In the middle of the night the electricity went off, no ac and phone charging
Dirty property , dirty towels , roaches everywhere, living room , kitchen , bathroom and bedrooms , Dirty bedding unclean blankets and mattresses, over all worst experience I ever had and would not recommend this property for living.
It’s very good for the price. Also very close to the airport, only 9 minutes away from the airport. If you don’t have a car make sure you bring some food with you. There is a little store near by you can buy some thing.
We booked this because it’s close to the airport and we had an early flight out. The “kitchen” only had a kettle, so don’t plan on cooking; thankfully we had ramen so we were able to make it work. They do provide coffee and tea. There is only hand soap and dish soap: no body wash or shampoo. Check in was simple. Overall a decent, safe and clean place to sleep near the airport.
Cold!
The window didn’t close properly, making it very cold.
Good for the price and location near amman airport
Very nice and friendly staff. I needed a place to spend the night, close to the airport and this was a good option. Good price compared to the airport hotel
Staff are nice and helpful! They got me a taxi on time. Its located very close to airport.
A practical and inexpensive hotel
We use this hotel because it’s close to Ammon airport. It cost 10 JD to go to the airport by taxi in early morning and drive took less than 10 minutes. There is a grocery store nearby so you can get eggs, instant noodle bowls but no Restrurant.
It is a studio apart that is in very basic condition. Show water is very small, and bed is very uncomfortable (a portable type single bed. The only advantage is close to the airport.
Great value for the price
Host was amazing- so friendly and helpful. Despite not knowing any English we managed to communicate with Google. Room was clean, we were pleasantly surprised given the price point of the rooms
The staff is amazing, They took care about my parents and they helped them alot
We booked this place because it is very close to the airport and we had an early flight. It is a hotel. It is basic and the tv wasn’t working, but that didn’t matter. They have free parking on site. Nice warm shower and AC were what we needed. We were allowed to check in early with no extra charge as we wanted to leave our luggage and do some last minute sightseeing in Amman. They also arranged our trip to the airport in the middle of the night and since we had run out of JD we paid them and they paid the taxi driver, very helpful. We would stay here again.
5 mins to airport JD 10 taxi. Nice view of neighborhood. Room with everything fridge tea maker tea and coffee supplies airconditioning tv, etc. Very polight reception staff. Notice this is a modest and convenient hotel. Will go back.
This the worst and the most terrible place I ever checked in, in the first the owner said you don’t have any booking in our hotel and i was lucky that i print out the booking confirmation hard copy and I showed him the copy and still, and he was offering us a discount on a new booking, so he wants to steal money from me and charge me double the cost for the same room, the heat in the room is terrible and the water is not even hot and it was very slow, I highly don’t recommend this trash place, it’s cheap but it is not worth one penny, pay extra and don’t go there under any condition, expedia should remove this trash from there list.
The reception worker is very kind and offers help whenever needed! Great experience
Is definitely modest, but if you are looking for a clean overnight connecting cheap stay at Amman Airport with hot/cold AC, hot water, tea/coffee with a small kitchenette and very good internet, it might be the perfect place to stay.
Close to airport. We returned to use it again.
It is very basic, but very affordable and convenient. Effort made to make it clean and functional, certainly to a local standard. Spent first and last night there close to the airport with rental car. All we needed was a place to sleep and it was perfect for that. Front desk manned all nite, expecting my reservation as promised on the receipt. Recommended for affordable functional basic night’s sleep.
Inexpensive and comfortable
Used them for a few hours to shower and rest before the airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable and basic. We will be happy to stay again.
excellent communication with the hotel workers very helpful and guidance the rooms need a bit look after and it’s literally a few minutes away from the amman airport over all its very good for a few days stays thanks Tarek and Embarek 😊
Convenient to airport. Communication was excellent and they were very helpful. A good value
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Extremely disappointed and appalled by the rude service. Our airport pick up ( that was agreed upon by the owner of the building prior to, at the time of booking) didn't arrive for over 30 mins. Our schedules pick up was at 1:15 AM. When they did arrive , they came in a small sedan car with an additional driver in the passenger seat!! They were to pick us up --a family of 4 traveling from the USA. Did they not anticipate luggage ? The car was reeking the smell of cigarettes. They had to make two trips because they could not fit all of us in one trip. We had just 4 small carry ons and one medium suitcase. Dad had to wait in the middle of the night in the airport until they came back , It was a cold night. We ( mom and kids) entered the deserted building complex- mind you .. there is no reception/ concierge/ personnel) . The apartment was COLD and FREEZING. No heating was turned on ! The bathrooms had a half-full hand soap dispenser that was to be sued as a shower gel. No hand towels. The shampoo was a quarter full bottle of Johnsons baby shampoo left on the window sill. toilet rolls also were on the dirty window sill. The shower door handle was broken and the shower enclosure elaked water all on the shower floor. The "attendant" was the rudest person to deal with at 2 AM ! he wanted us to pay right away.. at 2 AM! there was not a formal check in done , he couldn't wait until the morning to let us run our card. Wish I had more space to write... !! we felt unsafe !
The nearest hotel that is affordable near Amman airport.
Was ok for 1 night
we arrived late and wanted something close to the airport. It is easy to get to with a rental car or taxi. It isn’t the nicest room. Bed was clean but the rest of the room and the building in general is a bit run-down. Would be more acceptable if it were cheaper. I wouldn’t like to stay here more than 1 night. Staff was very friendly. there was a slight language barrier but we managed.
Comfortable and convenient
Very close to the airport, clean and safe. There’s parking and a shop right beside. A good quality take out about 15 minute walk along the main road. Perfect for an overnight stay before/after your flight.
good for one night before your flight
a very simple place near Queen Alia Airport, about 7 minutes to the airport; suitable for one night before your flight.
comunication and good service and really good staff
Not free airport drop off
The listing says free airport drop off, but they charged us for this. The water did not get hot and in 1 room there was not water pressure to take a shower. I just wanted a place close to the airport for an early morning flight, so it worked, but wouldn’t recommend.
