Nice and good for family and friends
The hotel is beautiful, big rooms. Great and delicious buffet breakfast. The only issue, the room was really cold even though the heater.
Good for a trip - but missing the 5 star treatment
Location was amazing and had some amazing facilities. The room was beautiful and spacious but is a bit outdated in terms of furniture and decoration so that needs updating. Additionally, the room had some issues with the shower which could not be resolved and we had to keep reminding them to clean the room. The service staff was really good though! Super friendly and really went the extra mile to please where they could which I really liked. Also to have valet parking for 30MAD per day is a great price. I don’t recommend the breakfast and would recommend eating in the city as that was a bit of a let down in terms of quality.
Love this place. Always friendly and prompt
Good property but over-priced by atlease $80
All round superb stay. Good value for money. Beautiful setting. Attentive helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Would go again and would strongly recommend others to go. Jagjit
First time and last time.
It is far from a 5stars hotel. Old, dirty, far away from the city, can be costly taking a daily taxi. Rooms are old, furnitures are old and forget about asking for extra soap, pillows or anything else, no one cares. Breakfast buffet is so bad, cold and tables are dirty. Bathroom with no shower curtain, dirty toilet, basically never again.
Très belle expérience
Un sejour agréable tout est parfait ,personnel courtois et disponible.
We had a great stay, the staff was nice and the visitors too.
Am evaluating this as a 4star hotel. Facility nice, requires $10 taxi ride to central market/ historical district. Should only drink bottled water; I got 2 small bottles only for a 2day stay. Cleaning staff left door from room to lanai unlocked, could have resulted in theft but this seems a nice, quiet neighborhood. Small outdated workout facilities (wouldn’t call it a gym). Neither of the three elliptical worked. The hotel seems to cater to the 80 y/o crowd and for this group it might well be a solid 4 star hotel.
For reference, I’m evaluating as if this is a 4 star hotel. Nice place. Rooms in OK shape but comfortable. Can’t drink tap water and hotel makes you buy your own thru local store (after first 2 small free bottles). Cleaning folks left door to lanai unlocked but lockable safe in room. Workout facilities marginal. Treadmill works but none of the 3 ellipticals do. Looks like it tries to cater to the foreign “over 70s” crowd.
We stayed here 2 weeks after the Massive earthquake had hit and caused a lttile damage to the property. There was constant Repair work happening the whole time we were there so constant noise from the Machines and the Workmen there. But the staff were very nice. Very helpful, very friendly and considering what they had to go through 2 weeks previous I can't complain too much about the noise and repair works. Breakfast was very good buffet style with a lot of choice. Nice pool area to sit by during the day and in the evening. there was also a Large shopping Mall about 10 min from the hotel and a cinema. It's about a 10 min taxi ride from the old medina. The area looks to be undergoing considerable development.I imange in about 3 years time with more shops and things to do having been added here this could be one of the best areas to stay in and it is very close to the Main aiport. only took 15 mins to get to the airport from here.
Hate to say it - but very underwhelmed!
I don’t know how this place is a 5 star hotel. Apart from the staff (who were pleasant) it’s really nothing special. The biggest problem by far, is the food. Everywhere in Morocco the food was fantastic. This place boasts 4 dining areas and one is under construction, the second is a pool bar, the 3rd is a Smokey ‘jazz’ bar - with no tables for dining and the last wasn’t even open. So I had to order room service which was pretty lousy - felt like cruise ship room service. I hate to be negative - I rarely leave negative reviews - but this place was super disappointing! P.S - get your own taxi. Their airport shuttle is way too expensive for such a short ride
The staff were awesome. They were friendly warm and helpful. It was the best customer service ever, place was clean and well maintained. Thank you Adam park stuff for the enjoyable experience.
This is a great location to use as your point of settling. from here you can access all the best of Marrakech
Clean
Clean
Center location.
Excellent reception staff, very helpful. prompt quick service. The quality of food is average could be improved!, very nice pool area
Food was amazing, staff was very professional. We love the swimming pool, the rooms (they offered us a suite while we booked a room). A hotel where I would stay again and again and again !
5* Hotel
The hotel is very clean and tidy and staff customer service is great. My kids absolutely loved the huge swimming pool. Very close to the Al-Mazar mall where you can find everything you need.
