This property is located in the medieval part of Rhodes and is very unique and convenient. The room all slightly different going that boutique feel. The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. I felt safe even though there was a severe storm on the island and the generator was pretty seamless.

they offer a ride to the taxi station out of charge which is extremely convenient for the property located in the old town the breakfast is à la carte and until late which gives great flexibility the TVs could be improved (which is not necessary since Rhodes has so much better to offer than watching TV in a hotel room)

10GR went above and beyond in every way. As soon as we checked in we were greeted by Elias who ensured we had a great stay. Our room was incredibly unique and had everything we needed. From laundry service, check in, dining, etc, every staff member went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. My only regret is not staying longer in Rhodes, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Great hotel in old town!

This was a really interesting and beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend. Also the staff were so friendly and helpful. And it’s right in the middle of old town. The location couldn’t be better.

Charming boutique hotel in old town Rhodes, it was within minutes’ walk to all attractions. And the staff were the most amazing and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Would return to beautiful Rhodes and stay again at this hotel in a heartbeat!

Very pleasant stay for one night

Wonderful and guest-focused in an intimate and modernized space integrated into the ancient citadel. Interesting and comfortable appointments in a super-welcoming environment. We already want to go back.

Excellent location right in centre of OldTown. Rooms very clean but incredibly small (was fooled by wide angle photos). Apart from that couldn’t fault it. Nice bar, fabulous breakfast and lovely staff. Would stay again but only 2 or 3 nights max

In the middle of the old town but the rooms are very quiet. Wine bar if you want a tasting! Rooms have patios where u can sit and enjoy the sunshine and there is also a rooftop area with lounge chairs. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel

Amazingly helpful from even before we arrived. Dropped us out of the old town after our stay and also offered to take us to the pharmacy after hours. Very central for walking about the old town too.

This hotel is an absolute gem; An oasis in the thick of the old town bustle. The rooms are so quiet that I’ve been sleeping 11-12 hours per night because nothing wakes me up. Breakfast is phenomenal. It’s not the giant buffet of the mega resort but made special for each guest. I’ve been having the traditional Greek breakfast with a tomato and feta salad, fried eggs, toast, amazing yogurt with honey, coffee and fresh squeezed juice. The dining space is set within an incredible build out of an old world, stone shell. Whomever built this small hotel put their whole heart into it. And you can feel that soul the minute you walk in. Just the amount of recessed, secondary lighting in the restaurant and the rooms is a layer of care that you rarely find. The staff are the best in the business. True professionals. That said, have the front desk help you book a $27 round trip ferry ride to the island of Symi. The quant town has gorgeous little swimming beaches within a short walking distance from the boat drop off. Once you return to Rhodes, check out a club called Legends, five mins from the hotel, with live acoustic music each night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A lovely arrival drive was waiting for us at the reception along with wine and water provided in the rooms. The setting was very special in the old town of Rhodes and the staff were so helpful- even taken us in the golf cart for our ferry crossing to symi. The breakfast was also wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect location and cool rooms after a busy day in the beach and exploring.

We loved the location close to Kolona port since we were taking an early morning ferry the next day. Staff made arrangements for a packed breakfast and drove us to the ferry the next morning. Quiet and beautiful rooms in the heart of Rhodes Town! Will be booking again!

Unique interior design with comfy outside seating for individual rooms. Staff really helpful and friendly, good access to port/harbour. Room toiletries excellent, good use of small space. Good for just one or two nights at a time, not enough space for longer stays so trying suite next time. Only reason for 4 star is room size, bit small. Layout of 2nd room on our second night stay made it feel less cramped.

Still THE best wine hotel in Rhodes Town

I absolutely love this place and have stayed several times en route to holidays in Symi. Great Greek wine, nice food and a super convenient location. The best feature is that each room has a lovely terrace where you can relax and have drinks / dine. A word of warning though...I've always considered this place to be THE wine hotel in Rhodes Town. However one of my friends accidentally booked us another (new) hotel of similar name on a recent trip, much to our disappointment. In our opinion the other place was nowhere near as good an experience for wine lovers so, if it's great Greek wine you're after, I'd always recomment 10 GR.

