Construction is underway nearby. There may be noise disturbance from the construction work from November 3, 2025-March 31, 2026. This property is located in the city's Low Emission Zone; only low-emission vehicles are permitted to enter. Guests with non-Spanish license plates must register their vehicle with the city in advance.
