The front desk is open daily from 9 AM - 10:00 PM. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [6456 Obergurgl, Ramolweg 19.]. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
