Weekend stay

Great access to lots of places like restaurants, shops, airport and COTA. The only issue I had was the pay to park, but I am sure they are all doing that in this area.

Fantastic stay!

Everything was excellent except for they were out of liquid creamer downstairs in the food area. I couldn't have coffee with my breakfast.

The bar/restaurant is often out of food items. So they sent you to the Next Door hotel. Also paying for parking is an annoyance

Close to airport and has a shuttle

Room was clean and accommodating and airport shuttle was great at saving us some cab fare money. It’s not too far from downtown.

Free shuttle bus to airport was helpful and came on time. I prepaid on Expedia for my hotel and they didn’t let me know upon check in that there was a refundable incidentals charge, causing me to be very confused when it popped up on my credit card. Other than that, great hotel and friendly staff!

This hotel is so fabulous… it has a bar it has a pool table. It has a game room. It’s has alounge. It is a great place for relax relaxation.

Good once I got there

Shuttle from the airport was a mess - imprecise instrctions from the reception desk when I called, van labelled "Something hospitality" with a tiny "Aloft" sign in the windscreen mixed with several other names. Room was very nice, clean, spacious. Have to pay to park.

Great stay, easy shuttle to airport. Disappointed they didn’t disclose “paid” parking. Only $13, but didn’t seem right.

Nothing nice or extra

No early room check in even though the hotel was almost empty. No coffee in the morning. Just no extra at all.

Perfect one night , quiet , convenient and comfortable. Guy at the bar was really nice and the girl in the front desk helped me to connect to the internet.

The hotel itself was very nice, and clean. Good area for the airport, and the staff was friendly. Only thing I was bothered by was how warm the room was, even when we tried to adjust the ac. Was warm all night.

Aloft hotels are always clean. This one was no exception. My room had everything I needed and was very comfortable and quiet. I had a quick shuttle ride to the airport.

Since I was taking a super early flight, I appreciated the quietness of the hotel and the availability of a 24 hour shuttle.

Really enjoyed the stay!! Room was great, comfortable, and clean! Definitely would recommend it.

I recently stayed at the Aloft Airport Hotel in Austin, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel at home. Gabby and Brandon, the managers, were incredibly professional and understanding, especially given my unique situation. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the overall vibe is welcoming and friendly. The beds are smaller than what I’m used to, but they are surprisingly comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax. I truly appreciated the attentive service from both day and evening staff, who were always available and eager to help. One of the highlights is the bar, which is perfect for unwinding on nights you don’t want to venture out. The family-friendly and dog-friendly atmosphere is a major plus—my dogs felt like celebrities! LITERALLY!! They were stopped by staff and guests for hugs and photos ! I love it when they are happy!! The hotel even offers dog beds for rent, along with leashes and toys as gifts. It’s clear they genuinely care about furry guests. You’ll see ! They have treats at the front & bowls ! Having stayed at various Aloft hotels before, I can confidently say this location is among the best. It’s not just about comfort; the kindness of fellow guests and staff creates an amazing community feel. The shuttle service to the airport is a convenient bonus. If you’re looking for a place to stay, especially with your dogs, Aloft is the way to go. You’ll feel at home here, and your pets will love it just as much!

We were glad to have an airport shuttle.

The rooms were clean but none of the TV’s were working for our entire 4 day stay. I was told the provider was to blame. It seems to me they should have been able to have the problem fixed as they are a large customer of the service provider. I feel the hotel could have notified the guest prior to checking in. No one would want to rent a hotel room without a TV. The manager, Gabbi, provided us with hotel coupons for snacks in the lobby which was appreciated. Unfortunately the selection was limited.

This was such a beautiful place to stay! The rooms were extremely clean and nicely-decorated. I found paying for parking to be a little silly considering there were so many empty spaces in the lot, but it's a minor issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Super nice lady helped us check in a bit early. Clean room and comfy bed. The shuttle to the airport was punctual. Good hotel overall.

