The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Check-in 11 PM-6:30 AM takes place at the Hotel des Balance across the street. The Hotel Krone Lucerne is located in a pedestrian-only zone. Cars are allowed to park in front of the hotel only during arrival and departure.