Adam hotel Marrakech
The front desk employees were very rude, I have asked for the manager, he didn’t even bother to come out, he didn’t show up until I started getting loud, he threatened me to call the police, what kind of a manager threatens his client to call the police, instead of deescalating the situation, he actually did the opposite. The police showed up and forced them to check us in, what ever you do, avoid this hotel, it doesn’t even deserve one star
Great hotel would definitely come back excellent spa
I will never stay in this property, stuff re so rude except the barman in the pool his name is Mohamed he was so nice , there was an incident that happened to me and made me very upset, I was at the pool and saw one of the waitresses was carrying nice plate of fruit for one of European guest that was sunbathing next to me , and I asked him to bring me one like it , he said it’s ok , than later he brought me very small one , and I asked him why he didn’t bring me one like the European guest next me , he said I’m sorry but those kind of fruit plates are only for special ppl, I got so upset and I asked for the manger. But the manager never came and the kitchen chef came instead , he was nice and he tried to calm me down and he offered me another plate like it for free . let me make the story short if you look like European you will get special treatment. But if you look like Moroccan or dark skin you will be discriminated and won’t feel welcomed,
The hotel didn’t have my reservation and made me wait for a long time and I had to pay again
Horrible staff. Extremely rude!! Breakfast was only bread. The heat did not work. We checked out a day early because of how rude the staff was!!!!!
An amazing welcome to Marrakech. All rooms have balconies out to a rose garden or the huge pool l. Staff are very polite and always have a smile. Exceptional service.
The second day, they don't pass to clean our room and they don't give us soap and towels... We see the cleaner and she tell us that she have to pass but she didn't...
I will not use this hotel again!
Not so good experience. I didn't feel welcomed as such, it was all about the money for the reception staff. No hot water kettle in the family rooms. You only get complimentary bottles of water x3 (50cl) when you arrive, you dont get a replacement, children were bored.
Good location and stay Clean and had a pleasant time.
They call it a 5 star, but it is definitely a 3.5 star. Rusted bath tubs, no curtain for showers, no coffee maker in the room. Poor amenities.
The hotel and it's grounds are in very good condition except for the showers that are not free flowing you are left standing in a pool of water. We had to change to a room with a shower in the bathtub. Also you would expect that such a hotel with have more English speaking staff it was a real struggle to be understood even with regards to basic things. But overall it was a nice stay
the food was good and the room was correct. in general, a nice hotel to stay during the summer.
Lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. Rooms are of good size and pool is excellent
Nice stay but breakfast was not all that, there needs to be more variety of hot meals. There was only few hot breakfast meal and the rest was just fruits, pastries and bread.
Good, clean, friendly
It was really nice the only thing I would change is the fact that they say you can't bring any food or drink in the hotel as there room service menu is very limited
Would check with them next time excellent service the stuff was great.
Great pool!
Loved this hotel. We have two children and they enjoyed the pool which included a DJ so it was nice and lively. Decor was nice. Room was clean. It was a comfortable stay.
The room had a brake down fridge with a bad smell in it, lights that did not work. This picture are of when the hotel was open back in whenever... not the Reality NOW!
The Breakfast was perfect and the staff was correct
Very clean the room was very comfortable and the swimming pool was very pleasant and the staff we’re super
Didn’t know I HAD!! To pay gratuities as soon as I arrived!! Would have been nice if the pool bar staff walked around and asked people if the liked a drink or snacks!!
The hotel is pleasant but the room need refurbishment. Good location, nearby mall but hiring a car is a must as taxis rip off the pocket of tourist.
Room outdated, ants in room Staff were friendly but on several occasions had to call to be given a menu at lunch.
Worst place i have stayed in morocco
First impressions look good the receptionist was nice but the other staff was not very nice at all and seem to have a attitude problem. The room we was given had ants crawling round on the floor and was not very clean. Was sitting in the pool area waiting for some service but nobody attended to us so i went upto the counter were i orderd a 2cups of coffee and the petson behind the counter said i get to you in a bit very harshly said it took about another 20 minutes before we got our coffee with the exception of the receptionist at the counter this was a bad deal and and i am not happy at all. I would like refund because this certainly was not worth the money we paid and i had better accommodation in 3star hotels in morocco and the attitude was certainly not what i expected from a 5star hotel
Nice Location and clean and tidy, very close to airport and shopping malls
Blind date.
It was fairly good choice but not as what I have thought of. For 5 star hotel an empty fridge, no mini bar and daily free water bottle just for the day we checked in. The was wowww factor at all.
