It’s was a great hotel to stay at during my trip to Aguascalientes.

Gran ubicación y muy buena opción en la ciudad.

Disfrutamos la visita y la estadía. Solo tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la alarma despertadora del cuarto contiguo que se encendió a las 00:15. Nos ayudaron a apagarla.

There is a milk factory behind the hotel and all day long the smell coming from it is unbearable at the pool area and lobby, sometimes even at the restaurant. Could not enjoy the pool. The hotel should have advised about the odour. I would never stay there again.

Loved the location and atmosphere. Everyone was beyond helpful and friendly. The hotel had all the amenities we needed. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Our stay was pleasant and safe.

Staff is very accomodating. Restaurant, front desk & shout out to Jairo the Great in the front!

This was my 3 rd stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great! I did notice that the music is played a bit too loud. It is piped through the lobby, dining area, and out on the patio deck. I found it difficult to hear what anyone was saying at our table in any of those locations. Even my 9 year old complained to me that the music was too loud. Especially , in the dining area, music should play in the backround. It was not a rekaxing experience at dinner to have rock music blasting. I love rock music but the hotel seems to want to give a " party" vibe maybe a little too often. Also, the pool was not heated. The last two times I have been at this hotel, the pool was nice and warm. I always come in late August to visit family. So, it us at the same time of year on every stay. I did not swim at all during this last week. Even my son, only went swimming a couple of times instead of everyday. He spent more time in the hot tub telling me the pool water was chilly. It is a great place to stay, hopefully next time the pool will be warmer and the music will not be so loud.

The entire hotel staff were very professional friendly and patient with our needs. They all made us feel welcome

El clima de la habitación no enfriaba tanto, por ende fue un poco incómodo en la noche, el colchón no estaba tan cómodo. En el desayuno un caos total, más de 30 minutos para asignarnos una mesa para dos personas, cabe recalcar que gente externa va a desayunar y no dan prioridad a los huéspedes

Perfect spot for a business trip

I could not have asked for a friendlier staff. I was out there on business for four days and didn’t leave wishing something was different. Also attended a meeting one of my clients was hosting for his staff great place and food for it being a small seminar.

This is the 4th time I have stayed at this property in the past 8 months (26 total nights). Excellent service, very clean, restaurant is nice and reasonably priced, all the amenities I need, and at a decent price. Highly recommended.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had with Marriot, the staff was incredible, superior customer service at this location. Oscar and Rodolfo at the lobby bar were exceptional.

We went for a Family Christmas reunion and we stayed at the Marriott. Service was very good. Food at the restaurant was good but we think needs more variation and creativity. Rooms comfortable but we felt it a little small and outdated. I think we will stay there again.

People are nice, house keeping service is inconsistent, hotel restaurant only there for breakfast. Dinners food is ok but just that, no-one ever comes.

All I can say is the reviews of loud music aren’t entirely so. My stay was wonderful, the staff was great and very attentive and very clean. Will definitely be staying in the near future.

Hotel does not live up to the marriot name. I was very disappointed and will not stay here again. I expected more for the amount of money i paid and instead recieved poor food quality, a broken ac, and a broken fridge. Our fridge was not fixed and all my sons food was spooiled.

Need to cut out the loud music!

Overall a nice stay. There is bit of lack of attention in the pool area. We had to ask each time we were there for towels and to have umbrellas put up. Also, I am not sure why they play loud rock and house music throughout the indoor lobby and out door seating area. It made it difficult to have conversations as none of us could hear each other very well. A hotel is not a nightclub so it baffled me why they were cranking this loud music. By the pool , it is nice to swim, read a book but it was difficult to enjoy because of the loud pumping house music. I hope this hotel looks to playing quieter backround music. The key is Backround! It should not be something the clientele should have to compete with to talk to others . It destroys the ambiance of a supposed 4 to 5 star hotel.

The morning after checking out of the hotel, I discovered that a lot of clothing had been stolen from my suitcase. I called the hotel to report the loss but have not heard any more from them.

The lobby smelled really bad, the gave me a twin room instead of the king I had booked, the service at the bar was really bad.

It's a nice hotel located to a shopping mall. They have a beautiful pool and the restaurant was great. The best part was the staff they were very helpful and so nice.

Muy sucia la alberca y el jacuzzi. Había un lato muerto en mi ventana. No tenía teléfono en la habitación y no funcionaba el sensor de la puerta. El personal excelente, su servicio siempre bueno. Pero las instalaciones cada vez peor.

Wonderful Birthday Stay Experience

Wonderful experience from the time we walked in the front door to checkin for our stay. Very warm greeting! The workers that we talked with all spoke English which was very nice because our Spanish is pretty limited. We also shared that it was my wife’s birthday and they sent a free dessert up to our room which was delicious! Even though the pump on the hot tub was broken the water was still warm, and the staff explained to us the pump issue they were experiencing. Overall great experience and would highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Aguascalientes!

Not worth the money

Nice hotel, with good service and freindly professional staff, but it is old and the rooms are small and outdated. My shower smelled like sewer and I had to ask to have my room cleaned during my 3 day stay, just to get more towels. Overall not worth the money, as it is the probably most expensive hotel in the city

I’ve stayed couple of times in this hotel. Service is slow, they just apologize but never act with solutions. I was run out of water for a moment while taking a shower. No clean service in my room during my stay. Parking ticketing system was not functioning and needed to get out of my car everytime I wanted to get in or out the parking lot. Could not get my bill printed, printing machine was not working.

switching bed size

I had a reservation for a king size bed and when I got in to do the check in they try to give me a double bed. The good thing was that I had a copy of the on line agreement and they had to comply with what I had from the beginning.

Hotel facilities are superior. The staff very helpful. Rooms are well equipped, with comfortable beds. Mini bar is very generous.

I liked how clean the property was, only disappointing in the fact that when i purchased my stay it said it included two free breakfast at the breakfast buffet upon arriving at the property staff at the hotel said it only included one free breakfast every morning.

New towels, notes (memo pad) and ballpoint pens were not refilled

I enjoyed the room and the service was excellent and the spa was excellent.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. I like the 24 hour room service.

Property was clean. Employees helpful. What was bad was our air conditioner wasn’t working and we had to change rooms at 11:00 pm. Other than that we were very happy with our stay

Clean, well run hotel, nicely appointed rooms, typical for a Marriott. Breakfast selection and quality was quite good, dinner in restaurant was ok, nothing special but also not expensive. Would go back again on next trip.

The restaurant, front desk and bell hop were amazing. Overall good food at the restaurant and great service. The cleaning of the room was terrible. If you are in RM 217 the bathroom shower leaks all over your floor. you opened the sink faucet and it would splash all over. Only beds were made but the bathroom not cleaned. I noticed they only folded towels but did not clean the floors. Wont be staying here again.

A great disappointment.

Upon my arrival, I was told that i had a one night reservation. I said NO, that I had made a 5 night reservation. The girl at the desk insisted that my reservation was for one night only. I went to my room and retrieved on my laptop, the email stating that I had a 5 night reservation. I was not impressed with the service and professionalism of the Marriott staff.
