decent hotel, overpriced. basic breakfast.

Not much nearby. Overall, staff were kind. Bring ear ugs as hallways echo.

42C Chic Hotel - NICE

Our stay was only one night, but everything went smoothly and according to our plans. We will be staying a 42C The Chic Hotel when visiting Nakhon Sawan area in the future.

Good service, Good staff, clean and comfortable rooms

Excellent hotel with free breakfast! Convenient location only a few mins from the city.

Value for money

For the price paid, it is value for money. Spacious and with all the necessary amenities for an overnight stay.

The employee's kindness was very good. Bed sheets were replaced and there was no replacement card.

Excellent value stay with comfort!

Very pleased with the hotel, easy to find , good appearance, plenty parking spots, Butler help with luggages. Condition of hotel is pleasant, bright and new! Room is spacious, very clean, bed and pillows are very comfortable and having total 4 pillows on the bed is a plus. Air conditioner worked well and not noisy! WiFi was strong! We did not use TV. The. Swimming pool is a nice size to cool down after a day out without any restaurant to order food or drink, and not crowded at all when we were there. We had a very good night sleep after a long day driving and visiting other places. Buffet breakfast was nice with variety of selection for the price! We totally enjoyed our stay and having a car helps us to go out easily. Would highly recommend to others ( with transport arrangements ) and we will stay here again should we return in the future! Thank you!

I found a reasonable amount of staff who could speak good English. The property was centrally located for my needs. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Modern well appointed hotel .clean and spacious with nice helpful staff. Excellent overall really and value for money. They're extending it presumably due to its success behind and back from the swimming pool area so some work going on outside but it never concerned us and no noise or issues.

Hotel is good, breakfast is fine. I have a nice sleep 2 nights with family.

Very nice and spaciou hotel room with plenty of food stalls right next door. 7 eleven is just beside the hotel too. Cheap and good as their breakfast is good too!

GREAT PLACE FOR A BRIEF STAY

I have stayed at 42C previously and I liked it very much. I made rhe same journey as last time just recently and I had no hesitation in booking 42C again. The staff are very friendly and helpful and, here's a big bonus in Thailand, some of them speak pretty good English. Rooms are basic but nicely decorated and comfortable. The price is also most attractive ar only about $US30 a night for the better deluxe standard of room. The hotel is a bit away from the centre of town but there are tuk tuks available if needed. There's a Number 4 noodle stand close by the hotel and a couple of restaurants not far away as well. I have no trouble recommending 42C to other travellers who need a place to stay in Nakhon Sawan. JMV

very nice place to be, nice room, bathroom, and sitting area, breakfast, and coffee the best, all staff friendly around the area is okay .

Slow service

The customer service really slow and also the electronic down twice in 10 mins so I decided to check out they sent the security to check the room and it take over an hour to come down and said they missing one small towel ! Omg that’s rediculus for checking out I told them pleased go find it or either just charged me for that towel really frustrated waiting to check out while electronic shut down and I don’t want to risk to get up the 5th floor by elevator to find one small towel they looking for . Time I checked in at 3:00 pm and I checked out at 6 pm not even stay over the night .

Quick and clean stay

Chic indeed!

This hotel has everything you would expect from an upcountry property in Thailand - perhaps it's better than most. Rooms are spacious and rates are reasonable. Adequate amenities in the rooms and excellent response for requests from the staff. The food in the restaurant is above-average in terms of both flavor and variety (both Thai and western cuisine offered), and it's good value-for-money. We stayed here as a 'base' for attending a wedding out in a small town where accommodation is limited. We can see this hotel as being an ideal stopover for journeys to the northern provinces for travelers wanting to make their overall trip leisurely (3 hours from Bangkok).

big room, nice staffs. but unavoidable that some drunk tourists knocked the door at night !!!

New Hotel and Easy location to find

Quick check-in when we arrived late at night, necessary info was informed during the process (breakfast time and place). Guestroom condition is pretty fine according to its price as well as breakfast at the ground floor restaurant, there provides variety of food. Also staffs serviced us are nice and helpful, they responded to our request properly. There has Spa outlet located at the lobby, but have not tried as having no time, as well as pool on 3rd floor.

Excellent Choice

New Hotel, excellent spa with great Thai and feet massage very affordable. The service attitude is awesome, even though their English skills are limited for some of them, they make a good effort to understand and help with your request. Bell boy named Bank is fluently in English and is ready to help. Good choice to stop between Chiang Mai and Bangkok

Best Hotel in Nakhonsawan.

It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautiful and modern. Staff was incredible and all sole English. The rooms were perfect. Great wifi and satellite television. Clean and comfortable. A+ rating all the way. Front desk were amazing and very helpful.

A great place to stay overall.

This is a very nice place to stay. You feel important when you arrive there. They take great care of you and you can relax, everybody is reliable. Restaurant could improve though. Beds are also very hard but they it's because it's new. They manage to add a couple of layers of bedspread to compensate and it helped. Cleanliness is fine but I think they should improve the finition of the cleaning because it is new and it's not too late to maintain it that way.

This Hotel has Great Potential.

The only problems I saw were they have been open for 6 months and the bar wasn't stocked to make the drinks on their menu and the bartender was untrained and inexperienced. The staff except one person could not understand English.

Not as advertised, stay away

I specifically booked this hotel because of it's advertised pool and in-room wi-fi. When I arrived it had neither which was very disappointing. Staff were nice but the hotel was under construction. They lied about the facilities both on their listing online as well as printed brochures in the room, both advertising a pool with pictures and everything. I felt ripped off because I paid more to stay here than I would have at other hotels in the area that were honest about not having a pool. Stay away if you are looking for a place with a pool.

Don't Believe Their Advertisment

Staff were great, hotel was modern and clean although under construction. My main complaint is their false advertising. I specifically booked this hotel (at a higher price than others in the area) because of it's pool and free in-room wifi. When I arrived it had neither of these. I felt really burned because I could have booked a room down the street with no pool or wifi for half the price. They advertised the pool and in-room wifi on Hotels.com as featured facilities that they had, they even have the pool and pictures of a pool printed on their brochure that was left in the room. When I enquired about the pool I got the 'no have' and 'not ready' response from the front desk staff. Not the staff's fault, it's really poor that the management/owner would false advertise in this way. I was very disappointed to say the least.
