Amazing location, and main reception pool area stunning. Breakfast great. The only not amazing part are the rooms. They are still nice but if everything else is 10/10, the rooms are 7 or 8. Again, still nice but basic compared to the rest of the hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights. From the moment we pulled up in the taxi to the day we left in the taxi, everything was perfect. Such a warm welcome and check in. The room/small apartment was impeccable with such attention to detail. The breakfast and dinning options are all highly recommended. The grounds are groomed to perfection. The spar is also a must do and plenty of choices. All this complimented by such warm, friendly and helpful staff. We highly recommend a stay.

Great chill out spot on the island.

1/10 - Horrible experience, overpriced, tasteless

I have been to 100+ hotels and this was without a doubt the worst value for the money. The bed was like cardboard, check in was not available until an hour after 4 pm slated time, the food was over priced and bland. The location is beautiful but I would never recommend this property to anyone staying in Ibiza.

Our family had an outstanding experience staying at the 7Pines Resort. The staff are particularly worth mentioning for their friendliness, hospitality and professionalism. We look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at 7Pines Resort. Close to very pretty beaches. Pool area is very enjoyable with cool music. Breakfast had a great selection of options both buffet and a la carte. Car parking was easy right outside our villa. Everything was kept very clean. Only downside was poolside dining was fairly expensive and we had a slightly unhelpful pool attendant who did not help us when we lost something. But other than that, highly recommend staying there and wish we were still there!

Fantastic hotel for a couples break. Amazing views of Es Vedra and the sunset. Great food and drinks. Very attentive and friendly staff. Spa is good but looks unused! Could be a few nicer extra touches around the pool like some fruit, cold towels etc as other hotels do. Music around the pool is top notch so well done for that. All in all a fabulous chilled Ibiza break.

The hotel is fantastic for a resort style break. It’s 45 minutes from Ibiza town so not very convenient for nightlife but fantastic for a true chill out break with great food and service. The drinks are a little on the pricey side especially the in room minibar.

A beautiful resort in a very secluded area. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fantastic. Suite was spacious and always kept cleaned and refilled. Impovements: Food/drink is very expensive overall. Please offer cheaper alternatives in your offerings. Happy to pay more for better quality but it felt a tad higher in general.

The staff at this resort were very friendly and eager to assist. The property is gorgeous, quiet, and ideal for families, adults, and even fur babies. I highly recommend! The only caveat is that the resort is on the other side of the island, however the concierge can call taxis to the resort.

I would love to go and stay here again! Amazing staff , location and hospitality with stunning views of the Mediterranean sea.

The most stunning setting!

Gorgeous setting, beautiful breakfasts. Family friendly - kids club fantastic. Rooms are so spacious and comfortable. 2nd time staying and loved it. The lunch and dinner menus are a bit pricey but that would be the only criticism. Breakfast is incredible! If you’re looking for a family friendly beach club - Cotton Beach and Sunset Ashram are great nearby options.

Touches of quality at every corner justify the extra dollars. Amazing location, with fantastic beaches around and great stuff. However they didn’t allow us to use the restaurant and the chairs for the sea review as they had sime group event and then I felt left behind as a hotel guest.

I came to 7Pines for a relaxing (i.e. Do Little) holiday. In that respect it was excellent. The staff were friendly and waited on us hand and foot. Hotel is relatively of recent build, and in excellent repair. Cleanliness was fine. Unusual location of phones, and lack of wastepaper baskets in rooms probably due to policies in Ibiza which aim to prevent joungsters from harming themselves, and not the hotels fault. Also has excellent security staff patrolling the premises (or did when I was there). Heartily approve.

This luxury hotel is an amazing location overlooking Es Vedra. Sunsets are breathtaking and perfect view for the pleasing inclusive breakfast. Staff were excellent and always on hand to help. Our suite had a large living area but it massively compromises the size of the bedroom and you end up with the world’s smallest 5 star bathroom suite which is totally impractical. This really lets the whole thing down and stops a 5 star rating when you consider the price. Taxis aren’t on tap but reception were helpful in organising but it does require you to think ahead and plan.

5* Accommodation and staff very friendly. However when you are are paying for 5* you expect good service but the service was very poor throughout the resort. There simply were not enough staff and we were left waiting 20/30mins to order at every restaurant, including breakfast, which was real shame as staff where doing their best.

Resort is stunning. The view is amazing and the pool is great for relaxing. Not much directly near the resort so if you want to leave the resort for meals or to discover the island you definitely need a car. Service needs some work. The staff is very friendly and nice, but the service just falls short of 5 stars. They are a relatively new resort, so maybe that will come with time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful place, stunning views! Delicious breakfast! I would love to come back. We stayed in room number 2021 and we really like it. ( 2020,2021,2022,2023 great rooms). Really good SPA facilities.