Comfortable but away
My cousin and I enjoyed the comforts of a hotel in April 2019. Breakfast was good and generous. The pool is not heated and the weather was a little chili. The rooms are away from the main lobby So things are spread out and you run through the rain from one point to another. Our room was very big with a balcony on the second floor. The room is pretty clean, I don’t think that the sheets were changed every day. Nor were there plastic bag in the garbage bin. There May not be any laundry service since there were no laundry bags. Like all the hotels at lax hanging hooks. The service was very good but of course you need to tip everywhere you go like all over Morocco. What was surprising is that if you booked through Hotels.com they expected you to pay As you arrive and not as you leave. The catch is that you would like to use your leftover moroccan money to pay for the hotel when you leave not when you arrive. The hotel is far from the main attractions. We had to pay between 100 to 70 DR for local taxi.
Though the property was reasonable the service was terrible. They call the self 5 stars but refused to give us tea bags or milk sachets in the room . The reception and the house keeping kept ringing for long stretches of tine before being answered . Terrible service!
When we showed up at property to check-in there was not a room available and we were re-directed to another hotel in the area prompting us to walk with all our gear to another hotel at 9:30 in the evening to acquire a room for the night. We did not receive any notification from the hotel at any time regarding this situation therefore we’re not aware until our arrival.
big spacious room, nothing in room, no drinks or snacks, no kettle, room service took along time, had to ring more then once to receive room service
Was rated as 5 star, our experience was approx 4 star
Food poisoning both time brought food from hotel has you not allowed to bring outside food Bedding never was cleared my sister was clever to leave a mark b4 we left to go out on our return same mark left on bedding... Ordering food in hotel room service...wrong order x3 they dont understand my husband knew Arabic still wrong order... Spa women wax my face on our day of flying out i realise my upper lip and bottom part of lip was burnt couldnt complain as we was running late for our flights I would later pay for a 1 star hotel
Nice hotel staff lovely and very friendly and helpful
Over all good
The staff were all helpful and very pleasant Not all the falcilitys were available as it was January
Good italian restaurant
Good italian restaurant. I enjoyed three or four dinners where everytime the meals, pasta, tagines, meat are delicious. The breakfast can be average but it might be more than average if compared to other local hotels. My room is clean and there's no problem at stays.
The location and the space in the rooms is perfect. The service at breakfast time was very good too. The only thing that was unpleasant is the time I had to wait for to get an extra bed. I asked the reception to do it when I was going out but they didn't do and when I came back it took them half an hour to bring it.. that was very upsetting
The hotel was lovely. We were upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
Very friendly staff and they go the extra mile to help
Defently a not 5 star hotel but not bad for the money big rooms but breakfast os terrible
Nice , but must improve Equipment & Services
Quietness was good . Design and spaces all around , nice and pleasant We wanted a pool and it was wide so ost appreciated People are always nice but not always efficient What we less appreciated : Matress ( rating 2/5) too old for a 5***** hotel Room ( superior) was lacking a few equipment Too loud Music everywhere : at breakfast , at the pool, at the restaurant terrace at the same time as the pools music... Low music would give a better ambiance and bring a more relaxed mood.
Dreadful
The hotel building itself is fairly nice - the pool area is attractive, and while the rooms are a little tired, the beds are comfy and they are spacious. our room unfortunately looked out onto a covered courtyard. The balcony was overlooking the breakfast area, so not really a pleasant place to sit and have a drink in the evening. There was very little natural daylight at any time. Wifi very poor in the room. The food throughout the hotel was incredibly poor - breakfast was dreadful - cold sloppy eggs, over-baked bread and pastries - not to mention the flock of birds who spent every morning flying over the bakery table and picking away at the sugar on each table. Some of the tables covered in bird mess. Staff do nothing to clear it up. The staff in general were unhelpful and unfriendly. There was no room service menu in our room. I requested one 4 times before it was brought up - then I wish I hadn't bothered, the food was so bad. We booked a tour via the hotel reception - it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Our guide barely spoke English and did not explain anything about the sights we visited. The tour culminated in a visit to the 'desert' (read: wasteland between hotels) to have a photo of a camel. We somehow, against our wishes, ended up riding these camels for an hour and then forced to pay 500d at the end! Complained to the guide, and the hotel - they did nothing about it. Not a great impression of Marrakech unfortunately. Avoid Adam Park if you can!
