Very good Hotel. Hazel, the manager was a great help.

This is more a boutique hostel, occupying one section of 4/F of a commercial building. So no usual hotel facilties

This hotel is ideal if you want to stay within the city centre. Literally 2 minutes walking to Il Duomo on a bustling Corso Vittorio Emanuele.The only drawback we experienced was that the rooms are very small, otherwise everything was excellent

We wanted to be close to the action, it was hard to get closer than this.

The hotel is more like an appartment hotel located inside a hidden building with other services. Anna was very friendly and was very responsive. The hotel is small, AC is not cold, and wifi is slow. However, it is very convenience location. It's like 5 minute walk to Duomo Milano and shopping center is right down the hotel building with lots of restaurants. Ovreall it's a good hotel to stay.

Only thong O dislike is location, it is nearly impossible for first time visitors to locate here

Found this hotel tucked away in heart of Milan, Never heard of it, but took a chance. This turned out to be a hidden gem. The location was the best, just mins walking from Duomo and Galleria, all kinds of dining options around right next to metro station. Didnt have the feel of a chain hotel, was very small but cozy, and the rooms very clean, nicely laid out and very functional. The staff was super friendly and responsive. Only small challenge is finding the place initially as it is on a walking street, but the staff guided us well and we didnt have any problem. Highly recommended and I would stay here again.

No A/C working and awful response

Checked in on a second booking and was told that the A/C was not working. Went out for a couple of hours and came back at 3pm and was sweating in the room. Left the keys with Ana and checked out and moved to another hotel. Impossible to stay in a box room with no A/C and no ventilation in 35C outside and warmer inside. All I got was sorry. But sorry is not enough without a refund and nobody has answered since. Not a word or a mention since from the hotel or Hotels.com An absolute joke. In all my years on this website platform I have never had anything like this.

The location is great. Service is great. We did not like the check in process nor that its inside a Galeria and Taxi cannot go to door. But overall is very convenient near to Duomo and shopping and dining.

This was not a hotel, rather a collection of rooms in a larger building. But, it is in a great location and the staff was very helpful. It was comfortable and clean, but has no amenities typically associated with a hotel. If you just want a place to sleep and nothing else, I would recommend this.

Good location

Love the location near everything.

Everything was perfect on my stay. Communication was great, the hotel is in the perfect spot, host was amazing, the rooms were out of this world, and the shopping options around the hotel makes it worth every penny

Stay with family

Booked family room which was 2 connecting rooms with 2 bathrooms. Really nice hotel close to all the shopping. Service from the staff and lady at reception was exceptional. Thanks and will definately stay here again

- the location is unbeatable, especially for the price - Anna is wonder and an asset to the apartments - The walls are thin and beds aren’t the most comfortable but I the location beats the poorly slept nights!

Perfect location!

I read a few reviews that said the property could be difficult to find. The instructions were very clear and as we arrived for check in during the day, it was simple to find the property. I was pleasantly surprised with the location and how simple it was to get on a metro or train from the property. The room itself was clean and had everything needed for a couple nights stay. An extra thank you to Anna who was very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome!

Excellent

While the hotel and hotel room was small, it was in a perfect location - a short walk to the Duomo, La Scala and great shopping / dining. It was on a pedestrian way, which was ideal as we did not have a car.

Not what I expected. Small room, had to go to other area to get key, no staff around.

The challenge is find the hotel as it is tucked into a side street between stores - look for the iron gate, use the elevator on the left as you walk in. Location of the hotel is great for access to everything - especially shopping and restaurants! The person on call is very responsive on WhatsApp. Good amenities in the hotel and the location is quiet at night.

Once you got used to the set up, only rooms on fourth floor, the staff were charming and you are in the centre of Milan with parking opposite.

Effeciently and cleverly designed; not so good if you plan on staying in the room for hours of rest during the day.

A windowless storage unit more than a hotel

This "hotel" is like a storage unit with no real windows. The entire experience is odd, it's on the 4th floor in a mall. The person that checks you in was nice but its mostly "self-serve" so no real staff around the clock. This feels more like a weird Airbnb experience than a hotel. If you are looking to sleep with no light, the lack of windows I guess could be a bonus.

The location of this property couldn't be any better! The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

Unbelievable location & excellent service from the staff here. I couldnt recommend this place highly enough. When i return for work in a few weeks i will 100% be booking again.

Great spot at the heart of milan! The room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. They had wifi and AC. The hotel is a refurbished floor in a building so there were basically no amenities

Great stay for business

It was a beautiful room with everything you needed. The girl who welcomed me was really nice and friendly. The breakfast was in a nice cafe just next door. I forgot something and they were really helpful in sending it back. The only negative point is that the reception isn't staffed all the time so if you need something you have to call and wait for help.

Bon séjour mais ....

Bon séjour dans cet Hotel très bien situé, confortable, spacieux, calme ... mais : * aucun accueil physique : juste l'envoi d'un mail et d'un sms donnant les instructions pour récupérer la chambre, code pour entrer dans l'immeuble, code pour entrer dans l'hôtel (qui est en fait un appartement rénové), code de débloquer les clefs de la chambre. Demande de laisser la taxe de séjour en espèces dans la chambre, demande de transmettre nos pièces d'identités par sms * aucun petit déjeuner sur place (une plaquette dans la chambre renvoie vers un café situé en bas de l'hôtel) un peu curieux ....

Good location but overrated

Newly renovated and nice enough, however felt very overpriced for room standard. There was also no "welcome gift" and "welcome drink" (there was a complimentary water bottle and a chocolate but honestly that shpuld just be expected in the price range and does not count) I dont particulaenjoy self check in, i dont like having to send a copy of my passport on whatsapp, that feels very sketchy to me

Perfekt beliggenhed. Super venlig modtagelse.

Rigtig fint lille hotel til prisen. Beliggenhed er perfekt få minutter fra domkirken og et væld af restauranter. Super venlig service. Små værelser, men der er alt hvad man behøver. Kommer gerne igen.

Petit hôtel et petite chambre mais proche du centre touristique , on peut tout faire à pieds

Le seul point réellement négatif est que l’hotel annonce avec lit king size alors qu’ils ne n’ont à offrir que des lits Queen size. Il s’agit de fausse représentation. Expedia devrait valider les informations avant de publier…

Centralt hotell med trevlig personal.

Sentralt hotell med fine rom. Ikke noe servering. Frokost kan man få på en liten restaurant ved siden av hotellet. Hotellet var vanskelig å finne da det ligger i 4.etg uten utvendig merking.

Sehr gut gelegen

Das Hotel war schön und sauber! Das Bett war sehr gut. Überrascht waren wir, dass das Hotel wie ein Air-BnB sich präsentierte: es war ein hinterlegter Schlüssel, keine Person an der Reception, einfach Kontakt per Whatsapp und kein Frühstück. Das Frühstück haben wir in der Bar neben der Kirche; richtig herzliche Bedienung, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Me encanto la cercanía de todo… a pasos del centro. Lo único que no me gusto es que es un poco difícil de encontrar el hotel. Pero siguiendo las indicaciones seguro das…

Excellent location

Very affordable for mid July Milan. Super location right at the shop street and just a stone throw away from Duomo. Breakfast was a voucher to a cafe next door including a croissant, juice and coffee...obviously not enough for a scandinavian visitor but you can buy extras. Cooling was not enough for 37 degree external temp. The corridor was cooler than room. Tiny room, terrible wifi (although free) and no staff at all.
