The breafast was always limited as there was never enough food for thw guests

The issue is that the breakfast is an afterthought in this place. They never have enough of food for the people who stay at the hotel

My husband and I recently had a three-night stay at the hotel. It's a prime location for a stay of no more than a week. The staff were truly exceptional, demonstrating outstanding hospitality that warrants a perfect score. However, there are some areas that require enhancement. We faced challenges with receiving fresh toilet paper, he had to go request it from the front desk. Also, we were not provided with wash rags upon arrival and only received them the following evening(after requesting them ). The shower design is inadequate, resulting in a messy floor after each use. Our television was damaged only half showed while the other half was a black screen. The room was very clean we had no issues with that. Nonetheless, it's a viable option for a brief stay. As we spent most of our time outdoors, these issues did not greatly impact our stay.

friendly efficient staff

When I book a hotel I expect to have everything that’s is suppose to be in my room when i arrive. In this hotel no wash cloth, no face towels, 55 inch TV has no volume to listen to nothing. On the floor which I stayed, the walls of the corridor needed painting. The shower is so small the shower curtain is touching your body while showering. The aircondition is nosey. And to top it all, folks right on the side of the entrance seats smoking marijuana. I will never book this place again unless these things are taken care of looked into fixing.

The staff, especially Vera, was very helpful in getting my room ready, advising on and arranging transportation, assisting in the operation of the room TV, for examples. The room fulfills your basic needs - you should bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, razor, paper, pen. Very modest breakfast ($10) available.

Just ok.

When we checked in and but into our room, I noticed there were no towels in the bathroom. We had been at the beach all day and wanted to shower right away. When I asked the staff member for towels she said they were all in the dryer and we couldn't get towels until the dryer was done. Are you kidding me? There's not a single set of towels available in the entire hotel? Then when we finally did get towels and take showers, I noticed that it looked like the shower had not even been cleaned at all as there was hair and sand on the floor of the shower. The shower was also broken and I had to hold the shower head the entire time. The only saving grace about this place was that it was in walking distance of an incredibly awesome hangout spot/ restaurant called Fat Tony's. If you are in the area you have to check it out! Great food, great drink prices, live music, great vibe! We even skipped out on the free hotel breakfast to head to Fat Tony's for $5 breakfast burritos and they were delicious! Impressive Bloody Marys as well!

The staff here are so helpful. If you need anything just ask them. Expect your normal island inconveniences, and you will not be disappointed,. It was a wonderful stay

I booked this place for a night only because I missed my flight and I hated the place because it was dirty and the bathroom and room was flooded every time my friend and I showered. The kitchen and spaces were dirty when we went to eat and we were grossed out

Worst experience ever

I wrote Adonis directly 2 days ago before writing this review to rectify our situation. I still have not heard back so here goes: There was not even basic hotel items in the room. Not a glass to brush your teeth with. Adonis said they no longer provide them. There were no hand towels or wash clothes in the room. I was told only 2 bath towels should be in the room. There was no soap in either the dispenser in the shower or the one at the sink. I was told there was no refills for the dispensers at this time. The shower door wouldn't close all the way and there was a gap between the wall and the side of the shower. It leaked and completely saturated the shower mat and left standing water all over the floor. We went to get another bath mat and towels and were told there were none until their laundry finished. We couldn't get another box of kleenex because there was none. The room wasn't cleaned the 3 days we were there and the wet towels were in our room the entire time. Breakfast items were brought out at various times. I'm guessing this was so guests couldn't eat too much. What was brought out was never refilled once used up. We could have bought $10 worth of food at the grocery store next door and eaten better. The worst thing was that the power went out. I was stuck in the very hot elevator for an hour because they do not have a generator and no one knew how to get me out. They had to call someone to get me out of the elevator. And yet, they have not responded to me

They were nasty. I paid for breakfast and they said they would refund it but then they said they couldn’t because it was a third-party Expedia. The breakfast was garbage and it was a rip off for $30. The room was dirty and the TV stayed on all night we couldn’t shut it off. They took the remote to fix it and never brought it back. It was a horrible place and they were extremely rude. I should get a refund

I checked in and then checked out. The air conditioner was not working, the television had 2 channels and the room had no refrigerator and was claustrophobic. No issue with cleanliness.

Worst Place and Manager Ever

We checked in the hotel, it was nothing as described on this website. Starting with the room - AC, Phone and TV were not working. AC was not fixed for 5 days. Crib came late in the evening, even upon mentioning in advance. While talking to the manager, she abruptly disconnected the call and refused to help. her exact words - this is transit hotel, why would you come here on vacation ? The towels were not replaced daily, bedsheets not changed. They also missed sweeping the floor, rendering it untidy for the day. Lizard kept roaming around on the walls of the room. The staff, some of them, were willing to help. But the manager refused to co-operate, and some staff was obviously following the manager's instructions. Worst place. I would not recommend for anyone, anytime.

