We just had two day stopover and the hotel worked for us well. Clean , nice pool and staff. We only had breakfast for food and was nice. It’s about 20min walk to harbour but there are buses and taxis if needed, if hotel was closer to harbour then you would pay a lot more for stay , so good value for money .

My stay was only for 1 day. In general the hotel was good and reinnonated. Too much noise from early morning from the women of the house keeping showing no respect for people sleeping. There was no shower gel in the shower. There was no soap in the toilettes of the common area. Other than that the hotel was value for money and with small effort it could be much better.

Recently renovated hotel. Rooms are spacious and staff super friendly. Floor in the room is hardwood not carpet. Much better and cleaner

Food was acceptable. Wi-fi was appalling. Reception staff were indifferent. Catering staff were very friendly and obliging.

This hotel does offer onsite parking, not sure why Expedia says it doesn’t. Great spread for breakfast! Loads to choose from. Room was comfortable, AC was a tad noisy though.

this was our first stay at the Ajax Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel

inappropriate mattress

There wasn't much to do near the hotel. To get to the port and old town is 10 euros each way. There is a holding room for luggage as they are strict about their check in/out times. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Con: There is no laundry facility in the premises. They outsource the service for a fee, and it's only available on weekdays.

Great hotel but noise bothered me.

You hear everything in this hotel the doors slamming shut from other guests and noise from them also the noise from outside the windows do not keep the street noise out which prevents me from giving 5 stars however, the hotel is beautiful, very clean staff are great and the breakfast was great. Lots of choice from hot and cold and lots of drink choice.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s a gorgeous outdoor pool area where you can also sit for breakfast.

Wrong room, I asked for double bed and they gave me two singles because they didn’t hAve anymore doubles but they never notified m! Cold cheap English breakfast. Room card didn’t not work most of the time, very frustrating. Noisy rooms, you can hear the toilet from nest door and above! Not a 4 star hotel anyway you get the picture.

Overpriced and disappointing

For the price, the room was very small and pretty basic. The TV was tiny and more like a monitor. The mini~bar fridge only just worked. It also sounded like there was something in the bathroom ceiling, not sure what it was but it sounded like a mouse. It was also pretty noisy at night with street traffic, i was woken up both bight around 5am. One of the breakfast staff was also very rude and unaccomodating.

Everything was perfect. The only thing that was striking was the breakfast which was rather poor and baked products were not fresh.

Needs some work to the rooms

Service was excellent, however, the room wasn’t so nice. The baby cot looked really bad and needed a replacement. The aircon was preadjusted at 24 degrees and it was locked there so I had to wake up at night to open/close the air con. The bathroom’s door couldn’t close and the main bed was ready to fall down the floor.

Have stayed here a few times before and always enjoyed my stay. Will always use when staying in Limaso.

I want to extend my stay for one more night at the hotel locally manager wanted more than hotels.com price me because i want total 3 people in my room i show him the price he did not believe me he just gave me 10pc off

In my opinion the hotel shouldn't have four stars, The worst scenario can be 3 stars Every thing in the room (TV, bed, and bath) gives you the feeling that we are at late years of 70

Fair price !

What stood out firstly were the friendly helpful management & staff - nothing was a problem! H/B food was fresh & tasty with good variety. Only critism being no coffee or water included. Amenities - indoor pool, spa, gym & business facilities were excellent. Location was good approx.10-15 min walk to supermarket, bus & beach.

Loved the location.. clean room, breakfast was good, all in all a great hotel

The only thing, what I did not like, than they let children come from outside to the swiming pool.

The Ajax hotel was very nice, with very good service and very comfortable room. I was there for a conference, and the meeting rooms were very good. I would return again.

Great but one simple improvement needed

One easy improvement would be to allow residents to use the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, we were asked for an additional €20 a head for this which was poor

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff always smiling and friendly. The hairdresser was a fantastic gentleman who knows his job and does it extremely well. Next time will probably try other services. Even though the room was at the front of the hotel it was not noisy.

It was 31/12/18. We found parking easy accross the hotel. A musician was playing a saxaphone in the lobby. Check-in was no hassle and pleasant. The common door of the joint rooms were unlocked shortly after were arrived. As it was raining the following day the staff tried to seat every at everybody a breakfast table... everying went smoothly. The choices for breakfast were ample.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. The only serious issue I had was the lack of parking spaces that were available for guests. Some tight parking spots made it hard to park comfortably.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms above can be noisy but we went in August so a busy time. We had a city view so not very exciting. The nicest beach is across the road, which is a 3 minute drive. Alpha Mega supermarket, 6-7 minute walk. Lovely buffet breakfast with a very large selection of food to please everyone. Two of the staff were very good as we had a problem with our bed and they sent an enginer to temporarily fix it, whereas the first 2 members of stay that we initially approached didn't bother to do anything and we slept on a bed that didn't have enough support on the base(legs of bed are bent at an angle). However, the following day, which was the day we were leaving, the legs were distorted again. There are plenty of places to eat and as we had a car we could go further out. A lovely Pizza place called Pizza Mine, about a 7 minute drive snd a Caffe Nero with a good selection of cakes. Limassol harbour is a 10 minute drive and had an amazing view with lovely restaurants. Worth a trip or two. Overrall we had a very enjoyable time and would stay again.

Great hotel with nice staff, but the bathroom of our bedroom was quite disappointing not being at 4 star hotel level. Breakfast was great

Overall very nice, food breakfast choices nice decor friendly staff food size pool comfortable rooms. Lift was broken took a while to fix so quite difficult one lift catering for so many. Also dripping tap and sink not draining shower not so good

Enjoyed my stay here. The first mornig breakfast was disappointing as most of the hot food wss cold.. otherwise okay.

Convenient location, nice breakfast.

Only downside is quite a lot of non hotel guests including lots of children paying to use the pool.

Room on the first floor might suffer from noise coming from the hotel club up to midnight.

The hotel interior looks more like 3 stars hotel. Everything in the room is made of low cost material (flooring, bed, bathroom interior). The hotel is fine to stay for a few days as long as you spend most of your time outside. I wouldn't stay there with my family. it is fine for a business trip purpose.

Below par standard Holiday

Not very clean hotel, hotel room, the pool and just general cleanliness standard. The gym was closed and this was a condition we booked this hotel. Also more than 500 meters to beach which was stated in advert. Four times my door would not open with card, and we had to have re-programmed ( said it was our cell phones that interfere with card )...... To be honest the only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast, everything else was not to a standard of a four star.