Perfect getaway

We stayed here to go to the races at COTA. The hotel is in a great place whether you’re going into downtown or going to the track. We were welcomed warmly and had the same service when we checked out. We ate the breakfast which was sooo good. The breakfast tacos were a lot bigger than I realized. lol! The rooms are so clean and use dry bar products. There is a pool here so bring your suit!

The room was very pretty and the shower was nice. The lobby area was comfy and had the pool table. It was nice even to just lounge in the lobby with the comfy furniture. We looked out the window at the pool but it wasn’t appealing so we skipped that since it looked small. There is a bar but it looked as if they only had beer so we did not get a drink. Parking was super easy and the area has other hotels around. It’s a nice convenient hotel to be at if your needing to be close to the airport.

The staff was friendly. Enjoyed the pool table and the bed was extremely comfortable.

I enjoyed this property for my first time in Austin Texas. Aloft, had a lot of activity within the hotel that I utilized and was able to fill my day with pool table, swimming pool, and gym room. Initially my room had to be upgraded must have mis-read the initial

Will not be returning to this hotel, ever.

First off the front desk confused me with someone else, which concerned me that perhaps someone else would have my room key as well and be able to get into my room. Made me very uncomfortable. The lock on my door was broken. I had to push it in manually in order to shut the door.. Found hair in all of my towels and a couple of my towels had stains on them. The water pressure was almost nonexistent.

Very nice place.

So first off we try to get in our room and according to the front desk they had us checked out after our first night. So key card didn’t work. My concern is what would have happened if they did room service all our stuff was still in it. Also is it the hotel that turns the AC off if you’re not in your room? Every time we came back to it we left the AC on auto but unfortunately it was turned off completely so after being in 108 weather we walked into a sauna. We left our AC on auto for that exact reason. Very disappointed. Usually the Aloft is better than this.

The manager Noah Hines was missing most of my 5 days stay. After much to do, I was able to look for him at 11pm one night. He was super nasty.

Our room was comfortable. Not very big, though. Especially liked that they cleaned it every day, which I don't think we've had that since COVID. Location by airport and not too far from downtown was great. Enjoyed the pool table and bar in lobby as well.

We waited for the shuttle from the airport for 40 minutes and it never came. It's unclear what it looks like and whether it is marked. Ended up taking an Uber to the hotel. We called the front desk twice and also talked to them when we got there. A van did supposedly arrive but we never saw them, despite standing where we were supposed to. The hotel is also next to the freeway, so there is some noise as expected. It might be a bother to some. The room and the rest of the facilities were fine, but we were put off by the arrival experience.

Booked a room with a tub/shower but was informed hotel did not offer tubs.

Great stay for an overnight layover. Easy airport shuttle, helpful staff, good food and drinks, activities in the common area, clean room, and comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Very good value stay.

The lobby isn't much to look at and the halls seem a little plain and dreary, but the rooms are very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. My only drawback is the only chair was at the desk with no where else to sit other than a long bench that was under the TV. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it to a friend. I did question why they charge for parking when it's just a normal, everyday outside lot.

It was okay.

It was fair. Nothing exciting. I asked for an extra blanket and was told the hotel only had sheets. I had to pay for parking even though the hotel has ample spaces. No one at this place does a bit extra for any ones. You can't get quarters for the laundry without a manger involved. The platform bed leads to a sliding mattress if you so much as get up at night to pee. There's a fridge in the room but no microwave. The room on the guest folio cost over 50 bucks less than what hotels.com charged me, hotels.com says I'm out of luck. The platform bed in be one room has the side ripped off. Couldn't sleep past 8 because housekeeping was out loud ASF so late check out was irrelevant.

This is my Go-To when I travel to Austin. Easy Uber access to Airport and Downtown. Nice sized rooms, good food options, a bar and plenty of lobby seating.

It is the best place around the Austin Texas Airport too stay, at a good price.

