Guests must transfer via boat and shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 48 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property offers transfers from the ferry terminal and airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property provides shared speedboat (surcharge) transfer service to/from Royal Phuket Marina; this service includes shared transportation to/from Phuket International Airport only. Guests already staying in Phuket are requested to arrange their own transportation to Royal Phuket Marina. Guests traveling from hotels in Krabi or from Krabi International Airport, will be required to arrange their own transportation. Speedboat schedule: Depart from OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort at 11 AM and arrive at Royal Phuket Marina at noon; depart from from Royal Phuket Marina at 2 PM and arrive at OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort at 3 PM. Departure and arrival times are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Guests are requested to arrive at Royal Phuket Marina and check-in at the departure lounge by 1:30 PM to ensure a smooth boarding process.
