Everything is there. Unfortunately the table is too small to have dinner at. The toaster in unit 12 was not woring.

We have stayed here as a family several times, the room is always clean and perfect size for a family of 4 or 5. The owner quickly fixed the television when we had issues with sky and were very friendly and helpful.

The property was exactly what we required

This hotel is by far one of the best hotels to stay at and the spa in your room is awsome. Love how the reception people are friendly and kind. Love the bed and the size of room and how warm it was when we arrived. This has been my thrid stay and would recommend it to everyone.

Overnight stay, checked in and a lovely lady in was very helpful, she was a life saver for my boys who needed a room to stay in due to last minute changes in circumstances. Everything a person ever wants at a hotel, this is the place to go. Will stay again.

This reasonably priced motel ' Ticked all the boxes for our recent trip . PWe enjoyed a 5 day stay in this clean & quiet motel .The management & cleaning staff were courteous & helpful and the ' Inroom' self cooking option helped with our holiday budget and the equipment provided was adequate. The shower was a highlight of our stay with good pressure & ' Hot ' water . We would stay again when we next visit Gisborne.

Its a lovely quiet area. Customer service was great, friendly and hospitable and very accomodating. I needed another park space for my wifes vehicle and the proprietor gave his one. Also my wife left behind a few items. I emailed them and they had it put aside and ready for my pickup the next day.

Studio unit with spa bath wasn’t cramped. Good size room and bathroom. Good basic facilities for a 4 night stay. Unfortunately not dog friendly as it has been in the past. No dog with us this trip but otherwise would be so won’t be back.

I like that it was tidy and not right in town What I didn't like was that there looked like what I thought was vomit on the inside of the shower curtain when I opened it up...but that was the only negative from my stay..👍

Very spacious and comfortable place to stay. The managers were very accommodating when I had to extend my stay 1 night due to road closures. They were fully booked but managed to keep me in. Lovely housekeeping staff too.

Our studio room was very clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The motel is located a few minutes' drive from the CBD, so it's convenient and quiet. We'd definitely stay here again!

My whanau & I felt like royalty staying here. My children asked if we could live here 😄 Thank you for such good, friendly serve & quality surroundings in our home. We enjoyed the spa & the snuggly bedding. We will definately be returning

We were delighted with the cleanliness of the unit. Great having the toilet in a separate area off the bathroom, and that SKY was available in the lounge and the separate bedroom. The unit was very quiet and with a comfortable bed a good sleep was easy to come by.

The room is very clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable not too hard and too soft. The kitchen facility is good. Air conditioning is good. Not far from the supermarket and lookout. The staff was kind and helpful.

Nice clean and spacious accommodation for our two night stay in Gisborne! Highly recommended and will stay again!

We were really impressed with the facility. Basic but well thought out and sufficient for our 3 day stay. They were very accommodating and had most of the freeview and sky channels available. The only down point was the toilet is situated too close to a wall which made it a little uncomfortable. But the positives far outweigh the negatives. A pleasant surprise given it was the most affordable option we found.

The unit was spacious with kitchenette facilities, including a selection of teas and two bottles of water. Bathroom was clean and with a bath. Comfortable bed. If staying there, do not book Units 1 or 2, as face the road and there will be traffic noise from main road leading into Gisborne. Owners helpful.

Great stay

Everything was clean and tidy. Had air conditioning which I always find a plus with a massive TV, would stay there again but is a bit of a hike out of the city so need a car ideally but very close to airport

Our room faced onto the road which was a bit noisy and the car park space outside our door was for the room next door which meant that the workman who parked there and rearranged his tools caused some noise. Also smokers outside the rooms which were under an awning meant if you had the bathroom window open, you got the smoke. The room was spacious, well equipped and had a bath. Good Wi-Fi and TV. Close to town and plenty of facilities there. A nice area to explore.
