The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. In winter, this property is accessible only via snowmobile. Guests must park their vehicle at Ryuoo ski park, and meet the property's snowmobile transfer at the Information Center. Guests must contact the property when they arrive at the departure and arrival depot at the Information Center (rear door by the bathroom on 2nd floor).
