• A tax is imposed by the city: JPY 150.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Hot springs access available from 6:00 AM to midnight.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Guests can access their rooms with a mobile device.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

The front desk is open daily from 3:30 PM - 11:00 AM. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests are required to download the property's Jinya Connect Mobile Conciergeェルジュ mobile app before check-in.