Great hotel with amazing people working in it!

5 night stay.

Wonderful stay in every way except we were slightly disappointed by the size of the room, too cramped for two people to spend any significant time awake and very little storage space. Though it was very quiet at night . Otherwise perfect. Amazing friendly helpful staff who gave us a ride to the port for our ferry to Kos. Breakfast is wonderful , items are ordered from the menu but are included in the room rate. The location is perfect for exploring the old city. Wifi worked fine for our needs. I think the rooms on the upper level were deluxe and possibly larger so I would recommend those for couples. Perfect choice, room size aside.

Wonderful and friendly check in by Antonio. Made to feel very welcome and room was fabulous. The outside private terrace was such a wonderful touch and we enjoyed breakfast and dinner out there. Nicholas and the whole team were extremely friendly and we will definitely be staying at 10GR again when we come back to Rhodes. Thank you for making our trip to Rhodes special!

Lovely property. Rooms a little small but have everything you need. Very clean and comfy. Staff very friendly and efficient, nice welcome from them. Close to the ports so good access and central to restaurants and bars.

Not for us

Unfortunately we only needed the room for around 8 hours while we waited for our flight , the room was too hot and the air con could not be turned lower than 28 ! We staying the the room 15 minutes and left . Nobody was at reception so I left the key under the keyboard . Also be aware the rooms are very very small .

Good stay inside the walls of old town

Booked as a gold member VIP. Unfortunately didn’t get an upgraded room. Stayed in deluxe double, was very small room. If I had known in advance it was that small I would have booked the suite. Staff were excellent and welcoming. Front desk, breakfast service staff and chef were all fantastic. Breakfast was very good!

It was beyond amazing. Came here with no expectations very last minute, and even a 0100 AM checkin was 100% seamless and smooth. The breakfast the next morning was complimentary and simply delicious! Also great espresso, everything perfect. I wish I came earlier the night before so that I would have had time for the (also) complimentary bottle of Greek white wine! Next time I will make sure. I’ll be back! By the way, perfect location right in the center of Rhodes old town…

Love, love, love this boutique hotel. The rooms are small but so thoughtfully designed that it is not at all uncomfortable. Every detail was perfect. A short walk from the ferry terminal to the hotel, and they drove us back to the ferry the morning of our departure which was a wonderful gesture. The reception desk attendant offered great suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We wish we had more than only 2 nights in Rhodes, so we will definitely need to return. Loved "getting lost" just exploring all the little alleyways and streets. Highly recommend this lovely property.

What a great place. Right in the middle, yet wonderfully tranquil and quiet. The staff are fantastic, special call out to Irini, Leda, Alexandra, Nikos and all of the rest of the team who made our trip so great. Wonderful dining options, an amazing wine bar on the groud floor, and great stone rooms cool in the heat, with small outside spaces for the sun when it is not too hot! Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Irene is amazing!! Great customer service and was so helpful to answer all of our questions. She provided us with recommendations for dining and things to do and we were very pleased with her suggestions. The hotel is very unique and has an excellent wine bar. All of the staff were very friendly too! It is located right in the heart of the Old Port. I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

We had the best time at 10GR hotel. We spent 4 nights and stayed in the Ialysos room. It was large and the bed very comfortable. Leda on the front desk was amazing. So friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fabulous location. The breakfast each day was good and if we were leaving early for a day trip she’d have some sandwiches, cake and water ready for us to take. We will definitely stay here again .

This hotel was in a great location for all attractions in the walled city of Rhodes. The breakfast included with our room was made to order and even included gluten free baguettes that met my dietary restrictions. The customer service can only be described as excellent. Our room was unique in every way and wonderfully well thought out for convenience and comfort.

