We enjoyed our stay.

the stay was for a brief family visit. We booked a one bedder apartment but got a two bedder which was really welcome. everything was clean and quite spacious.

the apartment somewhat old and recently has been updated. It's a good value for a short stay.

Comments about our stay.

Having to pay for parking was a surprise at check in as when booking parking was stated free. Servicing only occurs every 3rd day but there wete no spare towels or garbage bags. We were involved in organised events each day and it was not possible to ring and ask for replacement garbage bags etc. The worse thing was that the TV was old and we were unable to use our own streaming services. This os a huge no today.

Nice quiet location with good options for meals close by. Beautiful garden area.

Nice and clean little 2 bedroom apartment with updated bathroom. Great communication via reservations. Friday night stay, so was a bit noisy from other rooms. People hiding in bushes when I went to pick up dinner! Coles and restaurants in walking distance.

I love staying at the Adina in Kingston. The staff are extremely accommodating and professional, the rooms are wonderful, property is delightful and there are many amazing cafes, restaurants and amenities within short walking distance. I highly recommend the Adina in Kingston next time you visit Canberra.

WE wont be staying again, the condition of the rooms, pool were in desperate need of repairs and a make over. curtains were ripped, draws broken, kitchen appliances missing and dirty. and the swimming pool was in major need of upkeep. It was a disapointing stay. It was a good location and very quiet.

We had stayed at this property in previously but were disappointed by the state of the pool and that we were not notified that construction work was close by.

Great location

Great location… walking distance to Kingston foreshore… shops and restaurants. Check in friendly… parking easy and lift access to rooms. Rooms spacious with balcony.

Scaffolding outside balcony, fortunately no workmen. Long walk with luggage from lift.

The AC stunk when turned on and the filters hadn't been cleaned. The AC in the main room after a while would make a knocking noise every 10 min.

Good location

I was in Canberra for a family reunion, with other family members staying in the same complex. I was dismayed to receive a text when I was only 30 mins from my destination to say I had been moved to another property, due to renovations! I rang to express my concern and my son went down to reception to reiterate my need to stay there. That was fortunattely resolved. The stay itself was comfortable and pleasant, however, even if a 'serviced apartment', I would expect the room to be vacuumed each day, which it was not.

Area needs a good clean up not good enough Canberra

Very comfortable stay. Access a little difficult for older folks. Otherwise, all ok.

A wonderful apartment and accommodation for a family with young kids

Room was ok but service was not. I booked and paid for 5 people however there was only 4 beds and 4 towels. When I asked about the 5th bed I was told I hadn’t requested it so I would need to pay another $50 for a rollout bed to be brought to our room. The lady at the office argued that this was standard practice but I have booked many hotels for my family of 5 and I have never had to “request” an extra bed.

Not bad but some issues

Still waiting for the receipt they promised to email when we checked out days ago. Needed for business!! We had a power breaker trip overnite thanks to our flashlights we finally found the panel under some artwork. Mechanic was unable to resolve so we had No light on the bathroom and showered with the door open. Front desk personnel lovely but only there 8-5 so after hours you are on your own when problem occur. The security person knew nothing and couldn’t help. One night 2 am all the smoke alarms went off in the complex!

The room was well appointed for one person staying for a couple of nights to see some sights around Canberra. The grounds were lovely with lots of gardens, and a small pool if you wanted to take a dip. Bed was super comfortable, and the room temperature was easily controllable. I didn't use the cooking appliances but kettle and toaster worked fine. One thing I will mention is the water pressure in the shower and bath (which was a spa bath pleasingly!!) was abysmal. It felt like I was showering underneath a leaky gutter, and it took almost an hour to fill the tub enough to have a spa bath. Other than that, I really have no other complaints, and would consider this property again when returning to Canberra.

Very spacious room.Super comfortable bed. Easy walking distance to Kingston and Manuka. My one criticism would be that the housekeeping staff weren’t very good.

WiFi a bit dodgy under heavy use. But apart from that top notch for what it is.

Beds are comfortable and unit is pretty spacious . Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near . Coles supermarket is very close and a pub / bottle shop just on the corner

Suitable for a long stay

Nice comfortable place to stay with family.

We have stayed here a few times, and although the units are not new, they are very well looked after and very clean. They are also in a great location and easy walk to dinner up the road.

The location was perfect and the accommodation was very clean and affordable.

Every thing was fantastic except you had to buy WIFI in this day and age that is a lot to expect other than that every thing was great. Wotif is a fantastic tool , easy to navigate and fantastic communication thank you so much.

