Position and View is Great
Great location, easy parking in city centre, not fancy, not luxurious, no food services at all, the view is sublime. This is all about position position position and view...and not much else
During check-in, the receptionist demanded an additional payment with various claims. I insisted that I shouldn't pay anything beyond the VAT, but the worst part was that he spoke to us disrespectfully. We didn't receive the wine in our rooms as stated, and nothing was upgraded for us.
easy check in. very friendly helpful staff wasn't able to use AC
Very beautiful , great location , very comforatble , i recomend it a lot !
Our room was the Presidential Suite. It was very roomy with two floors, a full size kitchen, and two bathrooms. The appliances and furniture were solid but dated. Great views from the room and very convenient located to the major sites of Jerusalem. The best thing about the property is the staff, who were very helpful and accommodating. If you are coming with 2-4 people and don't mind cooking, it is a good place to stay. There is no restaurant or laundry facilities.
It was a good trip with excellent hotel.
Views are great especially facing old city
Penthouse luxury!
This was a top-notch stay. We stayed in a beautiful duplex overlooking Jerusalem and instantly felt cozy as soon as we walked in. The hotel is proximal to so many attractions—we didn’t use our car in Jerusalem once. The staff is so helpful and kind. We stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday and I’m so glad we stayed here. Gorgeous place, comfortable beds and seating options. Also, the hotel smelled really nice, which was a plus. Will be staying here again!
Great 2 floor apartment, spacious, quiet, with nice view of Jerusalem. Well located, with friendly staff.
Spacious rooms and location is good
The hotel provides great space for the family ina central location in Jerusalem. They provide good breakfast vouchers to get you out and into the city with a full tummy in the morning from a local eatery. While the rooms were spacious everything in them was breaking or on the cusp of breaking. Faucets falling off, multiple door handles falling on the floor, stair railings wobbling and keeping you safe with just a tiny screw, beautiful island in the kitchen that falls over when you lean on it, and mold in the bathrooms. It felt like the room was designed to look good in a photo but was not ultimately maintained for actual guests. The rooms served us well and provide spectacular views of the city. On the next visit I will still consider using this hotel but will definitely look for alternatives.
Our department was not clean - to say the least: rice in sink, hair in bathroom and more The toilet seat was broken as were mirror,s.
It doesn’t look like a hotel from the outside. But when you go to 21 st floor there’s the apartments. Excellent view! So much to do around. Very walkable. Excellent breakfast from local venders. Friendly staff too. A couple minor maintenance issues but the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need.
AWESOME apartment hotel
This apartment hotel is AWESOME. Two-level suite, so actually the 21st snd 22nd floors. 12 or 13 units around the 21st/22nd floors. Kitchen with appliances, dishes, cookware, etc., dining room/living room, and bathroom, downstairs. Large bedroom and bathroom with hot tub bath/shower upstairs. Nicely furnished, comfortable bed. Picture window along the width of the downstairs. In addition to a traditional dining room table, there was a bar-type table along the entire width of the picture window with high-top chairs so that you could eat or drink wine while enjoying the beautiful view. Our unit looked north in the direction of the Knesset and the Chords Bridge (aka the Bridge of Strings). There was a telescope next to the window. What a great extra! Very conveniently located. Right across the street from one end of the pedestrian area of Ben Yehuda Street and the bus stops to go anywhere in Jerusalem. (You'll need a Rav Kav transit card for the buses and trains.) Lots of good shopping and eating on or right off of Ben Yehuda Street. The apartment came with breakfast vouchers for 3 cafes and restaurants very nearby. The only negative about this apartment is the twisty staircase between the 2 levels. We decided to keep our suitcases downstairs rather than carry them up the narrow winding staircase. The next time we come to Jerusalem, this will be our FIRST CHIOCE of hotels.