Well once they actually found our reservation we got our room it was not the room we rented and was a handicap room, we had to wait about 20 minutes at the airport for our shuttle but the morning we were leaving 9 hours after we checked in we had two different housekeepers knock to come into our room when we were getting ready to leave, you guys should not do that especially for ppl only there overnight….we weren’t even there 10 hours??? Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Staff were excellent. Very friendly and informative. Room was okay...slightly above average with regards to comfort, slightly below average with regards to amenities. No microwave? And I could never get internet even after connecting to the wifi. I'm not unhappy and might book an Aloft room again if money's tight. For the price the room was very good.

Kelly at the Bar was great! She was very caring and friendly. The only suggestion I would have is that when we asked for an additional blanket for our room, there weren’t any available. They did offer 2 sheets but they just weren’t enough.

Very modern feel, clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside is there is not much within walking distance.

Very loud at late night. Guest partying in hall ways at 1 am. Couldnt sleep. No answer at front desk when trying get quiet conditions. I was there for business and couldn’t get any sleep

Quick stay from our layover in Austin. Shuttle service runs 24 hours when you call. Definitely will stay again!

Nice hotel. Industry modern feel. Close to airport. Clean and comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was having to pay to park. I get that being close to airport why, but should be included to those paying for a room. Parking was $12 for the night.

Absolutely love this place! Super clean, it looks like it's brand new. Everything went as planned, call the hotel and the shuttle was there within 15 minutes to get us to this beautiful hotel highly recommend

Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. Very good location if you’re looking for something close to the airport, but not a long stay. For shuttle service, you need to call prior to set it up, and I wasn’t made aware when I had called the hotel the day before to confirm my reservation. When I arrived at the airport, I waited 30 mins for a shuttle. I decided to call the hotel and that is when I was informed that I needed to call beforehand to have a shuttle come pick me up. Once my name was added to the list, I then had to wait another 35 mins for a shuttle and was finally picked up. There are many hotels in the surrounding area, but the area was a little sketchy. I did see a few homeless people just lingering around. I would recommend Uber/Lyft to take you where you’re needing to go vs walking anywhere. Overall, the concierge service was not the best. The day I checked out, I wasn’t even offered a shuttle back to the airport.

We were in town for birth of grandchild, room was exactly what we needed. Only complaint would be the air conditioning, it does not keep room cool while you're away so it takes awhile to cool down when you return to room. They seem to be set by motion detection.

BEWARE THEY DON'T HONOR RESERVATIONS

BEWARE THIS ALOFT DID NOT HONOR MY RESERVATION. My family and I were coming in on a midnight flight which was delayed and we were turned away upon arrival at 2am (by an incredibly rude employee btw)! Worst part was, I had called right before our plane's departure (around 9pm) to reconfirm my reservation and made a note that we were checking in late AND arranging for an airport shuttle to the hotel. When I get there, the front desk employee looks up my name and says "yes I see that you have a reservation but I do not have a room for you. There is nothing I can do, we are overbooked and minus six rooms tonight". Then his coworker/friend who happened to be eating in the lobby chimed in to tell us to get off his friend's back! Upon going outside to call around and find another hotel room at 2am (because the employees were too busy fighting us to find a solution), I came across two other people who had just encountered the same situation. One of them had also reconfirmed his reservation on the phone a few hours prior and too had arranged for an airport shuttle but it never came and he had to pay for an Uber to the hotel only to be turned away (at 2am). Horrible experience, terrible service.

The hotel and facilities are fine, nothing special. But no free breakfast and no microwave in the room, instantly never staying here again. The employees all gave great service though.

It was very exciting as soon as you enter. The decoration and cleanliness makes it very welcoming. The rooms were great and have facilities tondo laundry for just a dollar per cycle. Staff was great especially Will the bartender. There is no free breakfast but they have options and the prices are fair. Will definitely stay there again.