Everything was perfect except room service. Same breakfast everyday.
Unpleasant stay.
It was unpleasant stay. Luck of customer service experience. No greeting when eye contact. Room was not made until I complained to the front desk. Baby crib was not delivered when requested. Both canapy were not made for my kids until I complained next day. The only good things are breakfast and the pool and pool animation.
Great staff!
Crowded at times with lots of noisy kids Good buffet
Really liked hotel & was not too sure what to expect from some very nagtive reviews. Definately 4, rather than 5 star but superb value for money & would happily stay again. Pool was glorious & really enjoyed their spa. Highly recommend a Hamman followed by massage
Great stay and caring staff
I enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is large and the food is really good. This hotel may not offer the high level of luxury you would expect (e.g. no bathrobes or spa menu in room; slightly noisy air conditioning) but the staff really try to make your staff as perfect as possible. I traveled by myself and they straight away offered to organise airport transfer for me. I was also offered to keep the room longer until I had to leave for the airport. I would definitely stay again.
Disappointing
I did not enjoy the hotels service at all. I would have to call reception or room service a couple times before anything got delivered to me. The service was slow and disappointing. Definitely not up to standard of a 5* hotel.
No
Not 5 star
I stayed hear with my wife for 4 nights, I was arriving early and emailed the hotel to see if they could accommodate an early check in this was completely disregarded. Most certainly not a 5 star establishment, more like a high 3 Staff very unfriendly, basic amenities you would expect in a 5 star establishment clearly lacking e.g. no iron/tea coffee maker etc. The room service menu looked awful on a piece of coloured cardboard that looked very cheap. The rooms however were nice and spacious although the air con had a mind of its own and the TV satellite was very poor with flickering images. Had to wait 20 mins for an ice bucket! Very disappointing as I had heard good things about this place.
All was good from check in till checkout , breakfast was the same everyday but overall it was a good place
Awesome hotel General manager but horrible staff
I had a bad experience at this hotel, there zid no toiles in the room when I checked-In, the front desk didn’t respond right away !! The first night was horrible for us , Someone had an intensive argue and fight at 5 am. But, Mr, Wissal whose the hotel GM is Awesome , he explained the situation and tried his best to make us happy , this gentlemen is great !! Very professional and honest , he deserves a BETTER place ...he personally called us and’ make sure everything is going well, Thank you Wissal.
Amazing
Staff are so kind, Room was lovely, and perfect breakfast! Would highly recommend Adam Park to my friends and family and I will most definitely be returning. Staff really made the stay smooth for us, recommended activities and even booked them for us! Better than any other hotel I’ve been too.
Comfortable room THATS IT!
Hotel was clean, rooms were clean and comfortable bed and that’s It. Same breakfast everyday, room service was poor took 45 min to deliver 2 cups of tea. Definitely not a 5 star service. Reception staff never gave details about free shuttle service to the town Center or any information about kids play Center / zone . Very poor service terms of giving information from the reception staff.
Amazing hotel
Great staff service. Breakfast was really nice- the pool was great!!! Bed was so comfy. I got a big double room witch was a bonus when I only paid for a single room!! I would defetly recommend this hotel!!!
same breakfast all 7 days
Poor quality breakfast not good at all And staff are friendly also can’t give for four stars
Don’t think about it
I don’t know how they give them a five stars hotel I think This one it should be 3 star
No customer care
You will get a hard time getting your service There is a problem with the bathroom many things need to be fixed for the breakfast you have to walk through the rain or running to get it and also is faraway from the lobby my suite is not too quite
Hotel review - one week
There were no tea/ coffee facilities in the room. When ordered no milk was provided. ( had to order separately) Water was not provided and you had to buy water which was overpriced. Water leaked into our room from shower (maybe just our room). Pool was good but was cold. Spa was overpriced. Staff overall very nice. Only one of three restaurants was open. Others remained closed. Still a good hotel to stay as it is local to the square. Free shuttle is available.