The service was not rendered by the hotel. I showed up to the hotel to check in and nobody was there to answer the interphone or be available during our arrival day, therefore; I could not use the service. I left the hotel without knowing where to go at 5am. The least that the hotel could do is a refund, but not even. I paid for a service that I have never used. I am warning everybody DO NOT to go to this hotel EVER.
I feel so SORRY to write a late review, so many stuff to catch up after I came back from my Israel trip and finally I can share my experience here. We stayed in this amazing hotel for three nights between Apr 01 to Apr 04 when we traveled to Jerusalem. The hotel is in a very convenient location close to restaurants, shopping area, train/bus station and even have a HUGE local market nearby which we were there everyday (actually serval times in a day!)to try all kinds of local street food and fresh fruit and vegggie. The manager and staffs are very friendly to us. On the first day there was a issue with the air conditioning. After we talked to the manager Oz and the owner, you know what? He actually gave me a great offer that I could not refuse and upgrade us to the president suite which is facing right to the Temple Mount. what a magnificent view! I will never forget such a nice view in my life. Thank you so much Oz! I will definitely comes back again. I have already missed Jerusalem and Israel. This is the best place I have ever been!
Kind of a let down
It wasn’t the cleanest. Found some hair in the bathroom and on the towels. It was comfortable though. However, there was no air conditioning. The pictures posted were very deceiving. I would give this place a 3/5.
very happy though a little difficult with car parking and strollers narrow exit way
Great location
Staff were Fantastic! The rooms were a bit broken but the view was amazing and the staff were amazing
Horrible experience
An excellent stay. Location was perfect, staff could not be more helpful. Had choice of 3 breakfast locations to pick from each day. Two floor roomy suites.
Centrally located, FABULOUS panoramic views. Quiet.
Excellent location and very friendly staff. Rooms were great for a family
What a gem. Yoel and his team are professional, reliable, communicative, and accessible. The property is in the most ideal location, directly across the street from Ben Yehuda. Rooms are updated, very large, and private. Views are incredible. There is also a Shabbos elevator. Very affordable for what you are receiving. I'd stay here over the smaller rooms at the more expensive hotels any day. Would definitely stay here again.
The staff was very accommodating and always aimed to please. This is a great place for a family who needs extra space and wants nice accommodations
The 21st Floor Hotel is in the perfect place in Jerusalem. It is well-located and our room had a wonderful view of the old and new city. We could walk to the old city and there were lots of restaurants in the area. The room was clean, but there were some items in need of refreshing. The staff was really helpful and friendly.
Great apartment hotel
Large apartments. Breakfast Is at very good coffee shop which is 2m walk. Comfortable. Service is very good
Room in terrible condition
The view at this hotel was second to none, 21st floor on top of an office building , its truly was a 360 degree view. Each apartment (We booked 5 apartments) Each had its own personality, and each had its bedrooms on a second floor. The amenities included espresso machines in every room as well as available 24/7 in the office pantry area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shabatt dinner was not only excellent but also enough food for 3 meals.
Really impressed rested with the room, great view, and the surrounding area had everything we needed.
Great friendly staff and amazing view. Quiet!
Somebody personally reached out to me making sure what time i will arrive. Phenomenal customer service. Breathtaking view and great location. Rooms are nice and clean.
It’s a perfect location and a perfect place for a family. The rooms a good, but needs to be updated to be great. The staff are very helpful.
Great location with amazing view!
