Wonderful two story apartment with beautiful views of Vienna/Votivkirsche! Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

This property is beautiful, it looks exactly as it appears on pictures. They quickly answer all our questions. The only thing I could recommend is adding a pan in the kitchen.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area

This was an excellent apartment. Easy check in. The apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything you could need. Very airy and full of light. The location near the Votive Church is a beautiful and safe area with an easy 25 minute walk into the city centre. A “hop oh hop off on” tour bus stop is 5 minutes walk away in front of the Votive Church. There are plenty of eating options within a few minutes walk including a number of kebab shops and Chinese take aways. There is a reasonably sized Billa supermarket a few minutes walk away. We’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property!

Cannot recommend enough. Check in/ out was a breeze and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is perfect to walk anywhere in the city and near public transport. I would book this apartment for a week just to stay inside it all week, it is that good!!! Great place for a group of people.

Awesome Vienna Stay

The location was amazing being so close to the Votic Church as well as Inner City. Loved the top floor views and space we had.

The aprtment was very nice and very clean. Altough we never met the owner they always respond to our quuries promptly. Will definitely recomend these apartments. Location was also very nice.

The property offered a lot of space, which was nice, but only had one toilet for 6 people. The shower in the master also had no door and the water went all over the floor - so unusable completely. it was also showing heavy wear and tear inside - back door (huge. tall glass door) came off hinge completely while there and almost fell on my 9-year-old. The air conditioners also didn't work until the last night of our stay when someone came into replace a part. Definitely needs some updating and Maintenace done to the apartment to make it fully functional as a rental.

No wifi/cable, no view (not as in photos).

This was such a disappointing stay. Travelling with two teens, having Wifi and the TV working is essential. Neither worked. The remote control was also either not working (in one room) and missing entirely in the other. We arrived Thursday and left Sunday. During that period I must have sent 10 emails and wasted half of Friday waiting for a technician to attend at the unit (as their office is not near the actual building). When the technician came they confirmed what we already knew, and couldn’t find an appropriate remote control for the TV in our room. They said they’d return with the correct one, they didn’t. They said they’d contact the internet carrier, but said nothing would happen until Monday due to the holiday. This is nonsense as Austria is a very sophisticated country and each cable and internet company has tech support 24/7. Beyond the TV and wifi, we didn’t get the unit we thought we were getting - it wasn’t the same 3 bedroom as in the photos. It had NO VIEW at all from any of the windows. We were told that we didn’t ask for a view! There was loud construction noise, be careful. Also, a door was broken (not major but make sure you check the whole unit upfront so they don’t accuse you of brewing anything as it’s a hefty deposit). There’s no left luggage. Check out is 11 (they knocked at 10:45) and our flight was at 5pm. With all the issues, they didn’t even offer a discount on total stay as we certainly did not get what we paid for. I wish we stayed elsewhere.

Definitely recommend this place!

We felt so at home in this apartment! Clear check in instructions, very comfortable beds, working washing machine, amazing view. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Great apartment but poor maintenance

Great apartments and good location, but maintenance issues kind of ruined the experience - severe drainage problems in both showers and also 2 occasions of misfunctioned elevator while we were traveling with 2 infants and 2 strollers and the apartment was on the 6th floor...

Decidedly mediocre. Booked with Orbitz. Upon arrival told me they do not accept AMEX. Booked with AMEX. Offered the option of e-mailing my credit card info to an unknown account or traveling downtown to their office. Tried to call the office. No answer. Needed to get an Austrian attorney friend to deal with the issue. POOR COMMUNICATION The apartment is old, worn, poorly maintained, and not very clean. AC units leaked showers flooded. WHY? Drains full of hair. Not worth the hassle or worth the money. Not recommended.

Very spacious apartment within walking distance of the major sites (except the palaces). Abieshomes did a very nice job.

Very comfortable apartment with an outstanding view, quite neighborhood, lots of nearby restaurants and grocery stores...and not a bad walk to the major sites "downtown". We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would love to return!

Our favorite place to stay in Vienna!

This is our third or fourth time staying at this Abieshome location. We really love staying here when we’re in Vienna— the location is perfect, very close to the center but outside of the most touristy area. It’s also next to the beautiful Votivkirche and its adjacent park. The apartments are huge by Vienna standards, very clean, and well appointed. The kitchen has pans, dishes, and a dishwasher, and there’s a grocery store very close by, plus lots of restaurants.I highly recommend staying here! Also, your entire stay is contactless.

