The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 4:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests are recommended to download the property's Britannia Apartments mobile app before check-in.