We had a very good experience. The people working there are so kind! Omar was so accommodating. The location is amazing. I would stay there again
Made us wait 5 hrs to check in, then kicked us out
Check in was on saturday. I was told check in would be delayed 3-5 hours. So up until 8p. They agreed to give me 3 or 4 hours late checkout as compensation. That was fair to me. Check out is normally 12, they said 3p or4p will be ok. I planned my day accordingly. At check in, after i paid, i was told the booking was for 3. It was clear we were only 2. I asked that they check to make sure i wasn't charged for 3. Without checking i was told, "I'm sure it's fine." It was about 30 minutes before rhe office closed so i ask that he at least check in the morning. My son and i went to our outing the next morning, then sat for lunch (12:30). I got a tense call from the office about how I'm past check out time. I explained the arrangement i was told and he denied knowing about it. I told him to check with his manager. He replied by telling me I have 1 hour to return to get out of the room. My son and I ate in haste, literally walked almost 2miles as that was "quicker" than a cab in traffic. We cancelled our next outing as this cut in the middle of our entire plan! I arrived and we were locked out of the room, things still inside! Even though we arrived begore the hour deadline! The manager let us in the room, i asked about our agreement and he sort of ignored me, didnt say anything and walked away as we gathered our things. We left the room and he asked if we were leaving ?? I said, you are throwing us out. He said nothing. Didnt answer my call
Very well priced for the size and convenience/location. I enjoyed a large, duplex room right in the city center at Ben yehuda street. It was perfect for my needs and I would be happy to return there on my next trip.
The suite on the 21st floor - excellent panorama and cuty view.
Unsatisfied!!
I booked this and was so disappointed!! I stayed at this same place about 2 years ago and was so happy it was amazing! This time was a nightmare from hell! Unclean, housekeeper left my door unlocked! No hot waster no phone in room! No futness center totally a lie and much more!!!
New room, nicely appointed, unbeatable views, and an excellent and attentive staff are all pluses. This is a nicely done hotel in an older tower. Though it offers few amenities itself, it is at the heart of Jerusalem's activities. While the outer grounds have seen better days, the location downtown is ideal, close to attractions, restaurants, shopping, transportation, and the Old City.
Amazing location with spectacular view of the Old City and a direct view towards the Kotel. we came here this week for our first wedding anniversary. First class place all the way. If you're Shomer Shabbat, only stay here Sunday night through Thursday night, because all rooms are on the 18th floor or 21st floor. Less expensive than most large hotels in Jerusalem. My wife and I would happily stay there again and again.
Not pleased at all
When I booked this hotel room under "in the room" it said that there was a jetted bathtub and there was not a jetted bathtubs but a regular shower and above all they charged me an extra 50 shekel in taxes which was not shown at all on this app which had to pay in cash and there was no toilet paper in the room.
There are better hotels
Bad maintenance of the rooms. Bad service, very hard to catch someone on the phone. No warm water for shower. Go to other hotel!
Great location,Customer relations should improve
We took the basic double room and got a room on the 18th floor which half of it was still under construction, so there was paint smell and during the day there was noise (at night it was fine). So I would upgrade to a room on the 21st floor is possible. Pros: +Great Location, close to Jaffa street and right in the middle between Mahane Yehuda and Mamila. 10-15 mins walk to the old city. +Amazing View. +Good value for money. +Comfortable mattress and decent water pressure. Cons: - Service was a problem. The receptionist was nice. The manager/owner was not. We arrived at Thursday 16:30 for 1 night. The manager told us that the check-out time is earlier on 10:00-10:30 Friday. When we told him that in the reservation it says 12:00 he said that this is because at 14:00 Israel goes to lock down. We told him that we should have been informed before arriving since it changes our plans but he wasn't interested, didn't apologize and just said he can't update what the web-site says quickly enough. It's important to note that the receptionist contacted me Thursday morning and could have told me that and that the lock down wasn't a surprise. Another issue was that we received the room without toilet paper. We found out only at 21:00 and no one was at the hotel. We called the emergency number and the guy send us to look in a dark storage room and we didn't find toilet paper. It took them over an hour to bring us the toilet paper. So I recommend to improve the way they treat customers.
The hotel is very well located, in the city center and not too far away from the old city. The view from the room is amazing. However, the room is not that well maintained. Another very strange incident we've had is that at 11PM, when everyone were asleep, the receptionist decided to knock on our door and then to call our cell phone, just to ask us if we turned our air conditioner off. I honestly cannot understand what is so urgent to wake us up with two small children just to ask us this question!
