Property is nice. The Shower in my room didn’t work properly. Breakfast was not as good as last time I was at the hotel( last year) All in all a good hotel.

The staff are very kind, the rooms are clean and modern. There is room service, pool is beautiful, there is a large shopping space called Solo Market in walking distance. It is impressive and It’s quite expensive in comparison to other area hotels.

Loved the bed and spacious room

Impressed us in many aspects, including cleanliness, staff service quality, safety and the overall comfort level. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. Aircon was rather cold, but you’d rather it that way than not since it’s typically warm outside. We had an electrical outage on one night and we couldn’t use the room phone to get help; had to walk out to the corridor to use the phone. The maintenance staff came over swiftly and fixed the problem.

Alila losing its touch

Had to come fix the AC twice and the rain shower nozzle is broken. Otherwise it was an ok stay at Alila this time.

Good staff altitude, big swimming pool, comfortable bed.

Room size is smaller than expected, all the rest is good.

Easily the Best Hotel in Town

It was my first stay with Hyatt property and I was immediately impressed with the exclusivity of the lounge. The Suite is nice enough as well. They can easily be the best hotel in Solo.

High end surprise in rustic Central Java

It was amazing. Nice room, very pleasant and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, good size swimming pool. Very well decorated hotel and rooms, and not too cold.

Management and staff are very attentive, response to our request were look into promptly even though the hotel is at almost 100% occupancy. Was very impress on how the F&B team managed a crowd of 400++ guests without any hiccups for breakfast a very important meal of the day.

Alila Solo is a very nice new hotel that is different from any hotel in Solo. Room was comfortable and spacious. One thing that I regret was not experiencing the breakfast. As well as for a 5* hotel I wasn’t served welcome drink/towel when I checked in(though it was an early check in, when i took the card they didn’t serve me and my mother any complimentary drink/towel). Overall it was a satisfying stay but location a bit far from downtown/main attractions/culinary area

A hotel with international standards in Solo

The Alila has succeeded in being both a business and a leisure hotel in the center of Solo city. I enjoyed a working holiday and needed to work but also wanted to relax. The staff was great, standards are world class, food is good and a very nice swimming pool, fitness and spa area.

Nice Hotel with great service

The hotel is pretty new, about 1+ years. Hotel is cleaned and hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is great. Hotel location is near shopping mall which is about 5-10 mins walking distance.

It is probably the best hotel in solo. The room is no doubt comfy and great and the service is 5 star. This is my 4th time stay here and still loving it

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff

This 5-star hotel, which shows in every detail (from the grand lobby to the hallways), is absolutely beautiful and clean. What made our stay even better was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, from the Front Desk to the bellboys, every single one of them always has a nice smile on their face and made us feel welcome. Kudos to Ms. Abrita for accommodating our needs to the very end of our stay. The room and bathroom are amazing and there are so many options available for breakfast. Although my husband and I only stayed for one night, we will definitely come back the next time we visit Solo.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Alila; It is the best and only five star hotel in the City of Solo. Great and very hospitable staff.

It was a last minute booking. The hotel is gorgeous and wonderful. Very reasonable price as well. Food was awesome! Very good and high level security as well. Staff and service was great. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Stunning property but lack of soundproofing

The property itself is definitely one of the best in Solo, my first time staying here in early 2016 was a flawless experience. However, this time is though the property is still very well maintained and clean, I couldn't sleep well and had to complain more than once about the noise that I heard from by bedroom, all the loud music and people dragging their chairs. Apparently, two floors above me (me room was at the 28th floor), there is a nightclub. However, what they lack is apparently soundproofing. The loud music could be heard very very clearly from my room and I had to wait until past 12 AM so I could get a decent sleep, wasn't ideal at all given the fact that I had to wake up at 5 AM to go to the airport and catch the earliest fight.

Beautiful clean international standard hotel with amazing city and mountain views from the floor to ceiling window in the shower / bathroom area. Also fantastic buffet breakfast and silver trolley room service.

Need to improve the staff profesionalism

I booked executive room because i read on the room description before I booked that I can gain access to executive lounge. I was planning to check in early on that stay. The hotel called me and told me that the executive lounge is not available. They still on the plan to built one but at this moment they don't have it. What also annoying was they tried to charge me the whole 1 night stay fee for the early check in. The front desk girl who assisted me on check out spoke so softly that I couldn't hear her properly. Speak louder please.. The only thing that I praise about this hotel was the airport pick up driver, Mr. Daniel. He was very friendly and helpful. Good job! In conclusion is this hotel hasn't met the expectation of 5 star hotels in terms of service and the staffs professionalism. The management should do something to improve that. It would be such a shame to have such a luxury facilities but 3 stars hotel employee attitude.

clean, luxury, comfortable & nice rooftop

一泊の為、施設全てを見る時間がありませんでしたが、見晴らしも良く、清潔感のある空間で安心して過ごせました。残念な点は朝食の際にご飯もパンも固かった点です。次回は何日かゆっくりと泊まりに来たいと思います。

到着がチェックイン開始時間より少し早くなったのですが、部屋を確認して早めにチェックインさせていただきありがたかったです。 またチェックイン時にダメ元でその翌日・翌々日の観光のためのチャータータクシーをお願いしましたが、行きたい場所などを確認しながら、プランを組んでくださり、すぐに空きを確認してタクシーチャーターいただき本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました。

Bangunan tinggi, pilar besar, hati-hati parkirnya

Tiang pilar di parkir Basement berdekatan, membuat posisi parkir harus hati2. Mobil saya kena pilar.. antara tdk ada petugas pembantu parkir dengan saya yg memang sedikit kurang hati-hati. Makan pagi berlimpah, tapi rasanya biasa-biasa saja. Kamar deluxe tdk bisa melihat-lihat ke rooftop.

とても快適で間違いなくソロで最高のホテルだと思います。朝食のクオリティーがかなり高く種類も豊富です。ホテルから徒歩5分程度でショッピングセンターに行けるのは便利ですね。