My stay was a last-minute choice; however, the highlight of the trip was the welcome desk agent. She was warm and welcoming, recommended places to eat, and provided taxi options. Unfortunately, there were several aspects of the property that I disliked. The room had a moldy smell upon entry, and the bathroom shower was not cleaned well. The shower door couldn’t open fully, causing water to run onto the floor, and there were no basic shower amenities available. Additionally, the AC did not work well, and opening the window only let in mosquitoes. I would recommend that the staff wear uniforms to make it easier to identify who works at the property. Upon checkout, I left my keys with a random guy in an old-ish liked t-shirt, which was a bit concerning.

The staff was not friendly at all!

My booking cost included breakfast which was supposed to be served at 7:00 am. I had to leave at 8:15 to catch a flight and it still was not ready. Nothing at all. So left hungry and had to buy food at the airport.

The shower was not cleaned prior to my arrival and were pubes and hair on the shower floor. Very disappointing and they couldn’t do anything until the next day when the cleaners came. You cant hear much outside noises but if other residents are walking or talking in the hallway, it echoes loudly in the room. The phone to reception does not work and neither does the TV in the room. A couple of the wall adapters did not work as well. Online is advertised that breakfast is included but they no longer offer this. Other than that, the room was fairly modern and the bed was comfortable.

Really great hotel in close proximity to beaches night life and also provides dining options perfect just to relax and enjoy family. The staff are absolutely amazing. They were helpful kind caring and an absolute joy to be around. Completely genuine people. I would recommend the hotel !

It is a small quiet hotel. The rooms are compact and cute

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the building itself looked quite new, which was a plus. Parking is easy and safe, and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and a beach within walking distance. However, there was a significant mold odor in my room that was really off-putting. I tried keeping the window open in the morning and switching the A/C to dry mode, but neither helped to alleviate the smell. Unfortunately, the odor even permeated all of my clothes. Due to this issue, I wouldn't recommend staying here despite the other positives.

Great service great staff great hotel

A great value for what i paid. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was pretty modern. I was actually surprised how nice it was for what i paid. There were no issues with power the night i stayed. Everything was fine, and i would stay there again.

Service isn't good and i stayed for 2 nights and i really expected better. I don't even know the names of any staff that works there. Throughout the check-in and check-out process it wasn't spectacular to what i expected. The property is fairly new and management and staff could do a btter job withthe property, especially having everyone wearing uniforms or name tags. Exterior is well presented, but the interior needs remodeling( including the staffs attitude).

The entire time we were there, tv only had 3 channels & they were classic old channels & a cartoon. Staff was aware of it & working on it with their cable provider. No coffee maker in room. Could use a mini fridge & microwave in room.

Amazing customer service and location!

Nice area, good size room. You could hear even regular conversation word for word in the next room, this was not very convenient as the people next door kept talking till 3AM (and I had to leave at 5:30AM) . Elevator was not working.

I never stayed my trip was canceled due to Microsoft issues globally. I called and canceled however i never received my refund

Electricity off for over 10 hours. Had to lay in bed with the window open. 20 mosquito bites although constantly spraying off. No staff checked on visitors. Horrible experience. No hair dryer. The room is the bare minimum. No microwave. No fridge. If you’re just there for a few hours ok. Four days no. Don’t do it.

My stay for the most part was fine, but after checking in the power went out for at least two hours there was no back up generator. The cable tv was on but some channels didn’t have any service or sound the internet connection keep cutting off every time you leave the room.

This is a great hotel. Very comfortable!

The property was good and all, clean, my problem is that there is no generator and the power goes out daily for 2 hours so it’s not good that they leave us without power during that time.

The worst place to stay in sxm

My wife and I decided to overnight , up on arrival we headed to our room in that Rome there was only one towel no wash cloth and no type of liquid in the shower , we went to the front desk asking for those importance items which wasn’t any type of help to us at all . Putting on the T. V that also was a big problem, we went down again and again at the front desk to find out how we could get it fix

I'll never stay here again

Front desk employees were rude and had no care in the world about our concerns that there were no towels in the rooms when we checked in.

Overall a very nice hotel to stay. The only minor issue was they ran out of towels, so we only had one for our room. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. The fixtures, etc. were all upgraded and very nice.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The first night, they ran of towels so we had to air dry. The rooms were not cleaned from previous guests. We also had to switch rooms several times due to booking issues in their end. On top of that, I was harassed about a missing payment which I course has already made.

