Great service, not a pretty place
All of the people working there were incredibly helpful, slippers were provided but its a good thing they did the place was gross. I checked for bed bugs thankfully nothing. The shower had mold, there was a toilet leak, the microwave was not clean, and overall it simply wasnt comfortable being in. The 2 pillows provided were weak and the mattress was very stained. There was a futon in the room that was lopsided and we didn't venture to it just to be safe. Again truly great people english service very helpful upon request. They even gave us lunches some bread eggs and juice to go when we couldnt make breakfast. However, the photos of the room did not do it justice, it wasnt good. I am not sure how it sustains a 7.8 rating on service alone unless we just got the roughest room...
Price was good for overall experience
The property is very old and not that clean, you can see dust everywhere in tbe room
Staff is friendly and kind. They responded very quickly. I had to extend my stay for the cancellation of a flight, the staff were great about it.
Nice despite its exterior
Despite what it seemed like, a rundown building, the hotel was great and very quiet. Would recommend for families.
I don’t want to share my thoughts how negative they were in this not hotel, it was a mistake and will never happen again.
Bad
Fantastic location for the Jett bus station, not far walk from the Boulevard and dining options. Wonderful helpful staff. Substantial packed breakfast for those on the go. Highly recommend!
Hotel 10 steps from the Jett bus terminal. Very well placed. Staff was friendly. Lots of convenience stores next door.
So close to JETT
The jordan people are very welcoming
Centrally located, very helpful staff. Rooms need an upgrade but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was basic.
Not good
Great location for Jett Bus.
Really quiet hotel. The room was simple but adequate, with a fridge and a complicated TV. Supermarket next door to the property.
Great place and people. Would definitely recommend.
It's a good place for one night
Great location, friendly staff and great value for price. However, the condition of the property could be improved in certain spots. I would still recommend especially if you're in Amman for a few days and are visiting other places in Jordan. Shukran jazilan.
Good clean hotel
Very close to the bus station to go to Petra. Staff are very friendly accommodating. Older basic hotel that does the job.
We chose 7boys hotel in Amman due to its proximity to the JETT bus station to Petra which leaves 6:30am every day. It was a short 2 min walk down the street from the hotel to the bus station (book the bus ticket in advance). The elderly gentleman at the hotel front desk was very helpful and responsive to our requests. He was very helpful in assisting us by providing a small packed breakfast to take on the bus early in the morning. The main issue at the hotel was that the wifi was limited to the reception area and not accessible in the room but this was an issue in the other hotel in Petra too so it may be the case elsewhere. Overall it’s a great budget hotel.
Perfetto per la vicinanza all'ufficio jett, boulevard di Amman e moschea re Abdullah. Vicino alla struttura supermercati è diversi ristoranti
terrible, terrible bathroom, and there was no not water.
Good value for money
Great value for money. Room nice and well equipped. Bathroom could use a renovation but other than that all great
I booked this property due to its proximity to the Abdali bus station - wanting to hop the bus across the border to Israel. The hotel is less than a 2 minute walk to the ticketing office and Central bus station, connecting you to Petra, Aqaba, and the King Hussein border. Terrific location for commuting. Even though the hotel is on a major through way, it is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, but within a 5 walking distance of money changers, small mini markets, restaurants, banks, and other main roads. I was able to organize my tickets for onward travel, exchange USD for Shekel, and spend out my dinar all in under an hour. Great location! I didn’t book the hotel for the amenities, but was pleasantly surprised at the offerings - air conditioning, satellite tv, big fridge, large bottles of shampoo and conditioner, soap, etc. My only comment is that the toilet is in an awkward spot in the bathroom, but this is quite common in the Middle East. The staff were superb! Just superb. So extremely friendly, kind and welcoming! I met the manager also, who explained to me that his hotel was named after his 7 sons - 7 boys! Everyone working at reception and in the hotel was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Glowing reviews due to staff alone! The staff went above and beyond for me - reception even packed me a nice little box breakfast for the bus ride to the border, despite my reservation not including breakfast! Definitely I would return to this hotel again!
Could be better
VALUE OF MONEY. NEAR TO JETT BUS STATION IS A PLUS ADVANTAGE.
Rooms with satisfactory facilities helpful staff good location
They dont have information about This booking. Pls sort out.
Petra
Very clean Hotel within walking distance to bus station to go to Petra.