Not long enough. Old Town Rhodes was great, hotel was perfectly situated and it was a surprisingly lovely hotel. Staff couldn’t have been nicer.

This is a great little hotel in the heart of Rodos Old Town. Despite that (and the wine bar downstairs!), the rooms are very quiet and we had a very comfortable stay. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful and the food is good, with lots of flexibility on timings (e.g. breakfast until 11, lunch until 4, etc.). There could be a bit more variety in the menu, but the quality and service are excellent. Driving is not allowed in the Old Town, but the hotel has an electric shuttle to get you from/to the nearby taxi rank at the Liberty Gate. Note that there is no lift to the rooms.

10GR is located in the middle of the medieval town of Rodos, and is the perfect base for exploring this historically-interesting town. The 10GR staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, and the boutique hotel is a gem. There are many nice restaurants surrounding the hotel, and the hotel breakfast is a vey nice way to start your day before exploring the museums and medieval streets.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was exceptional. Staff took our bags upstairs whilst we had a welcome drink, kept the kitchen open late so we could eat. Evening meal & breakfasts were amazing. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes old town

Amazing character property!

The staff throughout the hotel was over the top friendly and helpful. Every single one of them, the breakfast fellas, the ladies at the desk, all of them, and the room attendants, two of them. They are to be commended as standard bearers in the industry.

Great property and staff!

We cannot praise this hotel highly enough and would stay again in a heart-beat. We were a party of two couples during the last week of March when the Old Town of Rhodes was quieter. When we arrived late in the evening the wine bar was very busy, but we were greeted immediately and offered a seat and a glass of wine each. We were able to fill out our checking-in forms and relax, in fact we relaxed so fast we ended up ordering some food which was delivered to our table quickly and efficiently - it was delicious. We were delighted with our stone rooms afterwards and settled in quickly, enjoying the comfort of our beds. Throughout the week, the rooms were kept very clean and tidy and we would like to praise the room staff that looked after room 8 and kept us cheerful throughout the week with humorous towel sculptures. We enjoyed our own designated outdoor spaces which were also kept very clean and tidy. During the week we dined in the hotel one more time and enjoyed an excellent meal. Our hosts Nick and Nick were so friendly, welcoming and polite, as well as knowledgeable about the wine being served. Thanks to them for their lovely smiles throughout our stay. We would also like to thank the other Nick for his kind attention every breakfast time learning off by heart what we all wanted to eat and drink. On two days, we had early starts so Nick had our breakfast out on the table or a packed lunch ready to take out. Thanks 10GR! We love you!

Great place to stay

Great hospitality by staff and very comfortable

This hotel is located in the heart of Old Town. It is about 200 feet from the Archaeological Museum and near the Jewish Quarter and lots of restaurants. The service was wonderful from the concierge Ali to the manager Irena. Housekeeping was also a big plus. The room has all the amenities you need, including things you may have left home, plentiful plush towels, and robes. There are nice views outside from the larger rooms which is the room size I would recommend. The bed and sheets are very comfortable. There is very good complimentary coffee in the room as well as teas. I received free bottled water and a bottle of wine as I was staying 4 nights. Breakfast was included in my plan and was very good.

This was one of the best experiences at a hotel we've had. We only stayed one night but we will definitely choose this hotel when we come back to Rhodes. It's right in the centre of the old town and walking distance to everything. The staff were so accommodating to everything that we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we were organised for our flight early the next morning and even organised sandwiches and waters for us to take with. Really lovely hotel and staff

Hotel is very cozy, spacious rooms and tasty decorated. Location couldn’t be better, only downside it’s a little walk from the city walls, no car allowed. There was no one in the front desk to promptly check out, than employee accused me of no pay, room what’s paid in advanced. Other employees and clerks were helpful and charming.

