Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. It is the property’s policy that children under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian. Guests are required to provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship and authorization upon arrival. All guests, including children, must present either a valid physical passport or Singapore's National Registration Identity Card at check-in.
