The front desk is open daily from 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Shivas´s CItySleep, Geldern Str. 22, 50739 Köln]. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
