful and the spa was amazing. Cannot wait to return.

Luxury at its best

We may forget what people say or do but we never forget how people make us feel, the staff certainly made us feel special throughout our 8 night stay. A magnificent team led by a wonderful manager and his assistant, with a great eye for detail ensuring an exceptional experience. Every member of staff knew our names and greeted us with warm smiles. Our room 331 overlooked the lagoon, tops of palm trees to the ocean, it was like staying in a luxury tree house. The gardens are beautiful, pool is huge with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast was plentiful with huge variety of international dishes. One evening I asked for a mango creme brûlée, thinking I had seen it on the menu, the chef was quite happy to make it for me, mm. Great pool relaxing atmosphere

Pool area was fantastic and very relaxing. Always got free either cake, coffee or chips while in the area. The bathrooms were outdoors and romantic. Clean and modern bathrooms with good water pressure. Little far from main area but taxis are cheap.

Hotel with problems in a nice environment

First day in a deluxe room : aircon was not able to cool room below 27* Celsius, from 3 outlets only 1 working. Advise from front desk, we have to close all curtains ! Second day was a deluxe suite booked bc hotel full, they gave us a villa with pool. Refrigerator defect, with the trial to conect to the front desk we found out that the telephonin livingroom defect. We did call from toilett. Explanation from front desk, it's not refrigerators, it only cooles some degrees down. After changing it, the next one was ok. Manager did talk talk talk, no price reduction or anything ! Terrible 5 star hotel !

Great Hotel/Resort

Great love this hotel

Awesome!

We loved this resort and booked it for the kite surfing beach. It's not a spot for beginners so I wasn't able to go but my more experienced fiancé loved it. We initially booked a garden view pool villa. The hotel arranged for a driver from Ho Chi Minh Airport who was waiting for us when we arrived. The four hour trip was long but enabled us to see more of the country. When we arrived we were upgraded to a two room beach view pool villa...spectacular! It was like our own house by the beach. The private outdoor bath and shower were lovely. The staff was phenomenal and could not do enough for you. We'd definitely go back.

Nice Hotel, Beautiful Beach & Pool

Good location, very nice beach (though a lot of kite boarders), beautiful pool and grounds. We have stayed at several Anantara resorts - I would say that this stay was not what I have come to expect from the Brand - but I would stay again if I returned to Mui Ne because it still looks to be the best accommodations. I booked a Family Pool Villa 3+ months in advance but they over booked this room type so was forced (yes forced after kindly requesting 3 times that they work with someone else) to downgrade to 2 Deluxe joining rooms. The Deluxe rooms are very dark and not appealing. The bed is nice and the shower quality is good though. The Pool Villas are great - and definitely would be my choice for the money - we had friends on vacation with us and they stayed in one. Charissa at the front desk and Thuan at the pool bar were the bright spots of our stay - lovely, lovely women. The breakfast is very good as well.

Best hotel in this horible place.

The Anantara is for real a very good hotel, true 5 star. Almost everything is perfect. But the place mui ne is very specific. It is not a place to have a good vacation. The only way to spend vacations in Mui Ne is Kite surfing. Everything else you can do in other places for less money and much more comfort.

Three nights in Paradise!

We enjoyed three nights at this amazing resort! The first two nights we stayed in a private villa which was really worth the extra money compared to the deluxe room for the third night. The villa offered a big house with outdoor rain shower and bathtub, private swimming pool and lounge area. It was perfect! The spa was amazing too! We treated ourselves to a couple massage for 3h. It started with a steam session followed by a foot massage, full body massage and facial. After all that we had a large bottle of Champagne waiting for us and a private jacuzzi . We were both in heaven! The breakfast was also fantastic! Everything we could think of was on the buffet. The only improvement we could think about was dark bread. The pineapple juice was for sure one of the highlights! To say anything negative about this property it would definitely be the evening dining and the entertainment! We choose not to go back to dinner more than one night because of the quality and taste of the food as well as the Philippino singers performing, 7 days a week!

