Ferry transfers depart from Holt St Wharf in Pinkenba and are payable on arrival according to the listed transfer service fees. Guests must contact the resort prior to arrival to choose an alternative ferry time. Guests may also choose to book their own ferry tickets. This property has occasional scheduled power outages. Guests who require continuous power supply for life support equipment must notify the property 96 hours prior to check-in.
