Fabuleux

Un agréable séjour de 5 jours dans un bel appartement très propre, bonne literie, bien équipé et il y a aussi un micro-onde. Grande douche avec aucun souci de pression et d'eau chaude. Le WIFI est excellent. Dans l'immeuble il y a un ascenseur et pour le stationnement sur la rue, c'est très facile à trouver. L’hôte et le personnel sont d'une grande gentillesse. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

7 Palms - Lovely Hotel with amazing staff - DOMY

The 7 Palms is perfectly located for visiting all the main tourist attractions, it’s an easy 13 minute walk to the Medieval town. The rooms are a good size with all the facilities required for an apartment. The staff are amazing especially Domy with her wonderful personality and depth of local knowledge. She’s like your own personal tourist guide. Also a special mention for Nikki and the domestic team who all kept the place spotless.

The rooms are lovely. Clean apartments with everything you need and the staff are beyond nice. Absolutely lovely people so thanks for having us!

The property was close/walkable to the old town of Rhodes. The property and pool area were beautifully clean. The receptionist was very knowledgable with many recommendations of places of interest, best beaches and eateries. Best of all it had a/2 lovely white cats. We would stay again.

Excellent property and concierge awaited our arrival despite the fact that we were late arriving and couldn’t notify her that we would arrive after the 10 o’clock cut off. Only downside is that there are no local amenities but a 20 minute walk will take you to the old town with all the restaurants,bars and shops that you could wish for.

The staff were lovely and friendly

The stay was great and it was made so by the lovely Domy who was always there to assist but also to share a good laugh :) We didn't even feel like we were in a foreign country as she made us feel at home! Definitely coming back if ever visiting Rodos again.

Above Expectations

Above expectations! Extremely clean. The excellent concierge Domy made arrangements for the opera, on-site PCR test, and more. Her recommendations for neighborhood food, ATMs, and shopping made the trip so easy. The location is in a middle-class Greek neighborhood not a resort area. Easy walk to the Old City.

The hotel is close to the old city (15 minutes of walk or you can use the free bicycles that are offered by the hotel to the guests.) Domy at the reception is very friendly and helpful ( thanks for the mobile chargers). Τhe hotel is in a quiet residential area 15 minutes of walk from Zefyros (sandy beach). It is very clean with spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A supermarket and a bakery are close to the hotel. I would recommend this facility and hope to stay there again in the future.

Small but cozy, fits 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is small but has the basics. The location is good within 20 min of the old town and close to shopping and other services. Many services provided through the concierge.

Perfect holiday because the hotel is run by an excellent receptionist and the room is cleaned to a high standard every day . Easy walking to the centre of the Old Town and local bus stop is nearby to explore the island .

We really liked the reseptionist she was so friendly and helpful...but the condition of the apartment was not so good if you consider that the bed had hair on the pillows and dirt on the sheets...

Good location and walkable. Excellent host, but a small studio type room, next visit we would book a 2 bedroom even though there's only 2of us. Excellent breakfast served to the room.

Everything was perfect. Loved the exceptionally clean pool. My apartment (#17) was small but had everything I needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Domy is amazing at reception.

About 15-20 minutes walking distance from city center very helpful with everything really glad staying there.

Staff Domy and Valentina and Owner very helpful and friendly , nothing too much trouble. Room very clean and comfortable, even supplied free bicycles and helmet for guests Good Wifi and air con and safe. Certainly recommend stay here as we will when we go again. Very good value for the price

Great stay in Rhodes town

Had a great time staying here, made perfect by the staff. Domy was very helpful about any question we had and Valentina's breakfast is definitely worth having- delivered to your room where you can sit on the balcony and enjoy. The room was spacious and light, newly decorated. The bathroom had a great shower too.The only one minor drawback is that Rhodes town is busy with traffic and the apartments are on a a fairly busy road. There is a very nice walk to the Old Town which we did daily. We would stay here again.