A hotel full of excuses and apologies, nothing is quite right although first impressions would say otherwise. Staff was mixed as some were a delight to meet and very helpful but others were not so accommodating, generally service was quite slow. We stayed in a resort View Sea View room, which has a tiny bedroom and bathroom and more akin to a smart 3* hotel than 5* luxury. Appalled to be asked to pay 100 euros to lie on the large sunbeds by the pool and have a minimum spend of 500 euros, they were never used whilst we were there, probably for this reason, stupid idea - there's is no DJ or anything going on that warrants charging this much. Restaurants are ok but menu felt limited and layout means you probably end up with a rubbish table inside if you haven't booked although the whole time we sat inside the 'booked' tables were never occupied!! Location is remote, taxi's are expensive so hire a car if you stay here.

Style over Substance

7Pines is clearly aiming to be a luxury resort; it looked great and was well maintained. However, it is lacking that special level of customer service that would be expected in a truly high-end destination. We had an issue with the filter for our private pool that meant it was out of use for almost one whole day of our 4-night stay, with maintenance work taking place for a few hours the following morning, meaning that we did not get the level of privacy expected. We had to call the reception a number of times regarding the issue and got passed around without any specific follow up. Eventually we received a EUR200 discount from our bill for the inconvenience but this seemed on the low side considering we had paid an extra EUR400 per night for the private pool. Also, I received a EUR34 charge to my credit card after we had checked out and settled our bill. I e-mailed to request an explanation but I am still awaiting a response a week later. This may have been for mised room charges, but EUR8 for a bottle of water when the tap water is not potable is very excessive. We did receive 2 cartons of free water on our first night but these were never replaced and were not sufficient for a 4-night stay. The hotel also takes advantage of its remote location and reluctance of local taxi drivers to attend by charging very high prices for its own transfer services; you can choose to pay up or wait up to an hour for a taxi. 7Pines is a classic example of style over substance.

World class service

World class resort, amazing breakfast, beautiful pools and even better service. For me the only quality that makes one 5 star resort better than another is the level of service and at 7 Pines it really is world class. Definitely the leader in Ibiza, we will return.

A beautiful property in a magnificent setting , Staff couldn't be more helpful . Only limiting factor was children were not allowed around the main pool apart from in the small restuarant .

This resort is on the outskirts of San Antoni, in a peaceful, serene area on the coast of the island. Perfect for adults or couples that want to go stay somewhere away from the noise. We enjoyed sea view at breakfast and swam in infinity pool all day. It was pure luxury

Beautiful Property. Untrained staff. Not 5 star hotel. Property itself was could certainly be 5 star, but staff is not trained to 5 star standard.

I loved 7Pines. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. It was always so nice to be greeted by smiling faces. From the moment we arrived, they were as kind as they could be to us. The resort itself is beautiful. A true oasis. The rooms are comfortable and spacious - they exceeded our expectations. The beds are so comfortable and the showers are incredible. We also had a living room and kitchen with a sink, fridge and freezer. I could go on and on about how wonderful this resort was and how lovely it was to come home to after we explored Ibiza. I would recommend this resort to anyone. The only room for improvement could be in the restaurants. We ate at then Cone Club.

Estadia dentro da expectativa ! Não surpreende para melhor e nem para pior ! Hotel de rede que se preocupa em fazer as coisas andarem dentro do planejado ! No geral não se preocupa em agradar o hóspede com atenção diferenciada ou “mimos” específicos ! Mas também não pisa na bola !!

Great location, fantastic staff, very service-minded. The only negative thing was the age limitation at the main pool. The age limit is 11. But the Kids Club had amazing staff taking the kids to the children pool.

Nos recibieron muy bien. Las instalaciones muy buenas.

Great effort but the property has many architectural mistakes. All the luxury goes to waste when you realize all villas look into each other and its tough to have privacy among many other details. Very unfortunate that some of the reception staff does not speak spanish and the hotel is in Spain!

Waren ein Wochenende an diesem wunderschönen Platz.Die Lage lässt sich kaum toppen, ein majestätischer Blick übers Meer zum Es Vedra und fantastische Sonnenuntergänge. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, man wohnt ruhig und großzügig in Bungalows. Die Restaurants und Bars sind gut, ein bisschen zu teuer…., der Service verbesserungsfähig Der Spabereich sehr schön aber nicht für Kinder zugänglich. Kein eigener Strand

Resort muy agradable, con todas las comodidades. Vistas a Es Vedrà espectaculares. Desayuno muy completo. Piscina ideal. Sólo tener en cuenta que solicitan 800 euros de fianza, a devolver cuando te vas.
