Bed was super comfortable!

Our hosts were attentive, helpful and congenial. Treated us as family even though we spent very little time at the property. We felt cared for 😎 The accommodations and common area were very comfortable with interesting and tasteful interior decor. Highly recommended.

Wonderful cool quiet restful house away from city heat and bustle. Alan and Jamie super friendly, helpful and charming. I’d book again in a flash and if you’re coming to Toronto I suggest you do too

A sweet and easy stay!

The hosts were incredibly friendly. We stayed in the basement room and it was wonderful for the summer with plenty of privacy. The home was inviting and we felt welcome our entire stay. Walkable to downtown. Would definitely book again!!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and private. The area was fine to get around on foot.

The hosts were amazing, they accomodated all my allergy needs. If I'm in Toronto again, I'll definitely stay with there.

From the moment we were greeted at the front door it was a delight. This beautiful little oasis is nestled in such a hip and happening area, we were able to walk everywhere. Even though parking was a little tight, the hosts offered to move our vehicle to a more convenient and safe spot for us! That alone blew us away! Thank you! Our room was super cozy and really had everything you would need for your stay. Our favorite features was the adorable balcony, where you can sip your coffee as the day begins and the spa like shower. The hosts really did set it up with their guests in mind. If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable place to stay this is your spot. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you guys for truly being the hostess with the mostess! Sina Jose

This was a very clean and well appointed home. The hosts are so nice and accommodating. Our room was small, but cozy and had a nice porch attached. The parking is included, but on the street, so you do have to find your own space. I would return, but it’s not super clear on the parking situation.

This was a lovely bed and breakfast with a lovely host! We were just in town for one night, so we didn’t get to enjoy the accommodations too much, but really enjoyed the time we were able to spend here! The host welcomed us with coffee and provided a printed out list of suggestions in the area which was really nice. There was a small fan we could use which was a very nice touch, as someone who likes some airflow when they sleep. Parking was also convenient on the street right outside. Would definitely recommend, especially for anyone looking for a quaint, romantic stay!

Great access to downtown as long as you avoid going near the church where there’s lots of homeless…the house is quaint but narrow stairs resulting in fall…no circulating air upstairs in our room. Even with the space AC/fan on, it was stuffy and hot even though it was cool outside at night. The balcony was super cute with a fireplace…Very welcoming and charming host.

Nice little B&B close to transit. I arrived on a late flight that was also delayed an hour, and the owner was great about handling a very late check in for me.

Beautiful B&B in a Victorian house in the centre of Toronto. Host Jamie is friendly and accommodating. His breakfasts are gourmet level. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free street parking right in central Toronto!

Come from Away!

Pleasantly greeted at the door, By our host, given our parking permit right away and codes and shown to our room. Spacious with private bathroom, large bed covered with both sheets and duvet so take your pick. Breakfast was fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, small dish of yoghurt enhanced with ripe fruit and a Spanish tortilla Made with eggs, peppers, onion, chorizo, yummmy! We will certainly consider staying the next time we do an overnighter to Toronto, much, much better than an anonymous overpriced hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything was great! Although the jets in the tub were a bit clogged, but after we let them run for a bit, everything was great

We liked that our room had a balcony which looked out to a shed decorated like a gingerbread cottage. This balcony would be lovely in the summer to sit and have a beverage in the evening. This location is a 15 min walk to Eaton Centre and subway station. Jamie provides a super breakfast and company. It's like sitting and talking to a friend. Would recommend to anyone!!

Toronto Gem

Warm welcome, lovely area, great hosts and breakfast -- what's not to like?

Home away from home.

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights in October. Our room was spacious and comfortable and it was a pleasure to come home to after a day of touring or shopping. Breakfast was amazing and something different was prepared each day by our wonderful host.

Jamie was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed our conversations over breakfast as much as the breakfast itself. A lovely way to start our day.

The location is great, not too far away from downtown area and restaurants. The problem is the homeless and sketchy people wandering around in the area. Of course this is not the owner’s fault. Our room was extremely clean. The owner did an amazing job renovating the house. My only recommendation for the owner is to use better towels and bedding. The bed also was extremely uncomfortable. We felt the springs digging into our backs.

Great B&B, hospitable, religious breakfast, all in walking distance to city center.