This hotel is everything we could have hoped for. Our room was very spacious, clean and bright. All with modern luxuries. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They even packed us a sandwich to take when we checked out early morning to catch our flight home since we would miss the complimentary breakfast. The wine bar is beautiful and the hotel is tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork. We loved the boutique feel and atmosphere. We felt like family staying here and would highly recommend you stay here when visiting Old town. It was so nice to just step outside the hotel doors and be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We will for sure be back one day!

Weather was great, right in the heart of Rhodes old town, the hotel is modern but feels rustic, lovely staff, would love to return again.

The setting was perfect especially on an evening, not too commercial or noisy lots of nearby choice for guests, The staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble, the place is immaculate from top to bottom , and the private taxi from the drop off through the narrow streets at 2 o,clock in the morning and the driver was happy to be of service , only 1 negative storage space nowhere to put your clothes needs at least a set of drawers :)

Perfection in the walled city

This was one of the most unique and best hotels I have stayed in. The spa was top notch and the on site wine tasting was amazing! I can’t say enough about the staff!! They picked us up at the drop off point outside the walled city and their generosity and attentiveness never stopped. The rooms were spotless and made up each day to perfection. This hotel made our whole week in Rhodes a success and not soon forgotten. Try it! You’ll love it!

We had a lovely time in 10GR Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, great service and excellent location. There is a wine bar on the ground floor with a nice selection of drinks and good food. I would recommend it to everyone visiting Rhodes.

Such a lovely little hotel in old town. Treated so well by staff! My only recommendations would be to lower the makeup mirror to a useable height and add another shelf near sink.

The hotel is beautiful

The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect. I am a fairly light sleeper and was worried about the potential noise from the street outside, but I needn't have worried because the sound proofing in my room was excellent. I stayed in the Lindos room it was very spacious and clean. The shower was great and found the bed very comfortable. I can't say enough positive things about the staff, they were amazing and being a solo traveller in these uncertain times, they put me at ese and made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Beautiful, welcoming, and well-located

Beautiful decor, nice facilities and terrific staff who went out of their way to help. Location right in the middle of everything, but quite soundproofed so we slept well. Would happily stay here over and over, no complaints. Rooms are small, but well-designed so it didn't impact our enjoyment one bit (and the small rooms were easier to cool -- Rhodes city was 30+ overnight when we were there). Be sure to take them up on their little ride from the city gates, it doesn't look far but the comfort of their cart is much easier than taking suitcases across cobblestones.

Perfect location, styliah, comfortable, with clean rooms (even though small, but well designed and practical).

Very dissapointed with the staff...they were not nice. They gave us a room where the airconditioning was broken and we waited 2 hours on the beach in the evening for them to fix it. That was after going down twice to ask for help in fixing the problem. They couldn't fix the problem so we had to pack up and move to another room. I think they could have offered a room change right away. They were also rude when checking in...answering calls while I was checking in and I waited for them to finish with the calls before they came back to me. They had us use a self check in system which malfactioned twice while I was trying to use it. Check in took 30 minutes instead of 4 minutes. I was suppose to get a $60 vochure for the spa which they didnt give me at check in. Orbitz emailed me and asked if they gave it to me. I had to call down for it. While waiting on the beach for the room to be fixed we wanted to put up the umbrella that was obstruction our view and an an employee rudely yelled at us to not touch the umbrella. The mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. In summarry the service and staff were not very nice to us.

Lovely boutique hotel in the old town. Good services, staff are so friendly and very helpful, especially Ms Fortina at the Reception. The service staff in the restaurant has an knowledge about wines. I would strongly recommend this 10GR hotel and will return if we come back to Rhodes next time.

Real Gem of a hotel.

The hotel is lovely, very very small rooms but for a single overnight in the middle of the old town was perfect. Breakfast was fab with a good choice in the menus. Hotel I think is a little expensive but appreciate this is unique, boutique , and also right in the middle of the old town.
