Very professional and a great experience

We had a great stay. We needed a room without feather pillows and they immediately sent someone up to take care of that. They also provided fresh lavender satchels at bedtime! We loved that!

I stayed for one night, i would stay again. I always do a clean of any place i stay but no major concerns with cleanliness. Nice gym, no smell in the rooms. Clean sheets

Very clean and updated. Only issues was fan in room somewhat loud and kept turning on throughout night. . Otherwise highly recommend.

The hotel was only 2 blocks from the arena we attended. The hotel staff was good and helpful. Very pretty hotel. Just wish you had tubs, would of loved a good soak. We will be back.

Everyone has been really nice and honest. I appreciate everyone whom i have had contact with. I can honestly say there has not been 1 negative experience here in any way. Pleasure to stay here!

20 hours in Worcester

Our visit - albeit brief, staying less than 24 hours - was seamless thanks to AC Hotel by Marriott. Everything was within walking distance, check in and check out were easy and quick, the room was ample, clean and comfy and the bar was lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This property is very pretty but had some deficiency. During the night, some large mechanical device kept kicking on and off. It was so loud it jarred our whole family awake every time. I spoke to other guests who had the same experience. Additionally, our coffee supplies had trash mixed in with them and our lotions in the bathroom were half empty and obviously used.

Great location for our needs

Not accommodating!

Booked for a cheer comp. Day 2 was cancelled, however, they refused to honor the cancellation. I didn’t even want the price I paid back. I just didn’t want to be charged a one night fee for something I can’t control. They are not accommodating.

Property was very nice and clean. Staff was hospitable.

This is a prime location for my business trip. I loved having a separate living room! Having a large TV in both the bedroom and living room was a nice surprise. The mini refrigerator was a nice touch as well. Everything looked super new including the lobby. If I had more time, I would have loved to sit by the fireplace with a cocktail! I will highly recommend this hotel to my work colleagues. The only thing I think could change is the minimal lighting in the living room I had. There was a floor lamp but overhead lighting would have been nice. I look forward to my next visit!

Fireplace in Lobby was on 24/7 which was so nice to sit by given that my entire stay is was only in the teens. Front desk staff was so helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great view of the city if you can get a room with a city view.

Great location, we stayed here for a cirque show. The hotel bar tender was amazing. Breakfast was great. I would recommend this location if you have an event at the DCU center

it is a beautiful property. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned. Is there a hotel rule to not clean the room if the stay is only two nights? We were running out of toliet paper and on Saturday I requested the toliet paper to be sent up and the representative indicated that the room would be cleaned and toliet paper restored. It wasn't. But we enjoyed the amenities and The Grill restaurant and the breakfasts. It is a wonderful hotel and we will stay there again.

Great stop along the way….

This was a stopover on the way home. The hotel was very clean and modern. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast offered a variety of choices. Bar was nice to grab a cocktail and the restaurant, not a part of the hotel but housed in the hotel offered an array of items and drinks. Our waitstaff was polite and efficient. Parking was underground and just a shirt elevator ride to the lobby. Great location. Much to choose from.

Close to the DCU -- walking distance

If you want a nice view, stay away from an inner room on the floor above the lobby. The window looked at the AC or some type of large grey (in color) structures. It was the view of the top of part of the hotel (or 110 grill). It was scary to think that someone could be on the roof and look right into my room. Other than that, I enjoy staying at this AC Hotel by Marriott Worcester. I've stayed here in the past while attending a show at the DCU.

My hotel room blanket had a blood stain before I got there everything besides that was good but very unsanitary

Friendly staff & Great location.

The staff was super friendly. Zach checked us in not sure of very friendly person who checked us out. Location great. Experienced a problem with the toilet which even after asking to fix they didn’t. No soap in shower dispenser. Room was defiantly not cleaned well.

3rd time staying here. Always impressed. Walking distance to the DCU center

Breakfast could be better

When I requested a late checkout they asked if I was a Marriott member. When they realized I was, they should have added my stay to my rewards as well As looked at what I was entitled to such as free nights or upgrades. It was fine but I didn’t realize it was a Marriott. The hotel was very nice though.

Our room had very little body wash left in shower. First room they gave us was occupied but our key worked in the room? Television in the room was great although it lacked some very popular stations. Property was lovely but kinks need to be worked out. I grew up in Worcester and come home often to visit extended family. Wish experience was better.

Everything in the place is absolutely beautiful! Probably the nicest I've ever stayed in. The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous, however i wasn't crazy about the square toilet. I was, however, very disappointed that we had to pay extra for breakfast and parking.

One of my fave places to stay in downtown Worcester. Walking distance to DCU Center/ palladium. Love the Fuel America coffee shop across the street. Always a great experience when I stay here.

Room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, bed was great to sleep on and the only negative i can see was that there was no do not disturb sign for the cleaning lady to stop knocking at 8am for cleaning.

The staff is very friendly, check in/check out went smoothly, the rooms were clean, the restaurant reasonable, and the bartender attentive.

Even though I'm in Marriott Bonvoy member they charge for parking

Consistently no body wash….

Why hasn’t Marriott figured out the body wash? They either need a new vendor who provides a clear container so the housekeepers know when it’s empty or to devise a checklist that they refill them as a matter of fact. When I know I’m staying at a Marriott, I bring my own body wash. It’s become a joke in my company and among my family. Embarrassing for Marriott. And such an easy fix. This is like my 10th time calling this out and nothing is done. Classic Marriott.

This hotel was awesome, it was so relaxing and the bed was amazing. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel does say they have parking included but it is $18 for a night so maybe they should change that on their website. But overall great experience, you could basically walk everywhere .

Very comfortable and clean in perfectly central location in Worcester. Fitness Center is modern and fully equipped and breakfast was excellent.

All around great experience. Have booked here multiple times and always top notch.

It's all in the details

I could not find the privacy sign so I did not put it on our door. While we were gone, the cleaning crew came in. We had a 2 night stay and I was somewhat bothered by the service provided. Also, the hotel is so close to Union station, why don't they have schedules or more information on the services in the area? Otherwise, very nice comfortable hotel.

This was a nice Hotel. The staff were wonderful. It took a long time for our reservation to come in from Expedia. Other than that it was good.

Best hotel so far

When I got there to check in, the man at the front desk was very nice. Checking in was easy and he made sure that me and my boyfriend were okay. He also told us if we needed anything. Security guy was very nice as well.

I’m close proximity to a multitude of restaurants. The property was clean and the staff was friendly.

This is an amazing hotel! Would stay here again for sure! Rooms are beautiful, and super clean! Nice beautiful bathroom, with awesome shower! Beds are super comfy! Beautiful view of the city, especially at night! The building is really nice and beautiful! Very nicely decorated! Nice size TV in room with HBO, Showtime, TMC, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video! The staff at the front desk are very nice, and very polite! Affordable prices too! I highly recommend this hotel!
