Excellent ** very helpful staff, lovely sunsets and views. Breakfast served in room every morning was ideal. Private pool was perfect. Good location only 10 min walk to some very good restaurants. Would recommend to hire a vehicle to explore the rest of the island. We would definitely return.

Great staff, beautiful room in a quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay at Allunia Suites. We loved that we had our own space, own pool and weren't surrounded by general hotel noise. Saying that the pool dripping noise did wake us up a few times, even with ear plugs in! Breakfast is delivered to the room, which was OK. The last few days the croissants weren't very fresh, but were OK. The room could do with a few more amenties, in terms of being able to make some food, even just plates and cutlery as you do have to eat out all of the time. We stayed in room 8 and it could do with extra privacy from the car park. We were straight out into the view of everyone in the car park, which was a bit awkward at times! There was privacy from the other side, so not sure why this is the case. Other than those things, we can't fault it. The room was spacious, it was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was good, reception were very helpful and it was in an ideal location.

We had a fantastic, quiet and relaxing time. The room was beautiful and clean as was the pool area. The room was cleaned on a daily basis as was the pool services daily. Staff was incredibly polite and hostess' are the best we've seen in Greece yet. Thank you Maria and Anna for all your help during our stay, for the impeccable recommendations as well as taking the time to have these booked for us.

It is nice, just overly expensive in my opinion

Smart, fresh & new looking suites. We were made welcome on arrival and the reception was very pleasant. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi never worked, although I hadn’t mentioned it initially, after the staff being made aware there was no obvious effort to resolve this. The swimming pool was full of floating bugs on arrival and the bottom of the pool was scattered with debris during our entire stay. Breakfast was simple but mostly adequate. As it’s the first time in Santorini it’s had to say about value, but it was expensive for what it is generally speaking travelling extensively. For a once a year holiday it may not seem so overpriced. The last evening there was a power outage, it was early and as we were outside it wasn’t on obvious. I went to say the outside electric lights were on, but inside there was no power. That’s when I was advised there had been a power outage. There was some to/fro with maintenance bur left in a room from 8:30pm onwards with no electric, meanwhile there power was on in other suites, couldn’t see to shower or get ready to go out, total darkness apart from phone lights, no word from the staff with suggestions or assistance, just maintenance in and out baffled why no electric for us. No idea when the electric come back on as was so late we were asleep. Wasn’t on before midnight. I’d have expected something from the accommodation to acknowledge whilst not their fault for the initial outage, we were the only room left in darkness.

The views, food, and location were great for us. The location is easily accessible by car and the view from the room is amazing. My only complaint is it wasn't clear what was complimentary with the room as we were later charged.

Stunning place!

Excepetional place with beautiful views! We arrieved out our beautiful suite as part of my wifes birthday treat. We were handsomly granted at reception and helped with out bags. Stunning place close to the town of Fira.

Terrible unprofessional staff. I’ve been to greece 5x and never encountered such a rude and unprofessional staff. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

Had high expectations, really nice views of the sunset and all day sunshine but the pool was not cleaned or maintained properly and was always dirty, breakfast was cold and the boiled eggs were from the day before. Staff were hit and miss but overall not helpful.

We loved having a private pool with a sunset view. Also the town was just a short walk with good food and drinks. We loved our receptionist Lina who was so accommodating and friendly. She really made the stay extra nice. We also loved the bed and the sheets where so nice. Housekeeping was great and also Oscar was very nice. Great staff. There was not one thing we could complain about. Top notch all around. Thanks Alunia!!

As pretty as the pictures but you'll need a car

The property is exactly like what you can expect from the pictures, super clean, with a personal pool, great view. Ada the hostess is super nice and available. However, the location is inconvenient, it's a good 10 minute hike from Pyrgos, there is literally nothing around, you need to hike/drive for food/water (unless you don't mind paying 3euros for 2 glass of water). Don't stay here if you're not planning to drive. Beside that we enjoyed our stay is super calm and relaxing. One last inconvenience, if you book the bigger room, the AC is way too small for the entire place, while the living room is freezing, the bedroom is super hot and humid, plan to sleep with windows open in the summer.

one of the good places

This was one of the nicest places I ever stayed in. All the staff were really nice and helpful especially the lady in the recieption she helped us plan our trip and with other issues we encountered. The place it self was beautiful, clean and organised couldn't have asked for anything more.

The room was great! Very clean and welcoming. The staff was lovely and made sure we were having a nice time. They were always willing to help us with restaurant/ transportation booking etc..

I couldn't recommend Alunia enough, this hotel is absolutely perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway. Private room with pool and breakfast served to the room made for an incredibly romantic and secluded holiday. The hotel is also well connected to Pyrgos which is only a short bus ride to Fira and the rest of this beautiful island. 10/10 would stay again!