Loved every minute of my stay here-Domy and Valentina are the sweetest and most helpful ladies ! The hotel is in a perfect spot and the staff made sure every need was taken care of. Can't wait to come back next year :)

Our favourite Rhodes hotel

This is our the third time stay at this hotel. We feel as it's staying with best friends. The staff is amazing. The kitchen is fully equiped. The cheapest and easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport is to catch a bus to the downtown for 2.60 euro and grab a taxi for 5 euro at the bus station stand. There are two supermarkets nearby. There is a bus stop next to the hotel to go to Kalithea Springs and great resort beaches. We will be back!

Great location and fantastic hosts

Spent 4 days in this great complex last week, can't fault it. Small pool but ideal if you just want to relax, domy the hotel receptionist was first class and couldn't do enough for us. 15 min walk to the old town, port and elli beach. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again,

Great stay

What a great stay at the 7 Palms. We were here for 14 days. The apartments are just a 10 to 15 mins walk to the old town. On your way to the old town check out Chuckies resteraunt, great food. The Rock Bar was a great pub to have a drink and just relax. Domy at the 7 palms was great always smiling and happy and always ready to help. Great stay

This is our second time staying at this boutique hotel. The staff is amazing and a kitchenette is excellent. We will be back!

Close To Old Town

Not too far to walk to the old town & decent location to tour by car for a few days. Dated, but clean rooms. Shower had good pressure & apartment was big enough for the two of us. Local beach is not the best & pathways surrounding the apartments were, let's say, "iffy"... The roads are a bit nuts too, so consider that scooter / quad hire & take a car instead. Would recommend this place if you plan to tour every day & simply want a clean place to stay. It's not luxury.

Calm and relaxing

It took a little while to find as it is a good 20-30min walk from the port but we were met with very friendly staff and an amazing room plus pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Had a really nice stay at the 7 Palms. Situated in a residential part if town but only a 10 min walk into the old town. The apartment has everything you could need. I'd definitely recommend.

Delight

It was a delight to spend 6 nights in Rhodes. This hotel has everything what you can wish for: location, kitchen, bathroom, and excellent service. We will be back!

The Staff here make the place

the girl Paraskevi at front desk is is extremely helpful with whatever you may need to arrange for a great holiday. She makes you feel more than welcome to be there. Chrysa the maid is great at her job and also very helpful and friendly.

Confortable Studio with everything you need

Paravesky she is the Apartments Heart. She was in contact with me since the first day of booking she assist me in everything: to find a good deal for a car rent,excursions,etc. She really enjoy what she is doing. Always with a smile she make you fell at home. I miss the apartments .

Aparthotel in residential area

Was exactly as described. Easy walk to Old Town and beach. Very friendly staff. Pool deep even at the shallow end. Close to an excellent bakery and a couple of supermarkets.

Very good self-catering accommodation

The accommodation was exactly what we were looking for: self-catering and conveniently located in walking distance of Rhodes town and beach. We didn't hire a car and were able to get everywhere we wanted on foot or by bus. The complex is small and friendly. The management and staff were very friendly and pleasant, and particularly helpful with information about how to get to places, recommendations on where to eat out, etc. We had some problems with travel arrangements and staff were extremely helpful in getting things sorted out for us.

Great value hotel

7 Palms is a great hotel in its category - clean, very helpful staff, nice little pool, comfortable. It's not on the seaside, nor is it in an atmospheric location. But if you need a base in Rhodes for a couple of nights, or else are happy making regular excursions round the island (or to the old town, 10 mins walk), then 7 Palms is perfect.

located near the old city (palia poli) of rhodes. the experience of going to this area was priceless. recommended. the stay at the hotel/apt was cheap for the location. the pool is not what expected, but everything else was above average. i would book again.

