Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Breakfast is served at Club Lounge located on the 32 floor of the property for guests who book a rate plan with Club Lounge access during 7 AM-11 AM (last order at 10:30 AM). Additional fees apply to children 0-5 years old for breakfast when booked in a breakfast rate plan and sharing existing bedding with their parent.

• Guests must be at least 20 years old to access the fitness facility, spa, pool, and hot springs. Access to the hot springs is available for the listed optional facility fee.
