• A city tax may be collected at the property. The city tax ranges from JPY 100-500 per person, per night based on the nightly room rate. The tax does not apply to nightly rates under JPY 5,000. • A tax is imposed by the city: JPY 150.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.

• Children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• A car is not required for transportation to and from this property.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Additional fees of JPY 2000 apply to children ages 4-5 for half board, when sharing existing bedding with their parent. Fees are collected at the property. This property's Universal Studios Store will close on March 31, 2024. Guests cannot purchase studio passes and merchandise at this property after this date.