Very unsatisfied. Modern hotel, nice facility, but there was no toilet paper in the room, empty condom packages in the night table drawer, AC leaking from the ceiling, shower without proper water isolation and leaking to the floor, bathroom towels being distributed in the front desk. A true disaster.

I found 2 cockroaches in my bedroom, and I really needed an iron to iron my clothes to go out, and there was none we had to literally knock on guess doors at 11pm to find and iron and when we got one it was broken. Please invest in proper equipment. The room seemed decent overall in the design but my experience was not great.

Has been arrived earlier then check-in time, but the staff very welcome and let me check-in earlier. The room is modern, clean, and comfortable. There are plenty food around and nice beach. Airport no more then 10 min drive.

Very impressed. Hotel is clean and has a very pleasant smell throughout. Room is modern. Basic (no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker) but for the price it's great value. Coffee shop and restaurants next door. Good a/c, great water pressure. Bed comfy. Easy access to public transportation. The only problem some may have is the elevator is currently out of service. Wasn't a problem for me but may be for some. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall clean and tidy and the staff, though sparse, were accommodating. It was close to the airport and town with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby.

Arrived at the hotel, lady at the front desk on the phone for over 20 minutes. Other guests waiting to be checked. When my turn arrived, not an apology, no greeting, no welcome. All she said was “passport” and then gave me the Key. Horrible check in, someone should teach her how to treat guests

Quiet and safe.

Samantha at check-in was pleasant and wonderful each time we interacted with her. Our first night we had a few hiccups with our room. She listened to us & worked on a solution right away which we greatly appreciated. Really niice and cozy spot to stay. The rooms are lovely and the views are even better frm a higher floor.

Horrible people we’re trying to break into room. The front desk said there was no one in the hallway on the security camera and I saw three people threw the peep hole along with voices. They also put a small robotic camera under the door. Do not book a stay in this house of horror

For the price this was really excellent. I saved over 300 a night staying here instead of a resort on the fench side. The staff was friendly and efficent, the only hiccup was the breakfast service but they issued a voucher for that. My room had a broken shelf and what went on in the hallway was quite audible, the other guests were mostly respectful and it's a smaller hotel so there wasnt a lot of this at night but it did wake me a few times in my week stay. Overall, excellent accomodation for the price, highly recommend.

This property was not worth the money. No fridge or micro on room. One desk chair.television had no signal , phone in room did not work. Breakfast was in the basement no windows dark and dreary.doorles closet not worth it

Really nice property

We arrived a few days before our group and had to find some alternative housing for a few days - this hotel was clean and quiet. It was close to many restaurants and a market. You could walk to Mullet Bay Beach.

Really clean, I had no issues except the staff doesn’t offer the best customer service. No greetings at all unless you greet them first, should be that way. Almost as if they don’t want to be there, front desk particularly.

The receptionist was very lackluster, couldn't be bothered attitude with headphones on. The property is about 17min walk to downtown area with the bars/restaurants. The main road doesn't have sidewalks so at night it's not a great idea. There aren't a lot of Taxis nearby. No mini fridge in room, have to go to receptionist to get ice and iron. Air conditioning has to run nonstop to keep room cool. An there are roosters starting around 7am.

Worst hotel stay of my entire adult life.

This hotel is terrible. Buyer beware. Here are some of the low lights. - Shower leaks all over the floor. I reported it. Nothing done about it at all. The front desk person just kind of stared at me. - Sand all over the floor of my room when I checked in, so no way it was cleaned properly. - A/C ran all night, couldnt be shut off. - No staff at night, front door locked, guests had to come in a propped open side door. Totally unsafe and awful. - My friend lost his room key, asked for another. They said they were out of room keys, so they could let him in the room, but he couldn't leave until someone made him a new one in the AM. (like he was a child being grounded. Once he refused to go to his room without a key, they made him a new one. So they were just too lazy to make a new key card. - No ice machine, fridge, vending or hotel bar. Thirsty at night? Enjoy 1 single bottle of warm water they leave you the first night you check in. There technically are drinks for sale at the front desk, but we had no front desk person at night our entire stay so unless we stole them from behind the counter we had no way to get even water to drink.

Great place to stay at when in St.Martin

The stay was great, customer service were very helpful and always available.

The hotel is new and good overall but the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The room’s toilet was not cleaned which was disgusting. They need to hire better staff.

I stayed in room 216 and the shower stall was a disaster the water leaked out on the bathroom floor every time that we took a shower, the glass door is not sealed properly. We had to go downstairs to collect the iron, and the first iron had a crack and the water leaked all over the floor and ironing board and clothes. We had to request a new iron; the bath towels aren't standard size bath towels just ridiculous; I was not expecting bath sheets but at least towels for adults not kids. The internet was a hot mess, every time that you leave the room and come back or if your device weren't active you would have to log back in to the Wi-Fi.
