TravellerSehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr leckerem Restaurant (sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen) mit individuell gestalteten Zimmer zu einem guten Preis. Das einzige, was etwas genervt hat, war die Diskussion bei der Abreise, dass noch Steuern zusätzlich gezahlt werden müssten. Nach Vorlage des Expedia Belegs war es aber dann geklärt. Abgesehen davon super Service, sehr zuvorkommend!

El hotel muy bien ubicado, la atencion del personal excelente, desayuno delicioso, lo unico lamentable es que el hotel necesita mantenimiento y fumigacion: en los colchones habian muchos gusanos de polilla lo cual verdaderamente si fue un inconveniente para nosotros. La terraza no es como las fotos esta muy descuidada.

A special place in Baños
The hotel has a unique vibe, a mixture of old as the original buildings is around 118 years old, but modern as the rooms are modern and the restaurant is a pleasure to eat in. It is off the noisy Main Street and a short walk to the hot springs. Everything was in excellent condition and Paulo was super helpful in all areas. His English was great which helped us a lot.