Clean hotel etc... But location is a good 25 min walk to the old town as the hotel is located more in the residential area. staff wasn't very helpful of welcoming. We arrive she gave us out key, map and a few bus numbers and that's it. I asked about any recommendations on restaurants or excursions she just said "oh I don't know, go go town". There was just no enthusiasm there and we felt like she didnt' care we were there. There wasn't a bar, and the pool is barely s pool with 2 sunbeds.so you the. Felt you couldn't stay there and have a drink.

SITUTATED ON A MAIN BUSY INTERSECTION TRAFFIC 24/7. LOT FURTHER THAN EXPECTED FROM THE CENTER OF RHODES TOWN. THE PLACE HAS NOT SEE A FULL CLEAN SINCE GOODNESS KNOWS WHEN. WHEN ASKED FOR INFORMATION NEVER GIVEN THE CORRECT REPLIES. ITS OK BUT WOULD NOT RECCOMENDED IT TO ANYONE 1 STAR IS TO MUCH FOR IT.IF YOU WANT PEACE & QUIET DONT GO NEAR IT NOT WORTH THE MONEY PAID FOR IT OVERALL RATING SHOULD BE -1

Hotel appart qui reste familial et reposant

Tout est fait pour notre confort. Nous avions1 cuisine et on nous a prêté 1 machine à café expresso. La piscine ou nous étions souvent seuls le matin est super propre. La communication avec la personne de l’accueil simple et joviale bien qu’elle ne parlait pas anglais !

Casa comoda ai servizi

Siamo stati in 4 in questo Appartamento ad agosto 2018 per una settimana. Tutto era come indicato nella prenotazione. Le due camere erano abbastanza spaziose; il bagno finalmente con una doccia extra-large :-) e la parte cucina attrezzata anche se un po' piccolina ( ma noi non l'abbiamo praticamente mai usata). Consiglio la trattoria La Gondola ( costa pochissimo e si mangia bene) ed e' a 2 minuti dall'appartamento.

Vicino alla citta antica, fermata bus sotto casa e persone molto cordiali in particolare Domenica

Hotel dotato di tutti i comfort: camera spaziosa, cucina ben equipaggiata, aria condizionata, Wifi perfettamente funzionante e piscina. Bagno moderno con ampia doccia e pulizie giornaliere. Rodi città raggiungibile in 10 min a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La vera perla è Domi, la receptionist, sempre pronta ad aiutarti con il sorriso. Assolutamente consigliato!!

Frächt och fint. Väldigt gullig receptionist som hjälpte oss med tips och bokningar. Otroligt prisvärt! Hit skulle vi gärna åka igen. Ligger nära en busshållplats. Välstädat.

Superbe séjour!!!

On a eu un excellent séjour au 7 palms, c'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix!!! C'est très bien situé, à pied de la vieille ville! Le personnel a été très sympathiques, accueillant et serviable! C'est rassurant que c'était toujours les mêmes personnes qui travaillaient et s'occupaient de nous, la personne à la réception,Domy, nous a plusieurs fois aidés pour des restos/cafés/marché et elle était toujours souriante et prête à nous aider! La chambre était propre et la kitchenette très pratique surtout qu'on était avec un bébé!!! Bref superbe séjour et on le recommande sans hésitation!!!

Ottimo Hotel

Htel/appartamento perfetto, camera grande con balcone, angolo cottura fornitissimo, bagno con grande doccia. WFI internet ottima. Vicino al centro (15 minuti a piedi) e alla spiaggia Zefir Beach. Personale gentilissimo! Consigliatissimo!

Hotel a 10 minutos del centro histórico de Rodas

De trata de un apartamento funcional con baño renovado. Pequeña piscina. A 10 minutos pequeña playa. Supermercado muy cerca. Aconsejo colchonetas en la piscina. Zona muy tranquila con fácil aparcamiento.

Leuk hotel met heerlijk balkon

Elke avond als we terugkwamen in onze kamer konden we nog even lekker op ons balkonnetje zitten. Binnen de airco aan en buiten nog even van de warmte genieten!