Questionable neighborhood. but overall a good experience. Host was very hospitable. Room was better than I expected. I would reccommend this property to anyone with only one caviat. A lot of homeless people in the area.

A wonderful B&B close to the city. The owners made you feel so welcome. Seaton Dream is clean with a very high standard of rooms. The breakfasts are 5 star.

Just Living the Seaton Dream - in Toronto.

Service was great. We were met at the front door and our bags were immediately carried to our room in the basement. We were provided with a list of selected area restaurants and were able to visit two during our stay (both were great). Breakfast at the B&B was a real treat and conversations with other guests was enlightening. We understood that parking could be an issue, but we found a spot on the street just one house down from the B&B, left the car there for our entire stay (3 nights) and walked a few blocks to catch a bus and connect to the subway. We are in our mid 60s and walk a lot, but even somebody not as active could probably do this.

Nice place, good breakfast. But not so close to attraction.

The place is charming the hosts Jamie and Alan are exceptional, they are attentive without being over the top. They offered advice on the attractions and where we could eat locally which was invaluable ands map of Toronto which was so useful. The breakfast is outstanding. We have never stayed in a b&b before and would definitely stay with them again and hope to return next year

Cozy clean rooms in quiet area close to Dundas square . Excellent host with personalized touch in dealing with all guests . Great chef and serves very good breakfast. Booked cab for airport on request.

in a great location, very clean and well furnished. The hosts Jamie and Alan are lovely and helpful with local info. The breakfasts are amazing and different every day. I never give full marks (always room for improvement) but Seaton Dream get 10/10 from both my husband and i. If i was going back to Toronto this is were i would want to stay every time

We liked everything about this b & b but most of all we liked the owners Jamie and Alan who were so warm and welcoming We would definitely recommend this b & b to anyone wanting a friendly and relaxing holiday in Toronto

It has the most beautiful patio/garden in the back. It is very conveniently located to downtown for me.

My fiancee and I had a brilliant stay Jamie and Alan are great host's and have a lovely home the breakfast was superb along with the presentation, you would find this hard to beat even in a 5star Hotel we would definitely revisit and recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto for the 1st time as most tourist attractions are just a streetcar or subway visit away apart from Niagara falls of course Absolutely Brilliant

The owner was very welcoming and hospitable. He provided advice about local restaurants and was willing to 'go the extra mile'. Breakfasts were excellent - a different cooked breakfast every morning. The room was comfortable with a balcony.

Getiiing there late, I really appreciated the helpful info about local places to get food. They also included info on nearby sightseeing- if I was on vacation that would have been great.

Wonderful hosts, friendly, accommodating, very helpful. Whether it was recommendations for local restaurants, booking us a taxi or providing wine glasses, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful, very clean room/home. Excellent en suite bathroom, lots of hot water. Amazing hot breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Thanks so much!

Clean friendly close to downtown breakfast is good internet is fast I didn’t like basement rooms and no parking, you have to park on the street sometimes far,they pay for the permit Overall it’s a good place for short trips and I recommend it for everybody

First time visiting an air B&B and selected it because ot the reviews. The owners are definitely what made the difference. Very welcoming and accommodating. Jaime’s breakfast was delicious. Close to downtown. Parking is scace.

First and foremost we loved our host Jamie! He is an awesome guy. We loved that we had 24 hours of parking included. And the included breakfast was delicious! Our room was comfy and cozy and we had a great nights sleep. We also enjoyed checking out the interesting art in the home. Jamie recommended a number of local restaurants within walking distance. We tried out one of his favourites and had a great time. Staying at Seaton Dream B&B was more like staying with a good friend. We would definitely love to return. 😁

Very hospitable. Smooth "check in". Nice place, private, easy to access (code on front door and to bedroom) and just a 10 minute walk from a lot of beat places (eg Eaton center).

We really enjoyed our stay in Seaton Dream B&B. The hosts were very kind and friendly. They helped us carry our luggage and served us hot tea upon arrival. They made fresh hot breakfast from scratch in the morning. We had the best benedict and pancake ever! The B&B is in a convenient location, walking distance to major shopping area and tourist attractions. Our room is very nice and spacious, in great condition. Highly recommended!