Close to Jett bus
Now I know it may seem in an odd spot but it wasnt bad, its a stop over type of hotel, close to the bus and the mall a short walk away. My room was clean, it had a lil fridge, make sure to ask for an extra towel for the bathroom though for the floor. The front desk people were so nice, even the older man who couldnt speak english so well. One thing to watch out for is the lip on the floor before the elevators, tripped me every time haha
The facility is well maintained so I did not have any issue in my stay—location is perfect too if you want to go to petra via Jet Bus since its only a minute walk away. But, the main plus in this hotel is the customer service— Farah Kosta one of the shift supervisors gave the most ideal service during my stay at the place and made it a great one by giving a lot of suggestions on touring Jordan and mostly just being a really hospitable staff.
Good place and location, modern rooms.
This place is EXTREMELY DIRTY. Staff is good and friendly but the place is super dirty, sheets didn’t get washed, I slept on my clothes.
The customer service was very poor . They charged for bed and breakfast but no breakfast
The hotel manager is so cooperative and they are very interested to satisfy the guests as much as they can.
Just ok. Booked for three nights and were on a tour overnight the 2nd night and hotel was aware. They never cleaned the room even though I was told they would.
Central Location, only problem was with the washroom, after every shower, the whole washroom was covered in water, as the blinds were long enough to prevent the water from going out, also hot water lasted 2 mins , so it was cold water in winters , breakfast was very plain and not much to offer, room was good size but cold , had to ask for extra blanket
We spent 3 nights there. We liked this place! We chose this hotel because it was in a decent area and mainly next to the JETT Bus agency which we used to travel to Petra etc... The room was very spacious. The staff was kind and knowledgeable of things to do around They helped us plan a 1 day trip outside Amman. They were able to make the breakfast available 1 hour before the regular time.
The hotels is a little far from the city centre, and the room even if it was big, it was not super clean and there was a bad smell in the bathroom
It was clean and in a great location near jett bus station. Only $3 uber ride to downtown amman. Room was spacious and staff was super kind and helpful especially Islam. She really took care of us.
100 meters from Jett bus station, which was our objective. Nice, helpful staff. Airport pickup available for 25 dinars. Clean room with comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower. Basic hotel for an excellent price.
Close to JET bus station and Boulevard. Friendly personnel.
A year ago was a great hotel, now, unfortunately, doesn't get a 4 out of 10. Room was ok, bathroom was bad, shower ws broken and no shampo or shower gel. Breakfast was bad, I'm not sure if I can recommend it again or book it again. Sorry
Great place to stay for catching Bus to Petra
Enjoyed my stay here. I booked it for its convenience for the JETT bus to Petra. Jett office is 1min walk away. There is also a shopping mall 5-10 min walk away where I went for a Starbucks. The condition of the room was very good and the hotel interior was also good. I felt very safe at night too, and the local people didn't give me any problems at all. The main people to be weary of in Amman are the taxi drivers who will try and rip you off. I paid 10JD from Tabarbour station to the hotel on the 1st day when it should have been 2JD. I paid 4JD when going there on the final day. They point to the meter and claim to know less English than they actually do. I walked there one day to catch the bus to Jerash - took 40 mins. Walking to downtown is 40 mins too. Airport bus costs 3JD one way - Sariyah, takes 40-50 mins to Tabarbour. Would definitely recommend the Hotel if you want the convenience of the JETT office. Quite a walk from downtown though. Greg
My wonderful trip to Amman and Petra
Very thankful for this hotel, it was very close to downtown, 5 minutes by taxi, and super close to the bus station. I traveled to Amman so I can visit Petra, the hotel was only 3 minutes walking distance to the bus station. Also, all the people that work in this hotel are super friendly and speak very good English. The people working in the front desk provided great advices about where to go and where to eat while in Amman.
Disappointing not clean, air conditioner not working alot of insects and fly Positive location
Staff were friendly, polite and helpful....hotel is fine but there are not many things nearby except small shops...take yellow meter taxis..not the hotel taxi, which is more expensive...breakfast should have fuice, fruit, cereal...good hotel...good price
Staff friendly, polite, helpful...breakfast should be improved..provide juice, fruit, cereal...only one restaurant (Chinese) within nearby walking distance..wi fi good and reliable....otherwise I can recommend the place..good price/quality ratio....
Perfectly adequate hotel
Great staff and good breakfast. Location was near the Jett bus stop which was exactly what I was looking for. The rooms were nice and well equipped.
Great service!
It was awesome!!!