The place is amazing, very clean and neat. It’s big, there are 3 rooms each has a double bed. Beds are very comfortable. There’s even an outdoor terrace for you to enjoy the sun. Central and very accessible! Highly recommended

Prior to our arrival, we contacted the management a few times to arrange some details such as a late arrival (you must do this if you arrive after 10 pm) and round-trip transportation to/from the airport, which I recommend. Our emails were returned promptly and all of our questions were answered with courtesy. Sarah even helped arrange airport transfers for us. The apartment was clean and well-appointed. There was a washing machine in our apartment, however there was no dryer. I suggest the management considers installing a dryer. The water quality in Vienna is superior and we were able to drink directly from the tap (no bad smell or taste). The complimentary tea was greatly appreciated. I really loved the heated floor in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was good for using Facebook. The bed was comfortable. It is located in a quiet area near Votivkirche. We felt safe and comfortable. After we checked out, management allowed us to leave our luggage while we waited on our transportation back to the airport. I would highly recommend Abieshomes Serviced Apartments Votivpark to couples or a small family. The only real negative was this room did not have a good view of anything. The windows faced into other buildings. I don't know if a room with a better view is available, but I would suggest you inquire about this if it is important to you.

Nice space for family. Kitchen contains good supplies for cooking. Excellent location outside inner Stadt.

The property had a really contemporary look in its decor. It was immaculately clean and extremely spacious - more than enough room for the 2 of us.

Gorgeous apartment with everything you need. Close to billa for groceries and walking distance from most of the major attractions.

Just lovely extremely spacious duplex apartment perfect for families and a lot more practical and comfortable than a hotel room. It is a little further out from the centre but only a 10-15 minute walk. It is in a residential area so you really get the feel of local life. One street away from a Spar like supermarket. Please note most shops are completely shut on sundays. We got the hop on hop off bus and this gave us access to Prater which is great fun with extreme rides. It is too far to walk. Near the university but night life was subdued so we stayed in and on the fabulous balcony. We did go to the restaurant directly underneath the apartment I think it was called Diane and it was good. Vienna has very much a street cafe vibe and all the top shops like Gucci and Chanel. Was a really lovely mini break.

Convenient location, near the university, walking distance to old town areas. Grocery store around the corner. Check in went smoothly. Appreciated the emailed instructions. A pleasant alternative to staying in a hotel.

This is by far one of the best apartment I've ever stayed in. This can be compared to 5-star hotel quality and service. Highly recommended to anyone traveling to Vienna that need many bedrooms and space.

There were no recycling containers but that is such a minor thing. This place was perfect.

Great location, central to Vienna. The apartment was well decorated, super clean, quiet and a very comfortable rental. The check-in process was professional and service attentive.

Flight was cancelled. We got in touch in advance but they would not budge on any concession so charged 600 for 2 days. I guess they didnt want a customer for life but my money. Off my list!

The apartment was beautiful, clean and contained full kitchen, nespresso coffee, air conditioning, 2 outdoor decks with nice view of votivkirche spires. Beds were very comfortable. Bedroom size was small but functional; limited closet space; automated shades and cooling for comfort. Location was ok—walkable to downtown and transit, but very quiet neighborhood with limited grocery options. Could be difficult to get a cab.

Weeklong Stay

Spacious, modern, and comfortable. Bathroom is very large by Viennese standards. WC is separate from bath and automatic fan is quite noisy. Convenient to University of Vienna and BOKU, easy walk to city center, easy access to subway, trams and buses. Clothes washer is helpful for long stay. The drying rack is sufficient if you wash laundry in advance and your clothes are synthetics, not cotton. Kitchenette has limited equipment. Don’t expect to be able to do any serious meal prep, but it’s perfectly acceptable for breakfast. A grocery store (Billa) is around the block with a surprisingly varied selection given its small size.

I rented two of theses apartments for my family of 11. They were very spacious, which was so nice for the family to gather. The beds were all king size and very comfortable. The location was terrific! We especially loved having a a grocery store just a couple blocks down the road. They also gave us a free cleaning, along with change of sheets and towels since we were there for almost 2 weeks. The only small problem we had was with the shower heads.

Perfect for families. Very clean, close proximity to the inner city. Amount of room in the apartment is plentiful.

We had an excellent week in Vienna. The apartment was very comfortable and in an excellent location for enjoying the best features of central Vienna. The staff are exceptionally efficient and welcoming and were very responsive to our E mail requests. Thank you Sarah, Sandra and Malik.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Located within walking distance to many important and interesting sites. Overall, best apartment so far in our trip.