We stayed on the third floor and the lift was out of order the whole time we were there. 6 days and no one even looked at the lift

Comfortable stay for a family of 4. Good facilities for self catering. Attractive property walking distance to Manuka shops and restaurants. Car park fills quickly and it took a while to locate our room on exiting the car park

New bathroom but old spa bath that had a small patch of surface missing on the bottom. Spa did not work. Bed very big and comfortable. Quite room. Carpet quite stained in main area. Full size water tank burst one night. No one to call and security was of no help. No information on leaflet on how to enter the car park after hours which was not very visible or obvious at night. Often car park full anyway so had to park in visitor spot which was almost always full at night.

The Quiet & private location was really nice for a break.

Upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment, very spacious with very comfortable beds. Centrally located, clean and tidy. My only disappointment, no chopping board or scissors in kitchen.

Our stay was great, bike riding, walking along wide pathways, eating out lovely food and drinks, lake shore was enjoyable and our accommodation was right in the action (the middle). We had a terrific staycation!

An excellent location near Manuka & Kingston shops. 15 mins to Canberra Hospital. Near good restaurants. Clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious apartment. Lots of useful appliances and features. Washing machine & dryer great. Undercover secure parking. Reception staff top class. Very helpful, friendly and efficient. Great spot.

Very nice and clean but very cold. The heater was located in the lounge room part of the apartment facing opposite direction to the bedroom so no heat in bedroom

Top notch condo

A fully outfitted condo, you could easily live here. A great property in a great location.

Central to Manuka oval for the cricket. Easy walk to supermarket and surrounds. Clean tidy and easy to the airport.

Good location, staff were nice as were the rooms. Great value for money. Would recommend. I was disappointed in the pool and spa though, the sauna worked, although the light was broken and it had only been replaced the night before. Indoor pool isn't heated, the staff member advised it was though. And the spa didn't work at all. Being there for a sports competition all weekend I was looking to use the spa but couldn't.

Didn’t like that our apartment hadn’t been cleaned in3 days. We were asked to move our vechiicll to a different position as some other car coming in took priority over ours. It was a very poor stay this time.

The property is perfect location for Manuka Oval. The apartment was clean, cold and comfortable. It was the hottest day in Canberra's history, so the pool and the AC in the apartment were big hits. Our only complaint is that the reception was unattended when we arrived so we were standing out in 40 degree weather waiting for someone to arrive so we could check-in. Something else needs to be arranged for key pickup if receptionist needs to step away for a bit when people are due to check-in. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other people.

There was a problem with the booking. The room was not very cleaning. There was a problem with aircon that made a loud noise all day and night. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher

Great apartment

Great location. Close to local shops as well as a supermarket.

The apartment was clean and it is well located within short walk to cafes and a small supermarket. The staff was friendly and professional. My one issue was the soft bed, which gave me a sore back after the first night, forcing me to sleep on couch the next night.

We regularly stay here as we have small child. the location is fantastic and the apartments are quite spacious. They have everything including a full kitchen and separate washing machine and dryer. Only downsides are that there are a lot of stairs and only one lift, even when you use that lift still expect more stairs. As we don’t use a stroller for us it’s no problem. Also carpark is very narrow,

I have stayed at Adina, Kingston on 3 occasions. We have enjoyed each time. We eat dinner at the Kingston Pub & have a nice quiet night

The room was spotless and very quiet, lovely clean kitchen and very comfortable beds. The access to the room is difficult though. You have a choice of walking up 3 flights of stairs, or using the lift and then walking a long way to the room. Strange design of this building. Would be impossible for the elderly or disabled.

The property is well maintained and everything you need is in the apartment. The units are spacious and the bed very comfortable, and heating good too. Great location close to shops.

Everything at this property was exceptional from the friendliness at check-in, to the comfort, decorand fit out of the apartment, It felt like a warm cosy home. With only a short distance walk to Kingston and Manuka, shops, bars, restaurants these apartments are a great place to stay.

The property has numerous stairs which made it impossible to manage a child in a stroller. Also very difficult getting luggage to rooms needing to navigate stairs. They should let people know about this. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

It was quiet, well maintained, with very friendly staff. The bathroom looked brand new. Overall an excellent experience, we’d go back again. Minor improvements recommended: larger tv, better internet, upgrade some tired looking fixtures & fittings, and heat the indoor pool properly

Beautiful and quite apartment in the heart of Kingston. The apartment was spacious for my mum and I and I liked the street access from the ground floor. Close to lots of wonderful dining options! Good heating especially since we were there in winter!!

Great position with lots of lovely restaurants and shops nearby, including a large Coles. Lots of restaurants in Giles street itself and very close to Kingston waterfront and Manuka.

Very good, with some issues

Very pleasant stay! The room was comfortable and spacious. However, it was a bit cold as there was a draft coming in under the door and the heating didn’t cope well with the cold weather. Also, the internet was almost non-existent at times which was annoying. Despite these issues, we would recommend staying there.

We have stayed here several times, suits us for location & the facilities are perfect for a 2-3 night stay.

Not wheelchair or pram friendly at all even the elderly would struggle with the walk from the lift with all the stairs
