We waited outside and couldn’t check in since there was no one staffed and no one answering the phone. No prior communications from the hotel whatsoever that we had to make arrangements before hand if we were flying in late. Got a room in another hotel for the night around midnight and all was good .

Convenient for railway station and Old Town. Despite booking a city view, this was not available - claimed to be subject to availability. Bedside lights did not work, no ceiling fan, poor offering of tea bags, no room service, room cleaning haphazard at best - occasional making of bed, failure to clean glasses and mugs. After 3 days, the lights in the elevator failed. When I pointed these issues to the occasional receptionist, I was told that if I didn't like the hotel, I could always find another hotel.

Perfect location near Old Town. Front desk staff at check in was very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, wifi was spotty at best.

Nice quiet hotel

Nice, quiet hotel in the south part of Vilnius old city. The hotels location is very comfortable - 10-15 min to the center of old city. The big market is 100m from the hotel. Same with the small stores which opened till midnight. Near this hotel you have also the bus central station and train station (5 min walking) from where you can take bus or train (very cheap tickets) to other cities like Trakai, including international trips to Moscow etc.The breakfast was awesome. The hotel doesn't have its own parking.

Weak Wifi

The location is great, only across the street from central market, where all local food are available. 7-8mins walk from railway and bus terminal. The room is ok, don't expect much for this price. The only problem was the wifi was very weak, even none.

Enjoy downtown Vilnius

Good overrated but nothing to write home about. Good location, average breakfast, the bed too soft. Would not mind to stay again but it will not be among my favorites.

Nice Hotel in the Old Town

The hotel was clean, well kept, and nicely located. The staff was helpful if not overly friendly. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of foodstuff. The coffee was great. Some customers might see the hotel as offering few services: no bar or bar service, tiny little television, staff that spoke very little English, etc. Personally, l thought the hotel well-suited to my purposes. I was happy with it.

Nice hotel. Nothing fancy but worth the price. Clean room, good speed wi-fi, simple but good enough breakfast. Room was small size but OK if you only need place to sleep. Towels were changed and room was cleaned every day. Neiboughood is not that great, but very close to old city.

Mixed bag

The website would have you believe this hotel is in the old town, while it is only a short walk to the old town the area the hotel is in itself is pretty undesirable with poorly lit streets in the vicinity. The road leading from the hotel to the Bus/Train stations has a large section which is completely unlit. The room itself had many flaws as well, two single beds that can't be pushed together because of a bulky wooden frame, the most uncomfortable and noisy mattress, a tv which is too small and positioned too highly to watch properly and a shower rail which is too short in height with a curtain which is too long meaning it sticks to you and drags along the floor of the shower. Breakfast was below par, other similar hotels I've stayed in at least offered orange juice not from concentrate and pastries rather than cheap biscuits. The hotel staff were all remarkably friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not really located in old town, but pretty much anywhere in Vilnius is just a short walk away from there. Good option for a mid-range hotel, clean and comfortable, wifi worked fine. I didn't use the airport transfer service, but definitely do it for 15 euros if they still offer it. I paid a regular taxi that same price one way from the airport. I left Vilnius via the bus station, which is a short walk away from the hotel.

Welcom & Nice hotel for business or holidays

I didn't expect that 3-star hotel could be so nice! All facilities, conditions and servecies are under my best expectation. I'd rather say that it is 4-star hotel. Additionally there is great location, it is 2 min walking from train and bus station and I spent 5-10 minutes of easy walking to citiy center. Reception staff is great and kind! Rooms are new, clean, comfortable but it was a little bit cold. Breacfast is good! And I paid only 30 EUR per night for 2 persons! It's amaizing.

Wi Fi did not work in the room. Television did not work either. Good location though.

Cheap as chips and alright!

Alexa is a clean, cheap hotel just inside the old town. It's a 10 min walk from the Cathedral square and there is a bike hire station outside (Bit like the Boris bikes in London). Wifi only works in the downstairs corridor. The room was clean, with an ensuite bathroom (I don't like shower curtains in a small shower) We were facing the square outside which was quiet. Breakfast was included - lots of breads, meats, sardines, pickles and salads. They did charge my card on booking and again the day I arrived - so check what is happening at check in. After showing my credit card statement online and making a fuss they refunded it.