A weekend in Mui Ne

I had a wonderful weekend with my boyfriend! By the time we checked in to the hotel we were greeted with a wonderful ginger tea drink and a neck massage. Thereafter we got escorted to our room with a great explanation of all the services. We stayed in a private one bedroom pool villa for the first two nights which was amazing! Totally worth the extra money compared to the deluxe room we choose for our last and third night. Everything about this resort was so wonderful except two things. 1. The restaurant food. We had dinner one night and it really was not impressive in both service and taste. 2. The entertainment. Two singers from the Philippines was playing standard cover songs and it was horrible! The hotel was offering a seafood buffet which we planed on enjoying but because the two singers was playing every night we decided not to take the buffet. Over all we had a wonderful stay, would definitely go back here again but only for the pool villa, the regular room was nothing special.

Great place to stay.

We booked the duplex with private pool and we love everything about this resort except for the food. Didn't spend enough time there, would love to go back and spend few days the next time we in VietNam.

It was fantastic only thing is that they didnt comply with Hotel.com booking. We booked a 2 bedroom villa on the beach wirh a private pool & they gave us something completely different until we made a complaint. This is a very common issue in Viet Nam since i ve spent over 20 years doing business with the people there. Ither than that the place is amazing.

Absolute luxury!!

This is without a doubt the most beautiful luxurious resort we have ever stayed in (and we have done alot of travelling). The staff were lovely and so helpful, gave exceptional customer service. Our private villa was divine, we can't speak highly enough of our experience. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Lovely hotel and staff

Had a one week stay here over Easter. Lovely hotel. Nice big pool on the beachfront. Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, particularly good with our 5 year old daughter. Lovely breakfast included although we ate elsewhere in Mui Ne most nights as there were better value restaurants down the road. Would highly recommend and would visit again if ever travelling back to Vietnam.

Service first class all staff very customer orientated. Superb swimming pool and lounge areas with pool bar. Beach clean and tidy in front of Anantara but adjacent hotels could do more to keep their beach areas as tidy.

Beautiful beachside hotel

We were met by the hotel staff and received of our luggage immediately. The check in was done at a coffee tAble with a welcome drink. The manager then came to welcome us and we were then taken to our room. Although the hotel was larger than we expected the staff did appear to recognise us and our particular needs at breakfast and at happy hour!

Gorgeous hotel

Gorgeous hotel and rooms! Friendly and helpful staff. Warm welcome at reception. There is a guest services manager there who is amazing and always engaging in conversation with guests and very helpful. Cons: Internet very slow or not working. Got overcharged at the pool bar by staff who wouldn't provide a receipt. The guest service manager resolved the issue for us. Always always get a copy of all receipts here. Would stay again!

Beautiful resort, with fantastic service

We loved Anantara resort. From being picked up in HCMC and driven in a very comfortable car to Mui Ne, we were looked after really well. We had a lovely room, only down side we found was our King bed was 2 singles pushed together that did not line up well causing a reasonable bump, a minor issue. Breakfast buffet was amazing each morning and just the friendly service from staff will have us planning to return one day.

Best hotel ever

Stayed in the Anantara for 6 nights in December. Spent 3 nights inns standard room which was excellent and then upgraded to a Pool Villa for another 3 nights. Absolute unadulterated luxury with own pool. Outside tub and shower as well as a massive 4 poster bed. Staff wre incredibly helpful and provided complimentary water, fruit kebabs and coffee by the main pool. Breakfast was top rate and the location a few steps from the beach was perfect.

Not worth the money

I stayed at this same hotel a few years ago when it was lan mien back then it was 80usd and decent value for money and you got what you paid for. Not realising that Anantara had taken this hotel over I booked the Anantara for 6 nights. Only to find upon arrival the only thing that had changed was clearly the name on the front gate and of course now the price was nearly 200usd per night. Absolutely nothing else had changed no upgrade of rooms. Gardens were always nice pool is the same. Even the mediocre breakfast buffet was the same, which when it was 80usd a night was acceptable however now at the new inflated overpriced rate of 200usd per night it simply doesn't cut it and me us feel totally ripped off the entire stay. Do yourself a favour stay at one of the many of locally run perfectly nice clean and safe hotels in mui ne for a fraction of the price and leave the Anantara to ppl with more Money then sense.

