Very good, modern rooms.

Stay suboptimal due to low maintenance

Beautiful and comfortable room but overlooked by neighbouring building apartments and heating did not work

Very good

The hotel was very clean, but the staff lacked experience. I was charged $32 for an early check-in of just one hour, which felt excessive. Additionally, when I needed to purchase water at night, I was informed that the hotel neither sold water nor had any available, and there were no nearby stores. This was quite frustrating.

This was a really nice hotel by Marriott. Only four years old with some of the best views of the city. They gave us a sixth floor with direct views of the Notre Dame. What a site. Definitely recommend this hotel, some of the most comfortable beds That we slept on in a while for hotel sake.

Nice Hotel; Provided the Essentials

Great modern hotel and room. Close to tram options and large shopping mall with massive grocery store. Lots of dinning options in the area. Walkable to old town, about 15-20 minutes, 30-minutes to main train station. Enjoyed having a Nespresso machine in the room, but only provided free coffee pods and milk for one night. Purchasable otherwise with front-desk. Thankfully we bought pods, milk and sweetener at nearby Leclerc grocer. Loved also walking the nearby canal area every evening; always lively and safe.

Great location!

Hotel location was great. Only downside to the room is the bathroom area and shower is not private and can be seen by anyone in the room thanks to the full length mirror directly across from the shower. No problem if you are a solo traveler or with a partner, but worth noting in case you are traveling with a friend or family member. Otherwise the room was perfect.

Good bed . All …. As advertised Parking was a half mile away.

The hotel was five minutes or less from the bus station. The room was clean and comfortable and large the chicken and checkout process was easy and the staff was super friendly

Think Twice - Not Four-Star

Definitely not a four-star product. The hotel makes the guest feel put upon to purchase standard room amenities such as coffee and water while charging a four-star price. The lobby feels like the bar of a hostel and the elevators were tatty and unkempt.

The room is nice, but too simple

The staff are a great asset of this facility. The room was modern and comfortable.

"We can't do anything until the morning"

Reception person was very nice. A.C stopped working and they said they can't do anything until after we check out. Worse, the coffee machine also didn't work. Also they had no ironing machine for our clothes. Really bad experience

The concierge was especially helpful. My wife was ill and they got us in touch with a doctor immediately. All very kind and patient staff.

Room and staff were OK, but the solution with only 1 free parking ticket for 2 nights is not the right solution for a hotel without parking at their location.

Nicely designed rooms and the blackout shades are a plus, but the beds are showing their age. Ask for options on pillows if they’re not to your liking.

I really love this hotel, the room was clean and the view was amazing, but the air conditioner wasn’t cold enough. But overall it was a great experience.

I always travel to Strasbourg...there is no better hotel and it is the staff that makes it! Incredible people..

Room with a view.

Great hotel that was an easy walk into the city center. We enjoyed drinks at the bar in the hotel. The view from the room of the city was very nice. Everything you need is within walking distance! The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure!

Pre-Christmas Holiday at Strasbourg

Great location. Walkable distance to Petite France and Christmas markets.

The hotel is within easy walking distance to most of the old town area, roughly 10-15 min max. The room seemed clean and overall quiet even on the 1st floor. However the Sat night nightclub in the bar/lobby kept us up later than we wanted since we were only 1 floor up. I recommend a higher floor if possible. There is no onsite parking however they give you a discount for parking at the Cinema parking garage which is a 10 min walk. You can walk through the rivertole mall for most of it if weather is bad

This hotel was very comfortable and well-designed! It is also a great base for exploring Strasbourg, just a 10 minute walk to the historic center

Not what is want

On the first night the a/c didnt work and it was very cold. They change our room at 23:00. The day after was problem with the window and they offrr us to change the room at 22:00 night . I told the hotel its not comfortble to change the room eveey day with all the bags. And we decided to sleep with nothhing cover the windows. I told the admin everything and i thought the will offer me something to make me happy but nothing done. The location is peefect The breakfast is too pooor

Great location, 15 min walk into city centre. A few retaurants immediately adjacent if you wish to stay local to hotel.

フリックスバスの停留所に近いことで選びました。 このお値段で良質なお部屋、満足しています。 角部屋で公園の緑が部屋一面の窓から見えて 感動しました。コルマールでの一泊を挟んで、 お部屋が変わりました。角部屋は一緒でしたが、 隣の住居のお部屋が丸見えで、少し居心地が よくなかったかな。でも快適さに変わりありません。 再びストラスブールに来ることがあれば、また このホテルを選ぶでしょう。 フロントのスタッフの方も笑顔で丁寧に対応して くださいました。

Notre hotel favori sur Strasbourg. Tres confortable, avec une douche très agréable et des baies vitrées qui donne une sensation de liberté. La staff est très agréable. Parfait !

La chambre est superbe, pratique et bien équipée, le lit est très confortable et le calme est parfait pour un bon repos. Pour ne rien gâcher le personnel est vraiment sympathique et a l'écoute !