Liked everything except that one of the bathrooms had non working water outlet so whole apartment got wet when using it. Also there was no change of towels for period of stay and when requested for one were charged 39 euro cleaning fee.... very good apartment nice location

This property is unbelievable. I always stay at 5 star hotels, and will continue to do so except when I am in Vienna. Location was perfect, about 3 blocks from the UBahn Schottentor with easy access to every where in Vienna. The UBahn station has a variety of amenities available including a great coffee shop and a small market. The apartment is located close to a supermarket ( Billa ) It was great having a kitchen and also a washer. The apartment is updated, clean and very comfortable. The staff were awesome, available as needed and arranged for my transportation to the airport, which was on time ( actually early ) and relatively inexpensive. Professional and efficient...I was blown away by this as an option for short term stay....I will return

I liked everything apart from the check out time.... it’s 11am and for people with children it’s quite difficult to get them ready and pack up.... otherwise we really really loved the apartment, very polite and professional staff. We felt like home 😊 Definitely booking again when in Wien.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They help our luggage and gave us keys in advance (while the room was being cleaned, NOT occupied) so we didn't have to come back at a later time to check-in again.

A stunning apartment with magnificent rooftop views over the city. Really central so easy to get around. Beds were so comfy and the living space was luxurious - even a n’espresso machine. In addition to the rooftop balcony was an additional sitting out space - perfect for an evening G and T.

It was extremly spacious, nicely decorated and close to city center. It was very quiet as well with two rooftop terraces with amazing views. We had a great stay here!

We arrived to Vienna early morning. We had inquired if we could check in early and Tina did everything in her power to make this happen. We were able to store our luggage and check in approx. 2 hours early. The apartment is lovely!!! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Netflix is huge plus for late night viewing!!! The apartment location is perfect. We walked this entire lovely city.

So comfortable and surprise views!

I can't say enough about this apartment. It was absolutely beautiful, and we had a surprise view! The beds were so comfortable, the washer was so convenient (no dryer, but a great drying rack), and the layout of bathrooms worked great for us (one with a toilet/sink, the other with a bath/shower combo and sink). The kitchen was so nice, with a sitting area upstairs as well. Wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the two patios. We wished we had stayed another night!

Very nice apartment in a good location of Vienna. Ideal for a longer stay. Spacious living area, good sized bedroom, fantastic bathroom and the rooftop terrace is a special treat. Communication with the responsible team for check-in, special requests etc is very easy with swift responses. The cleaning service is excellent.

The flat is very nice and very comfortable. The only thing is having 3 beds to accommodate that many people but only one toilet and no hand soap in there! Other then that it’s great every thing else! Oh Sorry forgot one huge downfall for ME! Which they do NOT have the option for the Ethernet outlet so I end it up not able to get my work done! That’s probably more important then the additional toilets for ME!

The property was just beautiful and perfect for what we needed it was very clean and comfortable and the facilities were excellent allowing us our own space. It was also a brilliant location to get to all the sites in Vienna and the City Centre. Also very close to the underground station. Definitely would recommend

NYE stay

We stayed in this apartment Dec 30 - Jan 1. The location was very convenient as it is very central and close to cityhall where the fireworks and New Year’s Eve celebration is. The apartment is very clean, modern, and with elegant interior. Staff is very friendly and responsive to requests.

The apartment was great!!!! Centrally located with an easy walk to the city center and there was public transit access. The appt. was beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed. Although the kitchen had everything one needed to make any meal, the counter space was limited and the cupboards were really high. A few more cups and other dishes would be helpful as would mixing bowls. The shower had lots of water pressure but was set up so it showered in an odd way. Even with those issues I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

This property was stunning - elegantly designed with a modern touch, beautifully appointed, completely with every amenity you would need for a visit of a few days to week. And the location was excellent. We loved it!

It would have been helpful to be informed that there was no cleaning service throughout our stay . The mattresses were very uncomfortable. Also a map of the local area and/or transit system in the apartment also would have been great. Otherwise , the staff was excellent and prompt at responding to requests. The apartment was very nicely decorated. Great value for the price.

nice big apartment

It's an apartment like setting with big living room, big bedroom and big bathroom with a kitchenette. We didn't cook. Convenient location as well. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Bad side - water pressure/hot water can use improvements. There is practically no service - no front desk, no daily cleaning services - you can probably request but it was okay for us.

Wonderful spot!

My husband and I used Vienna as a base for traveling, and ended up staying in 3 different apartments with Abieshomes Votivpark. Each was newly renovated, spacious, and beautiful. We loved the neighborhood— it is around a block from the gothic style Votivkirche, with restaurants and a large supermarket very close. Our first apartment was on the top floor with a wonderful rooftop terrace, which was a perfect place to hang out with a glass of wine or have dinner. Our second had 2 bedrooms, and our third was a large one bedroom. All had kitchens that were both sleek and functional. Having stayed previously at hotels on the Graben and Kartnerstrasse, I really appreciated being out of the ultra-tourist area. All apartments were very quiet, with many extra features such as terry robes and heated bathroom floors. The cons: check in can be a little tricky—my key stuck in the lockbox the first time—but as others have said, Sarah was instantly there to help. All in all, a truly wonderful place in a wonderful city! I hope they’re not all booked up next time I come to Vienna—I will definitely be staying there again!!