Exsellent
Friendly staff
NO HOT WATER? IT HAPPENS!
I picked here for my bride to stay the night before our wedding. Then I get a phone call from the friend staying with her to say that there was no hot water! What makes this worse is that my bride was mid shower with soap in her hair! I am appalled. As if the day before your wedding is not stressful enough, she had to deal with this. Washing her hair out with ice cold water. When we mentioned what had happened to the person at the desk their response was, and I quote, "It happens." Excuse me?!?!?!? When I book to stay in a hotel, I do not expect that a basic necessity such as hot water to be an issue and I am confident that had my bride stayed anywhere else, I would never have a gotten such a phone call nor would I have recieved such a response from the hotel, "it happens!" When I pay for a service, there is a general understanding that the service will be provided not that I will be told, "it happens" with no offer of compensation or gesture of good will. I would continue writing more about how upset & annoyed I am that my bride was in tears the night before the most special day in our life but I'm running out of chatacters. 21st Floor Suites, this is unacceptable and quite frankly disgusting and I don't think we will be staying here again.
I Highly Recommend This Place!
I have stayed here many times before. Great location, great apartment and great staff.
Great stay at 21st floor hotel
The reception staff were all friendly and welcomed us with smiles. The suite was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Breakfast out in restaurant was great as well as Saturday morning in the hotel Extras for shabbat were all provided including a beautiful while tablecloth. Can not beat the location or the view. Would definitely stay there again! To avoid confusion just make sure your cab driver knows the drop off is Migdal Hair / City Tower address is mordechai aliash 2.
It was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Galit was in touch with us via email and phone prior to our arrival. The space is an apartment but with a cleaning crew every morning, exchanging our towels, and a breakfast voucher which could be used at three different food places. Best of all was location. It is Super central- you are on Ben Yehuda street, down the block is Jaffa st where the light rail is, and machine Yehuda (the Shuk) is an 8 minute walk. There is a sabbath elevator that goes up and down straight from the 21st fl to the ground level so it’s not a long wait, and they have keys for sabbath, as well as hot plates and hot water urn.
DO NOT EVEN THINK OF STAYING HERE. MY HUSBAND AND I FLEW IN FROM THE STATES AND GOT TO THE PROPERTY AROUND 11:00PM AFTER ALMOST 24 HOURS OF TRAVELING. WE WERE MET BY WHAT HE CALLED HIMESELF AS A "FRIEND OF THE OWNER" TO TAKE US TO OUR ROOM. HE TOLD US OUR ROOM WE BOOKED WASN'T AVAILABLE AND FOR US TO STAY IN THIS OTHER ROOM AND WE CAN GO TO THE OFFICE IN THE MORNING TO DISCUSS A DISCOUNT. HE LEFT AND A FEW MINUTES LATER, WE SAW THERE WASN'T EVEN A SQUARE OF TOILET PAPER OR NOT 1 TOWEL IN THE ROOM. ADDITIONALLY, IT LOOKED LIKE THE BED HAD BEEN SLEPT IN AND THEN MADE UP. WHEN WE CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE RESERVATION, THE SO CALLED "FRIEND" ANSWERED AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO ABOUT IT. AFTER DOING SOME INVESTIGATING WE FOUND WERE THE SO CALLED "FRIEND" WAS STAYING AND KNOCKED ON HIS DOOR. WHEN HE OPENED THE DOOR HE WAS DOWN RIGHT RUDE AND AGAIN SAYING THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO. WE WENT TO OTHER FLOORS LOOKING FOR CLEAN LINEN AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HE, THE SO CALLED "FRIEND" GOT IN OUR FACE AND BEGAN RAISING HIS VOICE AT US. WE RAN INTO ANOTHER GUEST OF THIS UNIT WHO STATED THEY TO WERE IN NEED OF TOWELS BUT COULD NOT LOCATE THEM OR ANYONE THAT COULD ASSIST. WE TRAVEL OFTEN AND THE BASIS AMENITIES OF TOILET PAPER AND TOWELS ARE STANDARD IN ANY HOTEL STAY. HAD THIS SO CALLED "FRIEND" OFFERED TO HELP, THIS WOULD HAVE ENDED VERY DIFFERENTLY. LONG STORY SHORT, 2:00 AM WE STOOD OUTSIDE HAILING A CAB IN THE RAIN AND LEFT THE KEY AT THE DOOR MAN DOWNSTAIRS.