Best by a mile

Perfect place, perfect location. Reception could not have been better, very nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is clear and well located. We stayed in Santorini for 9nights, visited every town/city and we're still so happy we were based here. Santorini near the caldera is just manic. Full of tourists with flashy camera. Not here, pyrgos is beautiful, charming and just a nice relaxing place to be. 100% would recommend it here, best by a mile.

The entire stay from start to finish was magical! We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Nothing was a problem! Staff were so friendly and really made us feel at home! The suite was like a fairytale! It was like nothing I could have imagined before visiting! I really can’t wait to return

Amazing room and staff were brilliant. We stayed in room 4 and had everything we needed. Short walk in Pyrgos town. Staff give you recommendations and offer to sort out trips and transport for you. Breakfast delivered to room each morning was also amazing.

Perfect hotel for a honeymoon in Santorini, the view is amazing and the staff is great and very helpful. I liked the small town close to the hotel (Pyrgos), so lovely and romantic. Then there is the capital of Santorini (Fira) which is only a 10 minutes drive from the hotel, It has everything you would want in Santorini (restaurants, night life, beautiful views...etc.)

Rare Gem away from the Crowds

Suites were well located away from the crowded areas of Santorini. Had a private pool facing vineyards which offered good viewing of beautiful sunsets. Breakfast served by the pool was a pampering experience. Staff serving us, Gregory was very efficient, warm and helpful with our queries. Own transport is recommended to explore the touristy areas of Oia (27min drive) and Fira (15min drive).

Amazing stay!

Absolutely fantastic stay! I couldn’t fault the place at all, it’s just like the pictures. If not, better! Amazing for a couples trip! Hotel staff were so friendly - especially Matilda!!

This hotel is everything!!! Excellent staff!! Very accommodating and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

We had the perfect vaction. The room is privet and clean, breakfast is brought to your room, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The best way to travel around the island is to rent a car or motosicle.

Everything about our stay in Alunia was excellent, the staff (lady Yiota and the guy) are friendly and approachable and provided the things that we needed during our stay. They also helped us about good places to visit and how to get there. Breakfast is always lovely and private pool is a very nice touch specially for couples like us which made our stay unforgettable.

Love the adults only vibe and privacy. The staff was so accommodating and very helpful.

Hotel is good, quite, clean and the manager is friendly. Only issue is the hotel could use some more amenities and service per price and the large suites have AC on the bottom floor and the hotel is two ceiling and on top floor its hot and bed room is there so its hard to sleep in heat. Otherwise its good place.

Great Hotel in Santorini with private pool

How do I begin? This place was absolutely stunning. Quite honestly, my expectation wasn’t very high and I was skeptical given the limited reviews. However, I was completely blown away upon entering my private villa with a large, clean and beautiful pool. Moreover, when I opened the door, I was shocked by how clean and tastefully decorated the room is. The hotel just opened two months ago and they only have less than 10 rooms, so everything is brand new and the staff was really able to give you your whole attention. The manager was super nice and helpful, so was the butler. We had an amazing stay at this hotel and you’ll find the same too. Just to give you a comparison, I spent wayyyy more for hotel in Oia than this hotel, but I would have swapped my hotel room in Oia with this Hotel in a heart beat. The view was amazing, and they deliver breakfast (really really good quality breakfast and nicely presented) to your room! You won’t regret staying in this hotel.

very welcoming, staff is super friendly, rooms are super nice clean white, right sized, pool is perfect..... To sum up it is highly recomended although one jas to have a car because of the location.

Lovely new spot for relaxation and luxury.

Great new villas in Pyrgos. First time visiting Santorini with my husband and we had an amazing time. New place with great breakfast, private pool/outdoor space, fast wifi, fluffy towels and robes. The staff were extremely helpful but discreet. I would recommend as a relaxing and intimate spot to chill and explore the rest of the island. You need a vehicle of some kind to get around and note that the shower in some rooms is open to the whole room so anyone will be able to see you.

Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel übernachtet und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen! Von Anfang bis Ende war alles perfekt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, mit schnellen Verbindungen zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem ruhig genug, um zu entspannen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich begrüßt, und während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hat sich das Team stets bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Besonders begeistert war ich von der liebevollen Einrichtung und den kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machten. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet - eine große Auswahl an frischen, regionalen Produkten, die keine Wünsche offenließen. Insgesamt ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Parfait

Notre séjour a été parfait du début jusqu’à la fin. La chambre était très propre et confortable. La chambre ainsi que la piscine étaient nettoyés tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux ! Le personnel était à l’écoute, disponible et très sympathique. Nous recommandons fortement !

Frühstück bis 1/2 verspätet und nicht immer war das angekreuzte auf dem Tableau!