Great Hotel

I love this hotel very much. It is located on the beach with soft sands. The breakfast is plentiful, and hotel staff is quite friendly. The whole setting is just for a wonderful vacation.

Stunning hotel in beautiful grounds

Best hotel I have been fortunate enough to stay in. We stayed in a pool villa which was superb. Massive four poster bed, stunning outside shower and sunken bath. We loved the pool which was perfect for the 2 of us. Nice touches at the main pool. Complimentary water, fruit kebabs and Vietnamese coffee. Staff were all very kind and helpful. Breakfast beautifully presented and wih fresh waffles, pancakes and freshly cooked eggs to order.

Fantastic Holiday

Fabulous hotel in fantastic setting. no 1 hotel in the area. clean white beach. Plenty to do outside hotel. standard of food and services within the hotel excellent. Nothing too much bother for the staff.Wife had a little medical emergency and had to be taken to local clinic for treatment. excellent service. Doctor there within 15 minutes. Staff very concerned and when we were back at the hotel the staff made sure everything ran smoothly for us. 5 star hotel, 5 star location. Only drawback, there has to be one, nerve wracking,bone shattering 5 hour journey to get there from Saigon Airport.

probably the best resort in mui ne

We booked a deluxe room (most basic room type) and enjoyed it a lot. the room was spacious with a big bath and tube inside right next to the window so we could see the garden and sea out there while taking a bath. also it had a big balcony, just wonderful! the equipment and amenities were fully satisfying and the breakfast buffet delicious. only drawback if you want were the relatively high prices for the restaurant and spa. however, there are many more economic alternatives around, so that shouldn't be a problem if at all. highly recommendable!

Great, relaxing beach break...

The resort was pleasingly quiet during our August visit, perhaps with the start of rainy season. On arrival we received a free upgrade to a deluxe suite and we were very pleased with the size and quality of the room, with a view out over the pond, pool and down to the sea. Food in the hotel was reasonable in terms of taste and price, especially for a 5-star hotel. The one complaint that I had was regarding the effectiveness of the staff. Don't get me wrong, they were all very pleasant people but I sensed that at times there were either not enough of them (evening meals) or they had simply not been managed / trained appropriately. Again, not sure how much of this was due to the start of rainy season or management. The beach and pool areas are lovely and the large rolling breakers provided great conditions for either playing in the shallows or kite-surfing. This south end of the beach was wonderfully clean and quiet. Outside of the hotel there is really only the coastal road with numerous bars and restaurants all providing similar fayre. The food is of course cheaper in these and from a seafood perspective a lot better than what was on offer in the hotel. Entertainment is very limited (which is what we wanted) but great if you're Russian and like mid 1980's rock-ballads sung by elderly Vietnamese crooners! If you want to chill-out on a relaxing beach holiday, I would recommend this place.

Great hotel on the beach

Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. We got a villa with a private pool which I would get again, but perhaps request a villa further from the larger hotel pool which could get loud at times. Beautiful setting on the beach of Mui Ne and the villas are simply stunning.

Felt like a VIP!

Anantara lives up to it's reputation here in Mui Ne. My wife and I were given royal treatment at the resort. Extra friendly staff, amazing food, tip top Gym equipment, large room with comfort mattress that gives you a blissful night's sleep! Loved every minute staying at Anantara.

The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with great views. My wife and I loved the pool and the poolside bar, with great lunch specials. It was a great getaway.

Great for a relax by the beach

The hotel was fantastic, but we did have a beach front pool villa. The only thing I can possibly say was disappointing was that the room was not that well cleaned, dirty glasses not always taken away, etc. The front desk were not really able to help with our onward train travel. The staff were friendly, the breakfast very good and we would love to be heading back!

