You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Destination fee: USD 2.25 per accommodation, per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• The seasonal pool will be open from March to November.
• Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Up to 4 children 18 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Masks are required in public areas for unvaccinated guests.

• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card may be required at check-in for incidental charges
• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed
• Minimum Spring Break check-in age is 21 years old

• This property has outdoor spaces, such as balconies, patios, terraces which may not be suitable for children; if you have concerns, we recommend contacting the property prior to your arrival to confirm they can accommodate you in a suitable room
• Masks are required at the property for guests without COVID-19 vaccination