Déçu

L'hôtel est sympa, le quartier aussi. le tram pour le centre de Strasbourg est juste à coté. Les chambre sont spacieux et ouverte de grandes baies vitrées qui offre une belle luminosité et une belle vue. Mais vu que ma chambre donnait sur l'immeuble d'à coté avec un vis à vis des plus gênant et étant donné que la fermeture des stores est commune à toute les fenêtre j'ai passé la plus grande partie de mon temps stores fermés et n'ai pas pu profiter de la vue ! Autre problème, l'eclairage de ma chambre se faisait automatiquement. Le système était défectueux et durant la nuit à plusieurs reprises toutes les lampes de ma chambres se sont allumées donc mauvaise nuit. Le réceptionniste que j'ai eu au téléphone dans la nuit m'a proposé de m'envoyer un technicien mais pas avant 9h du matin ! Donc très déçu par mon étape dans cet hotel !

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel und gut gelegen. Altstadt fussläufig erreichbar. Personal sehr serviceorientiert und aufmerksam. Gerne wieder :)

Point positif : Proximité à pied avec le marché de noël , hôtel propre , personnel aimable . Chambre spacieuse et propre, bien isolé nous entendons pas les voisins . Point négatif : aucun parking à l’hôtel , le plus proche étant à 500m payant bien entendu. Chambre surchauffée c’est très désagréable impossible de diminuer la température . Salle de bains ouverte sur la chambre aucune intimité pas de porte et vis à vis avec la batiment en face . Si vous avez la lumière de la chambre éclairé tout le monde vous vois !

Very modern and well located. Flix bus and other bus station right beside the hotel. Tram and bus stops near by. Fridge in the room - was bit loud and could be isolated better. Nesspro machine. Free water bottle. Room well laid out. Supermarket, bars and restaurants nearby. Will come again

Super serviceminded personale. Vi var 3 og blev opgraderet til at få to værelser med kingsize beds.

O hotel é excelente! Próximo ao transporte público local e também ao ponto da FlixBus. Está localizado, relativamente, próximo à Catedral. Há alguns metros de um “mini shopping”, com diversas lojas, restaurantes e supermercado. O hotel conta ainda com um bar onde servem petiscos e bebidas.

숙박하는 내내 대중교통 이용할 필요가 없을 만큼 위치가 좋았어요. 직원들도 매우 친절했구요. 방은 깔끔하고 여행객에 맞게 잘 디자인 되어있습니다. 콘센트가 여러군데 사용하기 편리하게 배치되어 있고 방도 사진보다 넓어요. 다만, 체크아웃 시간 전에 하우스 키퍼가 제 방문을 노크 하거나 마스터키로 무단으로 들어오려고 해서 당황스러웠어요. 저는 하루 숙박이라 룸 청소를 요청한 적이 없습니다. 그리고 제가 도착했을 때 냉장고는 텅 비어있었구요. 물을 요청하자 직원분이 노크없이 제 방으로 들어왔어요.. 그렇지만 친절한 프론트 직원들과 지내기 편리한 방이 만족스러웠습니다.

Cool concept, nice rooms! If I have to give a point of criticism, it is that the hotel does not have its own parking.

Top Lage, jung und zentral

Super tolles, junges Hotel in top Lage. Von hieraus kann man alles zu Fuß besichtigen, shoppen oder tanzen, Bar hopping machen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alles was man in einer tollen Stadt, wie Straßburg machen möchte. Top Preis-Leistung!!

Nul je déconseille

Hôtel déjà vieillissant loin de la ville ne merite pas le prix. Personnel de mauvaise foi et menteurs. Je les ai appelé la semaine dernière pour leurs demander si je pouvais avoir une facture de mon séjour si je passer par un prestataire ils m’ont dit oui je suppose que les conversations sonf enregistré au final on me dit non et je ne peux pas me faire rembourser mon voyage suite à une offre de que j’avais car je n’ai pas de facture de l’hotel.

Schönes Hotel.

Hôtel design avec un personnel sympathique. Le seul bémol est le buffet petit déjeuner, mal agencé et pas pratique, cependant il est bien fourni

Hôtel à 10 minutes à pied de la cathédrale

Hôtel bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied de la cathédrale, parking payant proche de l'hôtel, pas de parking gratuit Certaines chambres peuvent avoir des vis à vis avec les immeubles voisins.

A une dizaine de minutes à pied de la cathédrale et de la petite France, cet hôtel nous fut idéalement situé. De plus sa bonne isolation et l’excellence de la literie ont permis à ce que l’on récupère après avoir arpenté les rues de cette belle ville. Le personnel efficace et serviable était à la hauteur des prestations annoncées. Petit déjeuner varié très correct. Cet hôtel fera désormais partie de nos favoris lorsque nous nous rendrons de nouveau à Strasbourg.