Worth another try

The hotel is beautiful and the accommodations are very well appointed. The only negative I can say, (and this is not the hotel's fault) is that during the summer months of July and August, many families are traveling with their children. There is a cultural difference on etiquette when traveling in Vietnam and it can be offensive to some Westerners. The hotel management does everything in it's power to alleviate this situation, but we found our stay compromised. Hotel management took this situation very seriously and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We plan to come back after the end of August when children will be in school and the hotel will be more of the type of vacation we were expecting. We live in Vietnam, so we have a good grasp on the cultural situation here. Depsite the above-mentioned, we had a fantastic massage (probably best I've had in Vietnam) at the hotel. It was a little pricey compared to other street places, but well worth it - professional staff, excellent technique, wonderful room and amenities. We also played golf at the nearby Sea Links and Ocean Dunes Golf Courses. Excellent weekend and we are looking forward to returning! Thank you to the hotel management for their continued efforts to strive for excellence and hospitality to all cultures and expectations.

from architectural and decoration ; this is hotel is real 5 starts hotel. from the service part. from the hotel director to the waiters they all has different faults. the restaurent director say hello to all clients every morning. because he have to... but when you got question or problem, most of time he just to be foolish. all vietnams waiters of this hotel not speak english. They are only can tell you hotel information in english , Because you know they were repeat everyday.

Delightful Mui Ne resort

Great hotel. My only complaint is that the gym equipment is sub-standard - in both variety and quality. Note too that they don't have the usual facilities that you would associate with a resort i.e. tennis etc. However, if you just want a relaxing beach holiday, lazing around the pool or on the beach then it's absolutely perfect.

L'Anmien - Best Hotel in the Resort

We have just returned after spending 9 nights at L'Anmien and had a splendid holiday. Hotel is definitely worthy of 5 stars,all staff were very helpful and frendly. Spacious room modern clean and tidy. Stunning gardens, well kept, and idyllic view of the sea from pool, leading on to beach. Afternoon tea and cakes free at 3 pm every day. We were recommended this hotel by our son and girlfriend who stayed last year and we were not disappointed. We were treated like royalty.

Beautiful setting. Friendly and helpful service. The beach is windy, and therefore there are a lot of kite surfurs all up and down the beach. This also means that there's a surf. So, if you like a beautiful beach with wind, sand and surf (as we do), it's great. If you prefer calm water and no/little breeze, go elsewhere, although the huge pool isn't in the wind. Great breakfast spread. Don't get room on street side. Get villa or sea/garden view.

Very nice

Very nice resort hotel located directly on the sea We had a deluxe room with garden view (and side sea view) the only drawback is that you could hear the street noise a bit and the dogs barking loudly every morning from the neighboring property. That was the only downside, otherwise very nice staff, very helpful and quick. Top massage in the spa and mega breakfast buffet. The à la carte food in the evening falls somewhat short of the standard expected of a five-star hotel. We walked the beach section to the left and right for 10 km, the Anantara is clearly the most beautiful hotel. If you want to get a sun lounger by the pool, you have to get up early and have your towel laid down. If you arrive after 10:30 am (i.e. at the end of breakfast, you will already have massive problems). Despite the small blemishes, a clear recommendation for this hotel in Mui Ne!

기대보단 그닥..

방은 크고 좋아요 수영장의 물관리는 좋지 않은편이고, 풀바는 사랑입니다. 비치도 좋구요. 호텔앞 작은마트와 식당, 마사지등의 편의시설 조금 있구요. 조식은 수준 이하입니다. 스파는 친절도,청결,마사지스킬 최상입니다. 비싸긴 해도 그 값어치를 충분히 합니다. 라운지는 밖에보다 덥고, 직원도 자리를 비우고..최악이네요

조아요!!

리조트가 생각보다 넓지는 않았지만 초록 초록하고 조식도 맛있었다. 수영장이 깊어서 재밌게 수영하고 놀았다. 룸 예약을 sea view로 했는데 호텔동은 3층이 제일 높은곳이라 룸에서 바다를 볼수가 없어 아쉬웠다.

Très bon hôtel!!

