Position, cleanliness and excellent staff

Loved the room overlooking the river and the bed was heavenly! The lobby smelled good every time we walked in the door. Loved the location to Target, Starbucks and all the international dining!

It was our second stay at the property. We returned because it is an easy and clean place to stay.

Great location and clean

The property was exactly what we expected after viewing the photos and info online. It was in a very convenient location, and staff was helpful and friendly. The gym was excellent! Our air conditioning did not work very well and when we let them know they came right away to have a look and offered us the option to change rooms. We liked our room so they brought us a fan. Would highly recommend this hotel.

It was the most perfect location for touring the city. Walkable to everything incl trains buses and taxis. Casino was a block away. Perfect stay and our very late night check in was seamless! Thank You

We enjoyed our stay at the Adina Hotel. It had all the amenities we had hoped for and was very comfortable.

Beautiful room with the most amazing view, and friendly staff on reception - ticked every box. Just sorry I wasn’t staying longer!

Good stay

Very centralised location. Very near to bus stops, Coles and eating places. Rooms are well equipped. At times, some staff can be more friendly though.

Great service, got early access to my room. Lovely room with great view. Found mouldy raisins under the couch. Tissue box was empty. Hotel TV functionality is horrible, plus no smart TV. Close to shops and restaurants.

I won’t stay here again. Staffs are kind but there were flies in the room. However, terrible clean condition. When I came in the room, I saw 2 flies in the room. Then, when I opened the door under the sink, other flies came out. terrible experiences for 2 nights. I’ve never experienced there were files in an accommodation during biz trip or trips.

A very very noisy bar immediately opposite - do not get a low floor as you won't sleep. Hotel itself was basic but fine for the money.

Newly renovated hotel, rooms modern with great facilities convenient for business conference. Great cafe for morning coffee and breakfast too. Staff friendly and attentive!

Amazing apartments

Amazing apartments with great service. Pool and gym were perfect and our apartment was amazing with gorgeous river views. The toiletries were lovely too

Fantastic location for exploring Brisbane. Really lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Had a 1 bedroom apartment - comfortable bed & great cooking facilities (fridge, cooktop, oven & microwave). All the utensils needed to cook. 10/10 and definitely will be back!

A pleasant stay of 5 nights. Clean facilities and great location for walking. Not the best choice if you have a vehicle. We are gold members with Hotels.com so no early check-in, no early check-out, and no room upgrade......at least its consistent.

Great location and rooms. Parking is a bit tricky.

The rooms were fantastic. Super spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. Close to lot of shops and restaurants. Only downside was that Parking was confusing. Their underground parking was full and we had to park in the nearby mall.

Great location, stylishly renovated heritage building - very well designed and luxurious bedding and bathroom. There was an unpleasant smell outside the lifts which seemed to emanating from the nearby plumbing. I had a lovely room on the 5th floor with great views across the river but the windows were so dirty inside and outside that I could not really take in the view.

My friend and I had adjoining rooms with a small foyer area separating the two room entrances. It was like a two bedroom suite, both with kitchenettes and bathrooms. They were very well appointed rooms with tasteful furnishings. Convenient location. Would recommend for a city stay.

Great apartment, shame about the housekeeping

The apartment was beautiful. The only disappointment pertained to the housekeeping. On one day only, the room was comprehensively serviced in all aspects but on the other four days there were always one or more items overlooked, such as - my bed was not made on one day (not even touched), on another day my waste bin was not carefully emptied resulting in waste being spilled onto the floor and left there, twice the laundry detergent was not replenished, and cups and plates were left in the sink on another day.

Such amazing service always from the staff at Adina. Friendly and courteous nothing is ever a problem. Rooms spacious, and very clean.

No upgrade provided. Allocated a wheelchair room which was not great. Had to ask for the bottle of wine. They didn’t have any and it was an inconvenience to go buy it. Milk wasn’t replaced after we used it the 1st morning. Swimmingpool had cold water.

Loved the room and the hotel. Parking spaces are limited so take note if you’re driving.