Amazing location at the top of Ben Yehuda Street. Parked underground and then had to take two different elevators to get to hotel on the 21st floor. Free Breakfast options are great at restaurants nearby. Only complaints: toilet seat kept coming off and they don’t clean to room daily.
The size of the flat is good. The cleanliness of the whole floor including the lobby, the apartment itself was pretty appalling to be frank. The bathroom and the apartment floor not only wasn’t clean when we arrived but was still left pretty filthy even after we mentioned it to the reception On a Number of occasions. We went so far as to make sure slippers or shoes were worn at all times by us all. The sofa was grimey and unclean and full of stains that we refused to use it. We mentioned to the manager when we were leaving about the issues and he promised us that he would contact us within a few days but as yet we still haven’t heard. The location although was good
Great value, prime location
We loved our stay! Welcoming staff in a prime location; the staff really went above and beyond to meet all our needs. We felt that we received great value for the price. The included breakfast at local restaurants was also a winner, as was the stunning view of the city and the unique loft hotel room. My only concern is the windows. Awesome windows that open up to the outside, but this would be scary for me if our small kids had been with us.
Great suite. Very modern. Would stay here again for sure.
i cancelled the reservation because i have to have back surgery and they would not refund me the amount that i paid. I have a doctors letter enforcing my reason
This hotel is only the top floor of an apartment building which is a bit confusing upon arrival. The lobby was in disrepair. When we checked in, we were informed that the elevator would possibly not be working the next day, they didnt know the hours or the details. Most importantly they weren’t very apologetic about it. It turns out that it was working so didn’t impact our stay. The suite itself was cute and well decorated. It has everything you need and a great view. It’s within walking distance to everything. The breakfast that was included was very good at Nocturno, a nearby cafe.
We are disappointed we will not return !!!
The pictures of the suite we booked on the site are not of the room we got ,the room in the hotel was really different!!!
Mi pepr experiencia . He visitado muchos hoteles pero esto fue lo peor.
The property had a very nice view of the city. the layout of the room was nice and open. while at the same time you had the ability for a more private setting upstairs.
Spectacular View
This is a lovely boutique hotel, close to the Machane Yehuda market -- a little under a mile from the Old City. If you get a Jerusalem view, the views are spectacular.
great for families
Top location in Jerusalem, you will stay on the penthouse floor with fantastic view. You get an upper bedroom plus a 'downstairs' living room w sleep sofa -Super if you are going with another family or couple - we had 4 such suites for a large family group. You get to be close enough to spend extra time with each other in a very comfortable setting
What a view and the room is great too.
Despite the wonky name, this hotel was a solid 10. The rooms and bathroom are spacious, beds are new and comfortable, and the view is spectacular. The AC was perfect in Jerusalem’s summer heat. Did I mention the view? You have 3 choices for breakfast and we loved Cafe Rimon. The location is excellent, right at the top of Ben Yehuda Street, about a mile from the Jaffa Gate, with buses outside the building and the tram at the end of Ben Yehuda, plus a grocery store in the basement. All staff spoke excellent English and made good recommendations. Highly recommended.
Amazing rooms in the perfect location central to everything
The staff there were so helpful! We had an early morning flight and they made arrangements to have breakfast in our suite prior to our departure. They were always willing to provide all information to make our stay nicer. If you rent a car, prepare to pay to park. That would be the only downfall. We wanted to explore on our own without tours, so that is our own doing. All in all, we probably saved money doing it our way. Our family really loved this hotel and it was so different than any hotel we've ever stayed in.