It's closed! I arrived at 8pm Friday to find the building locked up and deserted. I had to spend the night sitting up at the airport. Nice going, Orbitz.
This place is a joke. There’s no way this should be on Expedia. It’s like a deserted building. There is no signage marking the way to the “front desk”. There is no airport shuttle. 100% false advertising.
good service
very nice for a 1 night stay before going to the airport ! staff are very bice and there is a complimentary shuttle to the airport . recommended - very good value for money
Basic stay near airport but cold!
Basic overnight stay near airport, but cold room, cold shower and receptionist tried to charge extra 17 JOD for breakfast for 2 (quickly reducing to 10 JOD when I expressed surprise)
This was not even a hotel. We should have been suspicious when we had such a hard time finding it. When we finally got there the building, which was clearly labeled, appeared to be totally empty/abandoned/under construction. We tried calling and their phone was disconnected. Again, the name & phone number were posted on the building— we weren’t in the wrong place or calling the wrong number— nobody was there. Worst experience booking ever!
It qas a efficient hotel close to the car rentals and close to the airport. Goed bed but there was no water pressure for a shower
Hotel close to the Amman airport
Al Qatar Hotel was fine overall - it served our purpose (we had an early flight out of Amman) and the people running it we’re very nice and helpful. There is absolutely NOTHING around this building and it looks desolate in many ways. BUT we had 1 night and needed a 3am taxi to the airport so we were fine to order food in and stay in our room. Like I said, the people running it were very helpful and kind.
this wasnt really a hotel, none of the taxi drivers at the airport had heard of it and tried to charge us 22 dinar to get there!!! they even tried phoning up to find out where it was an no one could help!! we started to walk as we couldnt agree with the taxi drivers where it was, then we hailed a cab outside the airport, who again didn't know where it was , we used gps to find the place, had to get out of the taxi and cross the road by bridge to find it, the man there didnt really speak much english at all ,which made it quite challenging to book a cab for the morning, also tv didnt work and he didn't mention the hot water heater so i had a cold shower. also he didnt share the wifi code,
AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs!!! It makes motels by the highway look like a luxury and camping in the woods a more comfort choice. the only Pro: close to the airport. Cons: 1st, Safety: no fire sprinklers or smoke alarms in room or anywhere on premise. With cooking propane tank and cooking top in units, god bless for no fire breaks out ever. should be illegal serve as a hotel facility period! 2nd, Poor sleep quality: loud noises throughout the night (ppl talking, moving stuff...). Killed at least 8 mosquito prior to sleep and just when you thought you got them all, there is more pops up by your ears. not sure where they came from, as all the windows are closed, it is as if the room itself breeds those blood suckers. 3rd, Cleanness: no top sheet, so you will end up touching the same blanket used by prior guests. so I suggest either bring your own sheets or sleep fully clothed and bring your own towels too. 4th, Facility: very poor condition, TV not working, shower is runs as weak and powerless as if it is from drinking water dispenser and floods the whole bathroom floor. I understand this is not a stared hotel, and it is in a underdeveloped country, those poor qualities is really just unbearable and unacceptable. Saw some good reviews for this place when doing the booking, doubt those reviews are legit. another note, they offering airport transportation for 10 JOD, meanwhile you can get a Uber for 1 JOD.
Fine for 1 night
Perfect for an overnight stop after a late flight but not for longer than that!
No front desk person upon checking in and checking out, I left the room in the morning without anyone in the hotel/place,
Staff was very responsive and kind. This is really just a place for those who have a late arrival or early departure at the airport - you are pretty much in the middle of nowhere outside of Amman. There are a couple of shops within walking distance where you can get some basic food but no restaurants in the area (although staff will call for delivery if you need it).
Very quiet and helpful staff. Clean room and hot water.
Great , professional, very helpful and friendly staff .
Close to the airport and the room a nice looking room.
Excellent and clean place! Staff was super helpful
Worth its cost
The property is worth what we paid, ie. a bit unfinished but otherwise perfectly located, friendly staff, lifts and working wifi. It is convenient to the airport. Staff went out of their way to ensure pickups and dropoffs went went including our tour arrangements. We checked in the night hours of the morning abd checked out in a similar time abs that was easily arranged by staff. Note: it is not a four or five star hotel.
It was very convenient for 1 night stay close to Airport. The hotel manager did a personalized service to provide a pickup from airport which was really good.
Well located, cheap, transport on time
Close to the airport and cheap. However the checking-in process was a bit messy as they had lost our reservation, didn't know if we already paid, and didn't know which building we were supposed to stay at. The clerk, although he didn't speak English, was very nice to us and basically let us pick our room. Wifi is spotty but works. The transport we organized to the hotel was on time. The hotel was quiet even though close to highway. The hotel is still under construction, rooms are in good condition but the reception and entry area still need work.
Simple transit après arrivée aéroport

Do not recommend
The place was convenient in terms of distance to the airport, but that was the only pro. The shower didn’t work (shower head was broken), only one towel was provided for 2 of us, the room felt shabby. We only arrived at that hotel after midnight and had a 6am start, so we’re hoping to just get some sleep but this proved almost impossible due to the noise levels and door banging in the middle of the night. The property also misadvertised. It stated that an airport shuttle was available for a certain price, but when we asked to use this, we were told we had to take a taxi, which was 3 times as expensive, as they were legally not allowed to pick us up in a private car. So the offer of an airport shuttle should not have been listed in the hotel advert. Would absolutely not recommend this place.