The hotel very close to chopping and station
From my experience the hotel is very good to stay on but it is 4 stars staff very nice and helpful location not too bad , I will visit again
Decent location but have had better service at 4*
- never got bathrobes, bath towels and slippers for first 2 days even with lots of phone calls and visits to reception. These got taken again several times in room service and not replaced. - room service often left cups and glasses unwashed and never topped up coffee sachets. - headphones got stolen from room. - the suite we booked got switched for another one without a bath tub which we specifically requested. - baby high chair was denied at pool side bar. The girl with the braces that sits behind the bar found it funny when we told them we couldn’t feed our baby without a high chair and found it funny when our baby was hungry. She would keep calling the other staff from behind the screen to make jokes about us. Unbelievably rude and immature. - hotel staff would team up with taxi drivers to try and overcharge us taxi prices. - phone calls and visits to reception with standard requests were ignored. - spa spent much less time on treatments then they wrote in the spa brochure. - we complained about our experience to the deputy manager who said he would speak to the manager about doing something for us but nothing was ever done. - whenever we asked for the manager he was never available. No wonder the hotel is so under-managed. There is no sign of a manager.
Great experience
Very good hotel, very good time, very good experience, very good staff, very respectful
Very nice room!
good vakue for for the money
This hotel is definitely not a 5 star as advertised! but overall a nice hotel .The pool was so nice after a hot day in the city; very refreshing and relaxing. good size room . overall cant beat the price..
Bad
Staff is very rude only man allow to work at the front desk
Relaxing Hotel
Very Nice hotel, comfortable, clean and relxing. Breakfast included was fine staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed here for three nights in October and wanted to go somewhere to relax and the hotel did not dissapoint. Will stay again
Very welcome reception staff, great breakfast. Only really let down by a hopeless waiter by the pool who told me that food could only be served on the terrace and not by the pool and then proceeded to see food taken to someone on a sun lounger. He also didn’t seem to understand asking for a purely tomato salad, despite asking politely in French and then in Arabic... just general incompetence.
nice hotel close to the airport
Great stay for two weeks, they offer regularly scheduled daily shuttle service for downtown medina. Great pool area and service staff
Perfect Hotel!!
Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!! Some of the reviews don't do this place justice, we had no issues whatsoever. All of the staff were excellent especially Abdullah at the front desk and Rashid at the front door , they were very accommodating and very friendly. The facilities at his hotel were excellent and the location was very convenient as it wasn't too far from the main market and also the airport. Would highly recommend and would definitely return to this hotel. 5/5 stars.
Lovley hotel and staff
Was a lovley experience and I qpuks recommend this hotel to everyone.
Fantastic hotel
Amazing hotel. We have stayed here many times before. Free shuttle bus to the square and back. Almazar- Local supermarket and food hall about 5 mins walk away. Only downside is that you have to be by the poolside very early -about 8am- to get your towels to 'reserve' your sun lounger ( even though there is a clear sign saying you can't reserve loungers)!
Good hotel for quick stay
We were there for one night. We have two children and the thing that was annoying was the music playing all day long by the pool. It is nice to have some peace too. The room was spacious and we were away from the pool so the music and bar at night was not an issue. Would not stay more than a few nights. Breakfast was simple but decent. Remember that you can't bring food in but we had some snacks and no one said anything.
nice hotel near the airport
Had great facilities such as the pool which was free, the rooms were nice, spacious and clean however some of the staff were unhelpful and quite rude but not all of them, some were very friendly.
We enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay the hotel facilities and the staff were great, the room is clean and very specious, I highly recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel and good service
The service of the hotel was excellent. When we needed some items for our room, they were brought up in minutes. The staff was very helpful and assisted us when we wanted information on things to do in Marrakesh.
Long from 5 stars
Far from 5 stars it starts with one with an unnecessary receptionist, no information provided us. The room was not clean - live animals. Hotels are very dead and very worn out. We had to borrow towels they were both full of stains worn and broken. The other staff tries to be friendly they go all the time and say smile and they do not smile themselves. They know nothing in English, no European guests. The breakfast was awful birds flying inside the restaurant and making garlic on plates and eating of the food. We choose to check out after 1 night we should have been there for 7 nights. When we checked out the receptionist did not even look at us just looking down on his computer and saying "payment card" we will never be here again it was awful and can not recommend it to others
marakesh oasis
amazing service.best spa experience
Adam Park Hotel & Spa Marrakech | Hotel in Marrakech | Travala.com
A room fit for a prison.
Room was looking onto a closed-roofed square surrounded by other rooms. With the covered square you don’t see any hint of sun or sky. At night, the square is used by the restuarant. Very noisy and bright lights all night. Difficult to sleep especially with a generator next to the room. Over-priced for what you get. Definitely wont be staying there again.
