• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• A car is not required for transportation to and from this property.
• Parking height restrictions apply.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Please note the following amenity access age restrictions: Children under 3 are not permitted to use the swimming pool, and children ages 3-10 require adult supervision when using the pool. Children are not permitted in the pool after 6 PM. Guests ages 12 and under are not permitted in the spa tub and sauna. Guests 17 and under are not permitted in the health club and fitness facilities. Guests booked in breakfast included rate plans receive breakfast for up to 2 adults who are sharing a guestroom. Breakfast fees apply for additional guests.