Nous avons séjourné pour 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. La première chambre ne nous convenait pas à cause du bruit en provenance de la route et nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Le personnel a été très efficace et nous a tout de suite changer de chambre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées et nous avions une jolie vue sur la mer. Je trouve le rapport qualité prix un peu élevé mais nous avions séjourné à l’hôtel durant la période du nouvel an. La piscine est très jolie, très grande et avec beaucoup de transats. Seul bémol, la salle de sport. Celle ci est très très vieille et les tapis de course ne fonctionnent plus. Le petit déjeuner est bien mais pas assez varié à mon goût lorsque vous séjourné plusieurs jours. La plage devant l’hôtel est très belle et bien aménagée avec des parasols et transats.

무이네에 다른 리조트보다 규모는 정말 훨씬 큰 것 같아요. 얼리체크인도 방이 준비된 상태라서 바로 체크인할수있었어요. 수영장 넓고 이용하는내내 드링크가져다주고 신경써주더라구요:) 다음에 간다면 프라이빗빌라로 가보고싶네요 ㅎ

디자인,편안함,서비스,가격 모두 대만족입니다.

시설 좋고 직원들 서비스마인드 너무 좋습니다. 아쉬운 점을 찾기가 힘듭니다. 아침식사도 훌륭합니다. 호텔식당에서 저녁을 현지식 셋트로 먹었는데 맛도 좋고 금액도 저렴합니다. 나가서 해산물 사먹는 금액과 거의 비슷합니다. 다음에 호치민을 가게 되면 꼭 다시 방문할겁니다. 그땐 꼭 개인풀장있는 방으로 예약하고 싶네요. 한가지 아쉬운점은 바다가 보이는 뷰로 예약했는데 정원의 큰나무들 때문에 바다가 거의 안보였습니다.

너무나도 좋았던 호텔

자매끼리 여행왔는데 싱글베드 2개인 방으로 예약해서 프론트 건물에 있는 방으로 배정됐어요. 창문이 도로를 향해 있어서 소음이나 조망은 좋지 않았어요. 하지만 방이 아주 깨끗하고 커서 충분히 만족했습니다! 체크인을 한국 직원이 해주셨는데 너무 친철하게 안내해주셔서 지내는 내내 마음 편했어요. 수영장, 조식, 프라이빗 비치 모두 훌륭해서 마음껏 즐겼습니다~~ 다음 에 또 오고싶네요!

위치: 무이네에서 좋은 위치에 있고 해산물 식당 거리에서 적당한 거리에 있습니다. MuiNe888 식당까지 택시비 약 55000VND 나옵니다. 방/ 2베드룸, 복층 스위트룸에 묵었습니다(방번호:323). 리조트 내 조경 및 수경 시설과 바다를 볼 수 있는 좋은 전망을 가졌습니다. 가구상태: 전반적으로 사용감이 느껴졌습니다. 낡고 해어진 곳이 많았습니다. 가구관리를 다시 정비할 필요가 느껴졌습니다. 1층의 마스터룸의 탁상램프 한개는 작동하질않았습니다. 침대도 편했습니다. 전기 콘센트: USB코드가 없고, 콘센트가 침대 근처에 없으며, 불편한 동선에 위치해있습니다. 화장실: 1층의 욕조는 마사지기능이 있으나(2way) 한개만 작동 하였고, 손잡이가 망가져있었습니다. 2층의 화장실은 준수하였습니다. 어메니티: 어메니티는 녹차향이 났으며 평범했습니다. 에어컨: 에어컨은 작동이 잘 되었고 시원했습니다. 시설: 시설은 단연 최고입니다. 뛰어난 조경과 수경시설을 자랑합니다. 여유를 즐기기에 충분합니다. 낮에는 리조트 내에서 즐기시길 추천합니다. 수영장은 어린이 풀과 성인 풀이 잘 구비되어 있었고 물의 청결상태도 매우 좋았습니다. 또한 수영장 앞에 위치한 해변가도 꼭 즐겨보세요. 조식 및 바: 조식은 다양한 음식과 음료, 과일이 준비되어 있었습니다. 맛은 전체적으로 우수하였습니다. 추천메뉴는 프레페와 소고기 쌀국수, 베트남 연유커피 그리고 패션후르츠 요거트입니다. 직원의 친절 및 용모: 한국인 직원분이 계셨는데 세세하게 신경써주시고 정말 친절 하였습니다. 호텔에 묵는동안 좋은 경험을 제공 받았으며, 가장 좋은 점수를 드리고 싶습니다.