We often stay at Adina but this stay was quite disappointing. We arrived 2pm, told room not yet ready so they stored our cases to return after 3pm. Cases numbered with our reserved room 2/17. We had been upgraded to a larger room which was nice. On returning we were given our room key and entered the upgraded room with additional lounge area. However, there was a random case and other personal belongings in the room. Returned to reception to find out out room had been reallocated to someone else so we were down graded to a smaller room which had a bad drain smell. Poor communication of staff. We waited for a room we didn’t get.

A very pleasant stay.

We were pleasantly surprised with the Adina Hotel. The building itself is stunning with an impressive foyer. Our room was spacious, well equipped, very comfortable and had a great view over the river. The hotel is within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, the city and Southbank. Staff were extremely obliging and there is an on-site restaurant and coffee shop. We highly recommend the Adina for a comfortable stay.

Nice place clean and comfortable

Central and classy

So central and convenient. We walked from the station and also across the river to the theatre. Buses and multiple transport on the spot. River ferries nearby. This is the third time we have stayed here, never disappointed. Only quibble for me being short is the too high makeup mirror! But the bed is the best we have ever slept in!

Really great, practical accomodation. Well set up for families. Great location. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice decor and very clean. Our daughter actually got stuck in the lift, the staff were very helpful and quick to react and she was easily released!!!

Good stay

Hotel room was nice and spacious. Only comment would be that the room was on the side with a pub across the street so you could hear some music on Friday and Saturday night. Unloading and parking the car wasn’t the easiest with small children but once we found the $11 all day parking available across the street on weekends that was not too bad.

I loved the beautiful view from the room! You can enjoy the river and Queens Garden. The location is quite convenient to walk around the CBD and take a walk in the Botanic Garden and South Bank.

깨끗하고 넓고 좋았어요! 리버뷰 방이랑 일반 방 두개를 예약하면서 서로 가까운 방으로 달라고 부탁했는데 바로 옆방으로 붙여주셔서 좋았어요. 리버뷰 아닌 방은 건물 벽밖에 안보여서 아쉬웠지만 리버뷰는 진짜 예뻤어요. 침대랑 소파 다 푹신하고 편해요. 주방에 조리도구도 있어서 이지마트에서 한국라면이랑 햇반 사서 끓여먹었어요. 다른 리뷰처럼 직원분들은 정말 친절하시구요 체크인 1시간 전에 도착했는데 방이 이미 준비돼 있어서 체크인도 일찍 했고 체크아웃 날에는 짐 맡기는 서비스가 무료로 제공 돼서 체크아웃 후에 짐 맡기고 편하게 관광하다가 짐 찾아서 공항 갔어요. 조식이 없는 건 아쉬웠지만 1층에 작은 카페가 있고 주변에도 일찍 여는 카페가 많아요. 1층 카페 크로와상이랑 커피가 정말 맛있어서 추천이에요. 방 안에 히터가 있긴 한데 히터를 켜도 방이 따뜻해지는지 잘 모르겠어서 옷을 좀 잘 입어야 해요. 방 하나는 세면대에 뜨거운 물이 안 나왔고 다른 방은 샤워기랑 세면대 둘 다 뜨거운 물이 안 나와서 불편했어요 근데 프론트에 말씀 드렸으면 해결해주셨을 것 같은데 머무는 기간 동안 요청하는 걸 잊어버려서 아쉬웠어요ㅠ 그리고 슬리퍼랑 양치도구가 없어서 필요하신 분은 챙겨가셔야 해요 브리즈번 시내 한 복판이라 리버뷰도 좋고 주변 관광지 가기도 편하고 다리 건너 사우스뱅크 가거나 페리 타기에도 좋아요. 이 주변에서는 평점이 제일 높은 호텔이에요. 추천합니다!

Very disappointing. Nice building beautifully renovated. Staff nice. The room was utilitarian and unwelcoming. We paid for a "deluxe room with balcony" the room was inviting. The balcony was cold and useless and surrounded By high buildings. Even the lock to get out was dodgy. Quite unpleasant. Left before the end of our stay.

I loved the old architecture blended with modern touches. Very sophisticated spaces to chill with friends make this hotel an attractive option. The room was more a suite and very spacious. Would have enjoyed staying for a week.

Perfect city hotel

Only stayed for one night but the hotel was perfect. The reception team were all really lovely, helpful and informative. We had a city/river view room which was fantastic. Pretty faultless hotel.

The king bed kept separating in the middle.