Incredible hotel!
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Excellent location, service. Good breakfast in a nearby restaurants.
A nice Hotel
In this trip, I have stay at three different hotels in Jerusalem for similar price range. This hotel is the best. It would get perfect score if the following are fixed: The towel rack in the bathroom need to move up. It could be hazardous. It is easly hit when going out of the bathtub.
Spectacular views!
Super modern apartment-style accommodations near the old city with AMAZING views! We received a breakfast voucher for each morning to one of 3 different restaurants, which we enjoyed. Very clean and within walking distance to many locations in Jerusalem.
The perfect place for a family stay. Specially for a religous familly - all the facilities they have really make the difference.
bad customer service rude and not professional , they use street language and everything feels unsafe
Good location
Taxi couldn’t find at first. Breakfast was good but off-site. Bathroom on second floor of room.
hotel was terrible. dirty, unsafe and unattended. open electrical wires in a room with a baby cot! giant hairballs in the bathtub! crib we ordered was not assembled and took the attendant nearly half an hour to find it. nighttime attendant not on call when we arrived so we could not get in to the room not enough sheets and towels for everyone booked in the room moldy and musty smell throughout furniture scratched and carpet worn. dust everywhere. we complained to them and all they offered us was half off our next stay. we would NEVER stay there again so that is worthless. buyer beware.
The view of Jerusalem is superb. The loft with 2 bedrooms upstairs are great for a large family.
The only thing unique is the view of the Jerusalem and the fact that you won’t get lost all you need do is look out for the building itself. The hotel is not a hotel like what I’ve become accustomed too. The check- in is on the 21t floor of the building. We stayed in the “presidential” suite but there’s nothing presidential about the shower in a bath tub with a shower head and only 1 full bathroom for 6 people to use. In totality I can’t say my stay was unpleasant other than don’t expect much and you will be pleasantly surprised.
Disappointed with this property, because it's not a hotel , with need to walking outside the building for breakfast. , tube dirtier, ....
Great view, attentive staff terrific amenities and it’s In Yerushalyim!
Beautiful location but difficult to get to.
Beautiful unit badly in need of water damage repair. The bed was rather hard. Towels also need to be replaced. The elevators were a nightmare. The parking was expensive and also a nightmare to navigate the main garage attached to the building. Location is right at the top of Ben Yehuda Street so that was great. The staff were also great. Just difficult getting to the building.
Astonishing!
Hands down the best hotel we've ever stayed at.
The hotel itself was really nice...and very different. It occupied the top floor of a 21 story building adjacent to Jaffa Street, and about a half mile from the Old City - great location. The staff was very nice, and very, very helpful. They arranged two fantastic tours for us - one of the Old City an one of Bethlehem. The building itself was a bit dodgy - the elevators were shut down one evening and the facade was pretty rough, but the hotel was a really nice surprise, and a really good value! We would definitely stay there again.
+10 perfect hotel.
The hotel was perfect, order the hotel 5 minutes before arriving . Upgrade the room for free, the room was perfect, i’m from israel and i was surprised how good the hotel. The view is amazing all over jerusalem , The location was very center and can walk to whenever you want. The stuff was perfect and every thing was very clean. Thanks you.