The best hotel of Mui Ne

굉장히 만족스러웠어요. 룸 인테리어와 청소상태도 깨끗하고 좋았고 조식 뷔페도 괜찮았습니다. 저희는 스파(마사지)와 토요일 저녁 야외 Seafood BBQ도 이용했는데 정말 좋았습니다 특히 직원분들이 친절하고 신속한 서비스를 제공해 주어 인상적이었습니다 더구나 한국인 직원분이 너무 친절하게 응대해 주어서 더욱 편안한 숙박이 되었습니다 ☆☆☆☆☆

100分度假飯店

非常舒服的度假酒店，感受到賓至如歸。入住當天因為滿房所以等了一下，飯店人員不斷來關切與道歉，飯店人員英文很好，泳池很美，躺椅很乾淨，泳池旁的吧兒5-6pm happy hour 買一送一，還送堅果～有專屬的沙灘，可以在沙灘上散步，很開心的經驗，慶幸選了好飯店！

수숙소의 전반적인 컨디션은 좋아요 한국인직원이 있어서 불편한 부분도 없구요 풀빌라 역시 좋아요 가족리조트로 좋음 단, 베트남 담배 문화 때문에ㅠ 수영장, 야외식당 등에서 담배 피우는 분들이 있어서 불편했어요 주말에 오픈하는 야외 바베큐는 걍 그래요ㅠ 차라리 로컬음식점 추천합니다 그리고 사진이랑 똑같은건 아닙니다 참고하세요 밤에는 어두워서 리조트 내부 산책하기 무서움 ㅎ

The hotel is lovely and everyone is very helpful and kind. The level of english varies quite a lot from very good to nearly non-exsisting. We were in premium rooms, which faced the noisy road and asked to be moved - which meant an upgrade for 23usd pr night. The other room was facing the garden and smaller but both nicer and more quiet. We loved the buffet breakfast, the pool, the gym and had a lovely dinner by the beach og nice room service. Unfortunately the street and area nearby is dirty and there are a lack of decent restaurants. Surprisingly every shop or restaurant has everything in russiand as there are a lot of russian tourist in Mui Ne.

スタッフの対応や施設全体の清潔感は大変良かったです。部屋にはコンセント式の蚊取り器（ベープマットのようなもの）が有りましたが、効かなかったのか、2泊とも夜中に蚊に刺されで起きてしまったのだけが残念です。 食事も大変美味しく、家族も喜んでいます。

Great hotel

The pool and beach area are what makes this hotel a gem. The beach was clean, and there were a lot of options for kite surfing, jet skis etc. I did not try the private villas, which I expect are more luxurious than the rooms in the main building. The breakfast was excellent, and the lunch menu by the pool was also great. When we booked a tour of the sand dunes through the hotel, we were promised a sunset over the red sand dune and an english speaking guide. Got neither. On the tour they also charged us an additional fee equal to what we had already paid for going onto the dunes. Would obviously not recommend this tour. I had high expectations as it is a five star resort, and think they still have room for improvement service and hospitality wise.

한국인이 제일 많이 이용하는 이유가 있는 호텔입니다! 조식,수영장,룸컨디션,손님응대,프라이빗비치 모든게 무이네에서 최고입니다 방음이 잘 안되는것과 모기가 많은 것만 미리 감수한다면 단연 최고입니다!!

좋아하는 호텔인데 갈때마다 점점 침구상태가 불결해서 서운해지네요~ 그래도 좋은 환경이 늘 좋습니다

모든 직원들이 매우 친절하고 시설도 깔끔했다. 수영장과 해변이 연결되어 있어 편했다.