Great Location, bad WiFi

Great location essentially right next to old town. There is a supermarket next to it and also a fruit market. Downside is that WiFi is weak. It works decently in common areas but may not in your room. Spacious but not new. Shower was clogged. The common area outside my room had the same crumbs for a couple days as though it was never wipped. The shower I had had long hairs from the previous guest over the drain so I don't rate it's cleanliness up there.

Three strikes you're out!

The location is good - a short walk to the old town. The hotel offers free self parking in a courtyard. The hotel receptionist was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are adequate and fairly clean. However, the good features stop there. We needed to change rooms to gain marginal access to wifi on the second floor, when I sat on the bed it promptly broke, the mattress falling at an angle onto the floor and when we attempted to leave the parking area, another car blocked our car. The hotel staff had no idea who's car was blocking ours. Finally, the staff found the owner of the car next to ours and we were able to depart. I guess that's three strikes!

Good location next to Old City

Very close to the railways station and to the Old Town. We really liked to reception girls: they were very helpful and sweet. Breakfast was average and coffee was terrible, didnt really enjoyed it. Room was ok but no night curtain so I woke up early morning from the sunrise and couldnt fall asleep anymore. We didnt get good deal and in other european countries u can get much nicer place to stay with the same amount spent.

This hotel is just four blocks from the train station inside the old town walls Close to absolutely everything. The service was wonderful. It was like staying in a hotel from the 1930's. 18 foot ceilings, antique and beautiful elevator, porter on duty 24 hours a day. After staying in many Spartan hotels to save money, I really enjoyed this one. Yes, the furnishings were a little old and the Internet did not extend to my room, but the hotel service made up for it.

Great location but kind of "former Soviet" experience. Breakfast was disappointing. Towels were small and thin. No bedside lamps - just an overhead light. There is an elevator, happily. Staff at desk were very nice and helpful.

Hyvät sängyt, siisti huone. Ainoa ongelma oli sisäänkirjautumisessa. Hotellissa ei ollut asiakaspalvelijaa paikalla, ja en saanut kirjautumistietoja ajoissa. Nice hotel close to Vilnius old town. Small rooms but okay compared to the price. Friendly and helpful personel. Rooms are slightly noisy.

Check in veloce ma freddo, nessuna informazione su posti da vedere o suggerimenti di ristoranti in cui mangiare. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono per la posizione ma per il resto si potrebbe avere di più.

Во-первых, очень удобное расположение: рядом вокзал, очень близко старый город, через дорогу - рынок с магазинчиками и кафе. Во-вторых, отличное обслуживание. Нас без проблем и доплат заселили в полодиннадцатого, а в день отъезда позволили задержаться до тринадцати часов. Номер чистый, обстановка в отеле вполне домашняя. Завтрак (шведский стол) порадовал разнообразием и качеством. WiFi хорош.

Veldig koselig rom med skråtak. Utrolig liten tv som heller ikke funket, men vi var ikke i Vilnius for å se på tv. Gåavstand til det meste. Helt ok frokost, men ikke så mye å skryte av. De ansatte i resepsjonen var hyggelige.

Es un hotel cercano al Centro de Vilnius. No funcionaba el televisor, reclamamos y no solucionaron. La luz del espejo del baño tampoco funcionaba. Por otro lado el personal es amable y la tarifa relativamente económica. Las habitaciones si todo funciona serían adecuadas

Przede wszystkim lokalizacja !!!! Bardzo miły, pomocny personel. Hotel ma swoje lata. Jeśli zwiedzanie Wilna a nie dłuższy pobyt jest priorytetem, to jest to bardzo dobry wybór za tę cenę.

It's a good deal

The hotel is located near the old town. We take 15 mins taxi from airport to the hotel. And 15 mins walk to train station. The location is good. The room is tidy. But there is no installation of exhaust fan in the toilet which is not acceptable.

Pieni huone lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia

Siisti hotelli, kohtuullinen palvelu, hyvä sijainti (kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta vanhassa kaupungissa). Huone oli pieni ja siinä oli pieni ikkuna. Myös TV oli todella pieni.

Hotellet ligger i gamlebyen, med kort avstand til severdigheter. Bysykkel stasjon rett utenfor. Man får mye for pengene.

Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Vilnius. Bei Ankunft war unsere Reservierung nicht vorhanden, unklar ob hier ein Fehler des Hotels oder von Expedia vorlag. Ein Zimmer erhielten wir dann aber trotzdem schnell. Frühstück ist für 3 Euro pro Person pro Tag ok, man kann für den gleichen Preis aber genauso gut auswärts etwas frühstücken. Das Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung, nur der Fernseher war etwas klein geraten. Da es aber ohnehin keine deutschen Programme gab, war das kein wirkliches Problem.

Второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле - очень нравится месторасположение, рядом старый город и пешеходные улочки. В первый приезд нам достался симпатичный небольшой номер на 3 мансардном этаже. Номер был чистый, ванная комната с душевой кабиной, все было без нареканий, нам понравилось. В этот приезд нас поселили в номер на втором этаже, номер был очень старым, явно сильно нуждается в ремонте. Ковровое покрытие в пятнах, на стенах облупившаяся краска. В ванной о чистоте судить было сложно, потому что настенная и напольная плитка такой пестрой расцветки, что все равно ничего не видно. Душевая сделана встроенной, отгорожена шторкой, которая постоянно липнет в процессе принятия душа, бррр. Кровати односпальные, спинки пооблезли. Шнурок включения на одном из светильников над кроватью был оторван, так что светильник не работал. Мы были в январе, но в номере было тепло - это плюс. Мы путешествуем с маленькой собачкой, может быть это было причиной, что нас поселили в такой номер - не знаю. Но нигде во время нашего путешествия в отелях такого не было, так что это скорее вопрос. Завтраки мы не брали. При отеле есть бесплатная парковка. В целом, отель рекомендую, но номера бронировать лучше на 3 этаже.

安いだけあって設備は求めないほうがよい。WiFi完備なのに繋がらない。清潔感はあまりいいとはいえない。ただ寝るだけでいいという人にはオススメ。食べるお店も近くになし。

Olin varmistanut hotellista etukäteen sähköpostitse, että heillä on tuuletin. Ei ollut, vaikka luvattiin. Saimme sellaisen kuitenkin pyynnöstä, rikkinäisen, mutta toimivan. Huone oli pieni, jossa oli pieni ikkuna korkealla - siitä näkyi puiden latvoja. Huoneessa lenteli hyttysiä. Kylpyhuoneen lavuaari oli minikokoinen - tarvittiin akrobatiaa, jotta aamu- ja iltapesut sai suoritettua. Heikkotasoinen perushuone, jossa nukkui pari yötä. Sijainti ok, plussana viereinen kauppahalli, joka kuitenkin oli yllättäen kiinni maanantaina (sunnuntaina auki). Lähellä pari pientä ruokakauppaa. Bussiasemalle 500 m.

Udemærket hotel for pengene ligger ca 500 m fra Old Town /centralt- selvfølgelig midt i byen høres trafikken døgnet rundt. Rent og pænt hotel, ingen air C på rummet.

I've never seen before such small towels and a shower gel such poor quality. Otherwise all was fine.

Enkel standard og lav pris

Enkel frokost, vindu høyt på veggen på rommet slik at vi ikke kunne se ut, TV altfor høyt på veggen, bare en enkel stol å sitte på; dumt når vi er to. Men hotellet ligger svært sentralt til! Og etter prisen gir vi godkjent.

Mis à part toute réflexion sur Vilnius - ville superbe - notre séjour à l'hôtel était plutôt positif. Bonne situation en ce qui concerne la gare et la gare routière, peut-être un peu loin du centre historique toutefois. Un hôtel agréable, un personnel très à l'écoute, une chambre coquette et un petit-déjeuner sympathique. A conseiller donc !

ТОЛЬКО ОДНА НОЧЬ

Были только одну ночь.Заказан был номер с завтраком.Завтраком очень довольны.Есть парковка.Мы не знаем города,поэтому долго искали отель.Пожалуй это единственный минус который могу назвать за недолгое пребывание в отели.Остальное нас всё устроило.

Два дня в январе

Отдыхали 4-5 января 2016г. Расположение прекрасное- в двух шагах от вокзала и исторического центра. Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал, говорящий по-русски. Несмотря на то, что заселение с 14.00, а мы приехали в 10.00, нас заселили в течение получаса. Здорово! Жили на третьем этаже. Номера все типовые: две кровати, которые сложно сдвинуть, небольшое окно в крыше. Завтрак в подвальном этаже, достаточно разнообразный. Забавно, что селедка была в трех разных видах. Напротив гостиницы- крытый рынок и супермаркет Maxima. В соседнем здании замечательный бар Deveti. Всем приятного отдыха!
