The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - midnight. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests must arrange transfers from Krabi Airport to the property, either by arranging transfer service with the property or by public transport. To arrange transfer service with the property, guests must contact the property with their flight details after booking. Contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Transfer service from Krabi Airport to the property is 30 minutes via car to Laem Kruat Pier, and then 40 minutes via long-tail boat or 25 minutes via speedboat to the resort. Public transportation from Krabi Airport to the property is 30 minutes via taxi or bus to Laem Kurat Pier, and then 40 minutes via public boat to the resort. The public boat departs daily at 9 AM, 10 AM, 11:30 AM, 2:30 PM, 4 PM, 5:30 PM, and 6 PM. From November 1 to April 30, guests can reach the property via 45-minute ferry ride from Klong Jirad Pier. The ferry departs daily at 11:30 AM.