Nice, clean, roomy suite with nice, clean big bathroom. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful, we stayed there for 4 nights and happy with them. I would strongly recommend it
We loved it! This place can be amazing or bad depending on your expectations. Would totally go back. If you are travelling with kids or want separate sleeping areas, an amazing view and perfect location + kitchen for less than the price of 2 hotel rooms, you will love it. This is one step above a really nice Airbnb. You get some services, but its not a hotel. The people in the office were super nice. Super flexible, helpful & will try & help you with what they can. If you are thinking this is a hotel you will be sorely disappointed. Its an office building, the entry is a bit confusing & ugly, only one elevator worked, the 2nd was breaking down, 3rd was being renovated 4th not working, but it wasn't to bad. The maintenance was not good, our sink had no hot water, tile was missing, showers can run out of hot water in some rooms, black marble streaks hard to clean. Noise travels between the rooms if people are really loud. There are some ugly back stairs on the floor etc. However, value, 2 rooms and view make it worth it 100% The Saturday breakfast was very good and very convenient, the coupons for breakfast were great, leave some extra time in the morning. They will arrange for a simple breakfast mostly cheese and breads/pastries if you are in a rush not so good if you don't eat dairy. If they focus on maintenance, need to fix paint, make sure CD players hot water, the spaces are very hip, cool & each unique. If you are flexible, you will love it.
WAY TO SMALL
we were given the impression that the "presidential suite" can accommodate 2 couples without a problem - we even ad more money to get this suite - ITS IS NOT By the time we checked in it was to late to change
Awesome hotel. A hidden gem.
The halls are narrow and hard to navigate with our double stroller. The check-in on Friday was chaotic and stressful. The view from the suite was great
I am a repeat customer because of the hotel's excellent service and convenience. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Old City, Ben Yehuda, and the Market. I had the choice of three different nearby cafes to have free breakfast each morning. Having the kitchenette is practical as I could buy produce at the market and fix my meals instead of eating out all the time.
Ideal location for minimum of 2 guests or more. Views are spectacular. Lots of wear-tear evident but that’s Israel in general. Great value!
The location of the hotel is great.
Terrible
I reported a stolen item from our room and got no response at all from the hotel.
Great all around hotel. From the big loft style rooms to the great location. Best value
The hotel is perfectly located, central and within walking distance of Old City, Mahane Yehuda market, pedestrian walkways, the train, etc. I is a bit strange the way it is located on the top floor of an office building but there is always someone at the front desk of the building so I always felt safe. The rooms are huge and the views are great. Very clean. The staff was really helpful when my flight got cancelled, arranging a ride for me to the airport during Shabbat, and letting me hang out in an unoccupied suite for an hour while I waited for my taxi since it was already Shabbat but my flight didn't leave until 11pm. Staying at the 21st Floor Hotel is not the traditional hotel experience with a big lobby, restaurant, gift shop, etc. but the accommodations are great and it is a special and unique place.
The hotel is beautiful and well located, with calm and courteous staff. The views are amazing, and the breakfast spots they give you vouchers for are very close by and very good. The laundry service was also fast and hassle free. If you want a full service hotel with full amenities and pool, then this won't work, but it is otherwise amazing.
Couldn’t ask for a better Location! Clean, Hospital, lots of room for a family of 5. Would highly recommend it!
Property could have been nice but it was poorly maintained with A lot of deferred maintenance. Staff was very attentive and nice. Property needs a furniture upgrade and a good common area cleaning. Excellent location. I would assume an absentee owner.
Great location. Walk to old city. Free breakfast vouchers at wonderful restaurants
Only drawback is parking. Not a great entrance. We had a driver so he was able to pull off and drop us off but we had to move quickly because we held up traffic.
Great location at intersection Ben Yehuda and King George streets. 10 - 15 minute walk to Old City. Literally on 21st floor. Helpful staff, as soon as we asked, they made the sofa into a bed. Suite has bedroom and bath up winding staircase, kitchenette, desk and sofa downstairs. Saturday breakfast at hotel; otherwise they provided coupons to eat at one of 3 nearby restaurants. We preferred Cafe Rimon. Clean bathroom, tub has high sides.

This is the best place I’ve stayed in I had one thing that bothered me and that was the in the winter they don’t have air conditioning only heating and if you are like me and need to sleep cold it can get in the way a lot but let me tell u it was still worth it this place is amazing but they should fix that all in all 10/10
