You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Administrative fee: COP 20000 per person, per stay
• You may be required to pay VAT (19%) at the property. Nonresident travelers who pay using a foreign card or bank transfer and present a valid passport and tourist visa may be exempt from value-added tax (19%) on tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel service).
• A damage deposit of COP 200000 will be collected before check-in.

• If you are traveling with a child your property may require you to present the following documents: Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian visitors) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.

Instructions spéciales

Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Quiet hours are enforced at the property from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