Great location

Great location-walking distance to museum quarter, train line, Stephenplatz, with grocery store around the corner. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Service was excellent, making our stay in Vienna memorable.

Overall, excellent. Communication was prompt and they were most helpful when we had an issue with one of the shower's not draining properly. Beautiful property that is comfortable and great views of the city. Definitely will be back!

Blew my mind

I’d seldom stay in a Vienna hotel again after staying here. What an experience! So much space, rooms, all anemeties, so much smart technology in the unit. I still can’t get over how awesome this place was. Can’t wait to come back and stay here.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment, view, and location were all amazing!! Kitchen was fabulous and the oven worked fantastic to bake bread and roast vegetables! I am Celiac, so we got the apartment for the purpose of being able to cook. There is a Billa grocery store nearby. The apartment was clean, spacious, updated and modern. Many interesting sites are nearby, with in walking distance. The only negative experience was when 4 air conditioning guys came to service the AC and put their tools and equipment on our bed and kitchen table while I was trying to cook and prepare for the day. They blocked the stairs with a ladder so that we couldn't go up or down. (Kitchen upstairs and bedroom downstairs). They could have warned us before they did this. It was annoying. The also washed the AC parts in the bathtub. They should have gone to service another apartment when they saw we were in residence. We were preparing to leave but couldn't until they finished which wasted an hour of our one day in Vienna. I would return to the apartment but would ask service people to please wait until we were gone. Be aware also that cleaning and parking were extra costs.

Top notch hotel in the heart of Vienna

Outstanding hotel in a great area of town. Rooms are brand new and exceptionally appointed. The apartment has all one needs for a long or short stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Vienna.

Luxurious apartment, conveniently located.

Amazing apartment, brand new facilities, very comfortable. Convenient location, near the University of Vienna. Managers on site, Jackie and Saskia, were so eager to please and help, we really appreciated their assistance. All modern, clean, sleek appliances, including a washing machine. We loved the Nespresso machine, it was such a treat!! Definitely will return to this apartment on our next trip!!

The place was everything advertised. There were two small hiccups with the property. In both cases, I emailed reception and they were fixed within minutes. The people that run it are extremely professional, very nice and great property managers. I will never stay anywhere else in Vienna. They made a customer for life. Cheers

Beautiful, bright, spacious apartment that was perfect for our family and little ones while on vacation in Vienna. The office staff was incr do my helpful and responsive to our needs both leading up to an while on our vacation. The apartment was quiet and had the most spectacular views over the city rooftops. We couldn’t have found better accommodations.

Wonderful Experience!

We stayed in an apt for 3 days and would absolutely go back to this same apt! The communication of directions for arrival was clear and timely. We LOVED the apt- not only was it a beautiful older style but the location was perfect for sight seeing. I was very impressed with our entire experience!

The apartment description said two bathrooms but that description is not accurate. It has two baths/showers but only one toilet. With three kids in our group that was a problem. More pillow options would be nice. Other than that the apartment was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing home base while in Vienna

Excellent apartment in good location

We were delighted with our Abieshomes Votivpark three bedroom apartment and it made our one week stay in Vienna even more special. The apartment is stylish with such an excellent view. The location was great, with a short walk to the town centre shops and museums and public transport (for the zoo and outskirts), plus a good supermarket around the corner so we often cooked. The staff were friendly and responsive throughout and we used the shuttle service. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, e.g. dishwasher and laundry tablets, tea and coffee, dressing gowns etc, and we made use of the mid-stay clean. One toilet but this was not a problem (good fan!). The apartment did get stuffy on warm days 22C so we would always air it when we were in and use the blinds when we were out, rather than use the air conditioning (last resort but did not need). Only downside was that the bedroom blinds were not all black-out, but other things more than made up for that, e.g. enjoying an early morning coffee on either balcony. Surprisingly quiet considering the location (we went during the Easter holidays). We would most happily stay here again. Thank you, Abieshomes!

As there is no direct interaction with humans at arrival, during the stay and for departure it is difficult to give any score to service. But all in all very good apartment and well located. Very happy.

Totally recommended

A fantastic apartment on the top floor with wonderful views. The location is superb being close to many attractions making most in walking distance. Opening the door to the apartment was a ‘wow’ moment.
