Dog friendly. Great breakfast and really nice staff. Lovely view over the river.

Not what I expected, I had to park down the street as the onsite car park was full ended u paying £10 for overnight parking. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and check in took about half an hour. Room was very basic for they money

Lovely hotel right next to the River Ness

It was excellent

Room was great, staff was friendly, and hotel was clean. On-site restaurant was fantastic. Area around the hotel not the greatest but not much can be done about that.

The room was ok. There was no hot water for a shower on our second morning. The tv screen kept freezing so didn’t work properly. Great location.

The lighting in the room was not adequate. The bedside lights did not provide enough light for reading and the 1 floor lamp was dim. On a positive note, the food in the dining room was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely weekend stay

Lovely new, modern hotel. Large reception and bar area. Room was comfortable and immaculate. Lovely breakfast, greeted by Ishmael an absolute gent. Will return.

Very stylish and modern hotel

This hotel is fantastic and amazing value. Sitting on the river, in the heart of Inverness, the AC offers very stylish lobby, bar and dining areas, clean, modern and beautifully designed bedrooms and a great breakfast! We will definitely stay again next time we are Inverness. As soon as you walk in you realise you have entered somewhere pretty special without it costing a fortune. All the staff were lovely and helpful too. Highly recommended

Good hotel for work trip

First impression lovely hotel. Room a good size. Difficult to manage room temperature and pillows too big for me. Restaurant food for dinner was ok, however I was not offered the bar menu which I was not aware of until someone else was served a burger which is what I had been hoping for. Breakfast was very good.

I had to make a trip to Inverness for a family funeral. I had never been there before so it was a comfort to find a clean, comfortable hotel with helpful staff. And I did like the haggis at breakfast!

Nothing special

all staff i came across during my stay were great. Friendly and helpful at all times. Hotel rooms are excellent.

The property is nice, rooms are nice, and the position is great. But... In our room the shower was only good for private parts, not for the rest of the body. A little table where one would want to do something was so wobbly that it was less than useless. And the fridge worked as an oven - not as a fridge. OK, sh... happens. But, having asked staff twice (we stayed for three nights) to attend to these problems, and not having absolutely anybody attending to the problems is just unacceptable. In other hotels they at least say 'sorry'. Here that was not on the agenda. The serice is just terrible,

Working in Inverness

Very nice modern room. Heating didn’t work or was switched off was set at a temperature but went colder if you tried to turn it up. I went to the desk to ask about it as there is no instruction in room there was no info card or anything in room on anything Desk said they would send someone to check but never did in my 4 days tv limited channels with half not working. No info in room on bar or dining in restaurant. The main reason I booked was parking next to job I was doing but very limited parking I couldn’t get in first night and had to find alternative place to park

Stayed 3 nights. A quiet location located down the street from the busy downtown. Nice size room looking out over the river Ness. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend this hotel

Very convenient place to to stay. Only downside was the parking, but it wasn't a major issue

The buffet breakfast is great, and there is lots of room. The family room we stayed in had two separate rooms and a great view of the water and even the suspension bridge. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that it had no interior staircases--only fire exits, which I presume end up in a flowerbed or something. With only two elevators, once or twice it was crowded, and since the hotel has only 5 floors some usable stairs would be very nice. (Great staff as well.)

This is a new property in a not so nice area. I was easy walking at night. Also biggest issue was the internet service which was slow and unsecured. Even on vacation, you have to do occasional banking transactions which we won’t do on an unsecured network. The hotel is modern, clean and beds are comfortable. We had a great room with a view of the River Ness.

Nice property with comfortable beds. It is a nice bar with helpful and polite staff—It is a great location in easy walking distance to attractions, bars, and restaurants.

The hotel was fine, and we would probably stay again at the same price point, but there are a few things to note: 1. The breakfast is an absurd £16 (£18 if you don't prepay!). For context, we got dinner and a pint at a local place in Inverness for that same amount. Unfortunately, they don't have a simple option for £8-10 (or included in a reasonable nightly rate like every other place we stayed during the week), so we went off-property to find something reasonable. 2. The bathroom (at least in our room) was designed in such a way that it was impossible to use the bathroom in the middle of the night without the bathroom light reflecting off the poorly placed wall mirror onto the bed, potentially waking up your partner. We were forced to use our cell phone lights. 3. Our TV was on the fritz, which we believe was from a bad connection going into the TV. We reported it to the front desk at checkout. 4. The room doors are HEAVY and are difficult to push open, even for 2 grown adult males. I don't know how elderly people easily go in and out, especially during an emergency.

We were issued a disabled room which was not requested. No instructions how to operate the various room facilities.

International travel with a group of (8). We enjoyed our stay and left quite pleased with our accommodation selection in Inverness.

New hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was a good size with all the amenities. Room has ports to charge your phone and other electronics so didn't need a converter. We had a riverside view - which was gorgeous! Easily walkable to center of town for shopping and plenty of dinning options around town to choose from. Staff was friendy and helpful and it was a good value.

Fix the Elevators

FIX THE ELEVATORS!! The staff was friendly, the bar and restaurant was very nice. Paul the bartender was Excellent!!! We had to ask to have our room cleaned. We had to pull hard on the door to make sure it locked. Not a bad hotel, but not great.

Nice place for a night

Very modern hotel, good sized rooms, excellent shower, but quite dark, needed a centre light in the evening. Breakfast good but not great, no kippers or porridge in a Highland Hotel!

Good location with nearby attractions

Great location within a short walking distance of the high street. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Near attractions such as Culloden Battlefield (highly recommend) and Clara Cairns. Fun town with some good pubs - suggest MacGregor’s.

The only saving grace about the property is the staff who could not have been more helpful or kind. Otherwise, terrible.

We were impressed by the staff here. They were unfailingly helpful and cheerful despite lots of guests and only one working elevator. The hotel is new and comfortable with a very convenient location.

Ceilings too low for tall people. (Bumped head twice) No water provided besides tap water.

Only one tiny lift was working for the entire hotel. I had to wait for 6 elevators going back and forth during my checkout. I only got out because I opted to go up and not wait for it to come back down as it always came down full. Also, the Chomecast in the room was not working (I work in IT, so I know when something is broken).

The one elevator was not working at checkin. Both elevators were not working during the stay. They should refund all customers who have mobility issues.

I stayed overnight on the way to the highlands. The hotel is conveniently located and the hotel and room were both very smart and felt new and fresh.

Most attendants at reception were delightful except for the one that checked us in. The elevator in the building didn't operate properly. One of the guest room doors was difficult to close. Good breakfast and most property staff were eager to assist. Overall, a good stay. Recommend Encore restaurant as nearby dining option.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was walkable to many restaurants. The parking was a little bit tricky but we managed it. We would stay again at this hotel when we’re back in Inverness.

The staff at the Marriott was so friendly and welcoming, everyone we encountered. Nice hotel, however our room had an odd dormer type slant to one side of the room so you needed to be careful to not hit your head. Room was clean and bathroom nice. Bed was comfortable and bedding nice. Nice breakfast each morning with many options for all tastes. We ate dinner at their dining room one night and enjoyed our meal and great service.

This hotel is modern and efficiently run, with easy access to downtown Inverness and easy parking on site. Breakfast was great as well, and the staff was friendly and professional. Great stay!

Lovely modern place in a pretty old city. Bar open 24hrs! Was comfortable and decently appointed for the price. Great location next to the river and an easy walk to the main strip. Food was good in the restaurant, especially breakfast!
